My new ice cream stop! Love the waffle cone with the chocolate dipped sprinkled edge. The girl was helpful questions and thoughtful to ask if we wanted lids for our bowls too.So many flavors and options. Plus when you down load the app the savings and specials become available. 🍦🍨🍧😋

On 4/23/21 Visited store near Lambeau. I received a buy 1 get 1 free 2 scoop sundae coupon in the mail. Went with my sister for 1st time, usually go to Culvers. The young man accepted the coupon and was very polite and friendly. As he prepared our order a short, dark haired, girl was clearly reprimanding him. At checkout he apologized saying the coupon was only good for child size scoops and would have to charge me full price for both. I pointed out that was not specified on the coupon and he didnt clarify that when taking our order. The girl stopped what she was doing and came closer giving me the most angry, hateful, look. I had no problem paying full price and felt sorry for the young man just trying to do a good job. I said nothing more. Why is this girl so angry, unprofessional, and hostile toward customers and her coworkers?Ill stay with Culvers after that experience.

Their waffle cones that come free when you buy 2 scoops of ice cream are not edible. They are SO hard to chew and they taste stale. Maybe they need to cook them a bit longer so they are crispy and have more flavor.

Amazing customer service and quality with quantity ice cream. Try their ice tea shakes they are amazing.

We visited BR by Lambeau Field and a worker named Emily served us. The minute we walked in she stared us all down and continued to be rude and laugh with her coworker. He was laughing as well. We felt uncomfortable and do not believe a worker like that should be serving customers. Very disappointed in the service. To top it off, she overcharged one of our smoothies and never said thanks for stopping by, instead just continued to state and laugh as we walked away. Hopefully a manager sees this and get this issue fixed asap.

Was excited to hear that they came out with vegan ice cream however upon arrival (Lombardi Location) I learned that they are not allowing any samples. Oat milk is always a toss up so before I buy a dish I would like to try it especially after seeing online reviews.They said no, with an attitude, so out the door we went. No sale for you Baskin-Robbins.

Lots of flavors to choose from. They have cakes too. The big cones are really large and pretty filling.

This place has good tasting Icecream and have deals on cones with scoops of Icecream.

Came here for a doordash order, no other customers were here. the only lady working had a snotty attitude as soon as i walked in, saying “i haven’t even started the order yet so you’re just gonna have to wait, okay?” without me even saying a word to her. don’t know why she felt the need to have an attitude with me when i gave her no reason to act that way.

Super clean shop. Wide variety of flavors with a very nice staff. The ice cream here doesn’t seem to melt as fast as other places, a real plus if you have kids.

I have not been to Baskin-Robins since it was on Main St many years ago. It was just as good as I remembered!

Normally they’re a 5 star, but I wasn’t sure what their hours are due to COVID-19. So I literally just called 7:50pm 6/27/2020 and they answered and the lady was talking to someone I assume. Then there was dead silence. I said hello and then music was playing because I was put on hold. Then, when I asked what their hours were, she said they’re opened until 9 and she hung up. I couldn’t even say th-. Not sure why she was so rude, but it wasn’t called for. All I was wondering if they went back to their normal hours or not.

She, we think is the owner, was fabulous!! She explained everything with no hesitation. She reminded us that we could try before we buy. My 3 scoops were so big and so good tasting but wow I was so full I didnt finish my chocolate covered waffle cone. Will definitely be going back.

In my opinion, Baskin Robbins has the best ice cream in the area. You get what you pay for. They have just about every flavor you could ever want. My favorite is Rocky Road. My mouth is watering just thinking about it! As you walk into the store to the left is a freezer with a variety of bulk ice cream at a discount. I take the grand kids there for a special treat.They also have delicious ice cream cakes.

Very awesome staff! It gets pretty busy in the summer. Pretty decent prices and you can sit inside to eat your sweet savory treats. Finding parking can troublesome during busy times. Otherwise, great spot for ice cream!

I absolutely love this place. The Ice cream is amazing, the only thing I dont like is that I always have a very hard time picking what flavor I want because they all look so good.

31 flavors and they rotate some of the flavors out. Always find a flavor I like and prices are reasonable. Walking distance from my house leads to more motivation to take the dogs for a walk.

A favorite place to bring my kids. Many times well get some chicken strips from Hardees and ice cream at Baskin Robbins. The place feels fresh and modern and is always nice a clean. Snag the one outdoor table if you can on a nice warm summer day.

The ice cream is great, however every time we go they seem to be out of waffles for the dishes or out of the plastic dishes and then they try to charge me extras because of the dish...like seriously?

Terrible service. 2 young employee had no clue what they were doing. My ice cream was served in a domed cover rather than a bowl. The staff was frustrated because it was busy and and the one girl was very rude. Sorry we bothered you. Train your staff.
