Staff are very friendly and always try to work with you on price. Nice small town store very homey feel and a lot to choose from. Much better than the big box stores, support local! Shop around a lot and typically Carpet City comes in with the most competitive pricing and they are usually able to match what other stores have as far as the products go.

We are very satisfied with our entire experience with Carpet City. We worked with Brian, who helped us in choosing LVP flooring and carpet. Brian is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and flexible. We had a couple of snafus with our refi (the source of our funding for the new flooring), and Brian was very understanding and accommodating. He got us the best installer (Chad Grady), and we couldnt be happier with the new flooring and the installation. The entire process went smoothly. Ordered carpet 7/3 received a call on 8/12 to schedule installation. Got living room ready on 8/19 and carpet city was a no call no show. When calling to find out where installer was they replied oh its still on back order.There was no customer service in relying information regarding our order and its status. The carpet installer changed the price carpet city gave us for installation. When going into the store to ask for our refund — Carpet city gave no explanation, other than “I’m going to check with Mohawk to see what’s going on”. Only 5 weeks after we placed and paid for the carpeting, carpet city is just now going to check on our order?Wow don’t waste your time people carpet city doesn’t deserve your business unless you like being treated like your nothing after you pre-paid for an undeliverable service and product.

We first came to the Green Bay area about 18 years ago when we moved into a new construction house. We went to many different flooring stores looking for carpet, tile and hardwood, but we ended up getting everything from Carpet City. Yes the prices are very competitive and the quality is comparable to the other stores, but it is there customer services that keeps us coming back three houses later. Gene and his staff are more concerned about a happy customer then the actual sale. They go out of the way to make sure the flooring meets the needs of their customer. We have never had to question or worry about when and if the order will be delivered. GREAT JOB Carpet City!!!

I would give them a zero if that were an option. I have waited 4 months for my carpet install because they are completely unable to manager their subcontractors installers. They are horrible. Anywhere would be better them.

The Carpet City in Green Bay Wisconsin is horrible! Made an appt. to have our rooms at our assisted living measured, but no one showed from there to the appt. 2 days passed and WE had to call them to see what happened with our appt. No appologies, the excuse given to us was that their installer is working on a huge product. Needless to say, we are bringing our business else where. I attempted to write a review on their website but my review was not added!!! No call after my complaint either. Customer service is #1 in my book.
