Its Walmart. They moved half.of stuff that should be in a department for sales area like electric blankets was in christmass.area not the bedding or blanket area. To hard to get employee to help and bathrooms where horable would not use or anything prob covid farm in bathrooms so dirty and nasty. Manager told me they are normally cleaned no way pee stained floor at all Yuranals and stuff on floor and on toilets as wellSinks had stains and dirty faucets even though they are no touch ones. No papper towels sad and sick.

Always find what I need. Felicia at checkout was very helpful and friendly.

This is our favorite favorite bar, Clint and Moe they are the owners they treat everybody with respect especially laughter jokes entertainment and if you want the best burger in the state we suggest having Clint grill you up one. Its like a small loving community whoever you are they accept you with open arms thank you Clint and Moe.

Walmart here in Green Bay needs to improve their Hispanic section. I am Puerto Rican and dont see practically anything that we Boricuas consume. They brought the Malta India, that was a plus, but nothing else. Walmart made advertising about celebrating the Hispanic Heritage Month but failed to understand that we, Hispanics dont eat the same, dont like the same and our foods are different.

Not the fastest of service but good people and generally good customer service.

I think this Wal-Mart is a pretty good place to shop.

I went they for 3 bottles of perfume and push button for assistance 4 times no one came then talk to the same worker twice nothing then a work walked by and I told her I needed assistance. Nothing yet still standing here. Poor service 😞 also a older guy that was in a drive cart drove threw asked if anyone came yet cause no one responded to his calls either. 😢

Make sure you check your receipt, I only purchased food items 66 to be exact and had a remaining balance of 12$ and some cents. They lady was very awful to us thinking we stole and couldnt find the item that was rung up and then said Well whatever you got it you got it for free as if she paid for it out of her pocket

Shelves are always empty of popular brands in pet dept. Never restocked, very annoying. Nearly impossible to get help from any clerks, they ignore the customers and walk through very fast pretending they dont hear or see you. Not worth the frustration, Petsmart and Festival respect their customers.

Its amazing the Walmart store inGreen Bay WI replaced my four tires when I stopped by during my traveling. But Walmart in IL just cancelled my four tires order in the same day.

For 10 years I brought my car to the same dealership where I bought it for service because up until now theyve been nothing but great. But the week before last I brought it in to replace a tire that got punctured by a bolt. They told me that the car needed alignment ( even thou I had it aligned less than 6 months ago) I only use this vehicle to go to work and thus it has about 52000 miles on it. I dont drive like a maniac, or through potholes, or anything like that. So this seemed fishy to me. After agreeing to the alignment, I paid with a credit card like always, and they told me that they charge an additional 3 percent of the total cost of the service because I chose to pay with a credit card. This is beyond absurd. Not only that, but when I went to pick up the car, they didnt remove the tire sticker from it. The next day, I started to work on replacing the brake pads, and noticed that while some of the lug nuts in the wheels were vastly under tightened, others were extremely over tightened, causing me to buy new tools ( an impact gun, and a breaker bar) and lug nuts as well . So to conclude, never again will I be bringing my car to this place, or making business with them in any way or shape.

Ordered online for curbside pick-up. Walmart app did not work. Called the store and got the answering machine. Pick up worker saw me when she brought out another cars order. I showed her the confirmation on my email app. Food and other items were delivered promptly. Pick up worker was very courteous. Give her some extra credit. Order was correct, and fresh food items were nicely selected. Despite all the technology glitches, I was very satisfied with this experience. I will work with Walmart again. Knowing older technologies such as smartphones still make phone calls.

Used to not be a fan of the Walmart experience. They have been winning me over throughout Covid. This store was well run and clean.

I would honestly try to avoid visiting this store for many years. Its always an uncomfortable experience, especially when I get my prescriptions filled here, but it was close and they usually had my meds in stock. Id always call ahead to ensure that I can make a quick stop and grab, however, every single time and Im not even exaggerating when I say that, but every single time I come to pick up my prescriptions after calling them to ensure theyre filled by the time I get there, they literally start my request to fill them, when I get there to pick them up, rather than when I call them to let them know that I will be stopping by in like two hours and I would like to have my prescriptions ready for me! Its happened so many times to me, that I politely complained about it once and now I have a flag on my account and they immediately take care of me and my prescriptions, when I say that I mean that they actually do their jobs and do what is expected of them for once. Its taken seriously 6 years now, for them to treat me like a customer who actually matters, only because they finally hired someone who is really taking care of customers as they should and revamping the employees to do so as well or theyre not going to be working there anymore!So, I was extremely unsatisfied for many years and now Im very appreciative and impressed by the changes made already! Way to go!!

Another frustrating Walmart automotive experience. My car needed a battery replacement and was pulled in the stall and 90 minutes later it was completed!? OReillys would have it done in 20 min or less! The Mgr made excuses about about being pulled off the front desk for mandatory inventory duty ( basically at my expense of customer service) in which the battery guy had to manage the front desk instead of getting my battery installed in a timely customer focused manner.

I went to customer service to return so mething, no one in line and the girl had me waiting at least 5 minutes before even looking at me. When she finally gave me the look that I could proceed to her station she said nothing! I told her I was returning so etching, she gave me my money and started talking to another employee. When I asked for my receipt back she just looked at me like I was interrupting an important conversation. I had to ask again, then she picked it up and threw it to me...never said a word to me. When I told her I had never been treated like this before she and her coworker just stared at me!

Good place to sleep at Parkin lot is 50/50 so id say park closer to a lite

Its a basic Wal-Mart. Staff seems diverse which is good. However the greeter working today was not friendly and did not greet. Why pay someone who doesnt do there 1 job.

Always love going there. Problem is that the new self checkouts are not disabled friendly. I have to ride a scooter when I go in there and its literally impossible to do the self checkout now. I therefore have to wait in long lines to purchase my items. Even though your remodeling a lot of the areas around the store are really hard to get through. Im always running into stuff or knocking stuff over. I feel as if I should start shopping somewhere else.

Its nothing special, just a Walmart. This one does seem a little more chaotic, especially towards the front of the store, The parking lot is a lot less accommodating feeling that other Walmart locations as well. The area after the checkout seems really hectic and a little messy too as far as stray carts and baskets go, and other random stuff piled up. the subway on site is a really good thing though and saves it from a 3 star.

Lots of employees that are helpful in finding things, they have a system where they can look up any item and guide you to it. Also a nice place with a very wide variety of items.

Short staffed to the max apparently they think everybody likes to scan and bag there own stuff (we dont).Many shelves are empty they have not restocked the toys in like a year for a billion dollar company you think things would be better but they are not.

My go to store for shopping various items. It’s the best. Nice staff and customer service too. Restrooms are available and are clean. Walmart photos is also a good service. They even called me when my photos prints were ready. Their pharmacy staff is also very helpful. Thanks.

My life is very busy, just like others, so I like the fact I can get everything I need in one store. Its not very often that I have to go to multiple stores, which saves me time. The self check outs make it even smoother for me to pay for my stuff quickly. I rarely ever wait in lines anymore. The only down fall is at times there is a lot of people to shop around, but I remember and remind myself that there is a lot of people just like myself trying to get all their shopping done in a one stop shop.

Typically I can find everything I need when I have a variety of things on my list instead of having to shop at a few different stores in order to find what I need.The downside is there are never enough checkouts opened! Only 3 were opened at 2:30 pm., and those 3 moved at the speed of a turtle! With only 3 people ahead of me it took 25 minutes to reach the c/o,!! If I wanted to go thru a self check out Id get a job there!GET ON THE BALL WALMART!

Wonderful employees throughout; always running into displays with my motorized buggy I believe Ill should be bigger to accommodate disabled people far better than the way it is currentlyMy biggest beef is lack of motorized buggy availability when I get there please take note of this and do something about it and by doing something about it I mean get more instead of being so damn cheap

This is for sure one of the best Walmart’s to shop at. All of the employees are very helpful, specifically, Hector. One day, I had gotten carried away, buying way too many things than I could handle. I was asked if I would need any help with my bags, I said yes and then Hector came right away. He was very efficient and fast with helping me bring my bags to the car which I was grateful for because I was in such a rush. Great experience, will be sure to come again.

The stor is so picked over alot of empty spots, on up side about half of the employees know there store the other half need some training

I am an absolute fan of curb-side grocery pick up. Your site for ordering groceries is designed for every level of computer skills from beginner to pro. It is easy, painless, grrrreat prices compared to any other grocery chain, and the produce is always tops!! Never blemishes on any fragile fruit. What a great experience. The car-runbers are mannerly, and respectful coupled with great customer service attitude. I have been coming to pick up my orders for many many months! Store is great but cashiers are needed. I am a senior citizen sore back, hands, cataracts, and need to use electrical wheelchair. More front end help needed. I worked down south and we relied on our floor people to assist .

It was just an average Walmart experience. Went in, got my stuff, and got out.

This walmart is usually pretty busy and can be hard to find closer parking, but they do carry more variety of products then other Walmarts within the area.

Was going to buy some rugs here. Turns out an employee put them in the wrong spot. They seem to do this alot. The csm wouldnt honor the price. But then just to insult my intelligence, he went and put the correct tag on the shelf while I waited and then brought a picture of it to show me. Problem was I had a pic already of the shelf that I had taken to show my husband to see if he wanted the rugs. And my daughter was with me and witnessed everything as well. Then to add further insult, the csm had the nerve to tell me that I am supposed to scan all item tags before I buy them! That is NOT my job, its theirs and I told him so. I dont have time to scan EVERY item before I buy it. And I shouldnt have to. Bye bye Walmart, you are not the only game in town.

My boyfriend said, when we were there earlier today, there wasnt any soap in the bathroom. At that time, he said something about it, very nicely. We went back later, in the evening, and there STILL wasnt any soap in there! Were wondering where anybody who works there, washes their hands!?!

I liked the way this Walmart was laid out. We were just going for an item in the coffee aisle so we didnt go through the whole store, plus there was a lot of Holiday shoppers, and we were just traveling through town. Would have liked to have had more time to shop there.
