Easy to work with - good quality products!

The people I have worked with are friendly and courteous. Its great being able to see the proof and make changes if needed. The finished product is always exactly what we are looking for and the time it takes from start to finish is faster than I expected.

The customer service was great - showed us a preview of what we would get before sending it to print and then quickly had the work done. They were easy to talk with, and wanted to make sure everything was what we wanted!

Service was prompt, very friendly to work with, and offered good advice, answered all questions. There was an issue with the shipper, outside of FastSigns control, but they returned the expedited fee unprompted since it came in past the due date. Excellent customer service. The product came packaged nicely and arrived as expected.

Fast Signs is a great place to go. They are relatively quick at responding to questions and concerns. The artwork is great for the price they give. They are very helpful. For example, I went to pick up my sign for my business in Green Bay, and it did not fit in my vehicle. They went out of their way to make sure it would be dropped off (30 min away) the same day for no charge. All the employees that I have talked to were very easy to talk to and respectful. I order from FastSigns fairly regularly for work. I have to say out of all the vendors I deal with, they are one of my favorite. They are moderately priced, but since it is for work, its not coming directly out of my pocket and though Im happy they are fairly priced, what I appreciate the most is their customer service. I usually work directly with Amanda, but on occasion with others. They are courteous and thoughtful. Amanda recently saved us from making duplicate orders when another staff member and I placed the same order. She has made a no charge delivery just because we were on her way and, overall, just a pleasure to work with.That is my professional opinion. Called to have someone draw me up a sign for my dads birthday. They told me they would send the drawing later that day... 3 weeks went by an still got nothing. So i called and the lady said there was nothing on file for me at all. Very disappointed because i wasnt able to use other company and get sign made in time. Unfortunately I needed signs with a quick turnaround and I was told someone would call me back to go through the order. I waited most of the day and when I called back was told it is a 4 day turnaround. It would have been nice to know that immediately as now Ive wasted the day and have no signs!
