Very great place to go if u need a costume...not so much for actual decorations...was expecting to see more decoration options..working where very helpful tho and friendly

Great selection - lots of choices on child sizes... We left without 1 costume and a good idea of making another for my son. Great place for ideas or creating your own costume.

We got the perfect scarecrow costume fit the little one there last minute totally worth it.

More condensed this year because of Covid? Doesnt seem like as big of a selection as previous years.

Surprisingly still a really good selection to look through for how close to Halloween we are

Dont have any decorations just costumes and not even a good selection of those maybe it will be better next year

Today I bought a fog machine timer which was good. Only one problem it didn’t work with my machine. So I went to go return it and they don’t accept returns at all. So I hope this helps before you buy something that doesn’t fit or work and then find out you can’t return it.

This would of been a 2star as this is just like any other Halloween storeswhere you can tell the workers dont want to and you feel like you are inconveniencing them with any questions. although I did find a lady who was willing to help us and made our experience very good

Unfortunately couldnt find the costume my daughter wanted in the size she needs at near by Walmart. Went here and paid 10$ more for a lesser quality costume. Unfortunately didnt have time to wait for delivery off the internet. Store is dingy feeling. Spirit Halloween is way better. Overpriced store with barely any atmosphere of Halloween.

Extremely poor customer service in store and out of store. Purchased a lightsaber, got home and it fell to pieces out of the packaging. Called the store multiple times and no one answered. Customer service online would not help with retail store issues.
