Great place, fast service, while I waited for a complete windshield replacement. Just over an hour, much of the time was waiting for adhesive to cure. Much better pricing than Safelite. I do recommend.

Customer service was friendly, they helped me load it into my van and provided some buffers. Overall the cut is great, everything was spot on with the exception of the length. It is about a half inch short. We didnt mind as we figured it was better to have to short of a piece of glass rather than a piece that is too long and over hangs. We are easy going people so we let it be and put the short end along the wall. If you are looking for an exact cut I suggest you measure the custom cut piece yourself before pickup.

Recently had them replace the windshield on a ‘59 Plymouth. They helped me locate one, then did a fantastic job installing it!

Loved working with Tri-City Glass & Door for a replacement door which knocks everyone’s socks off!

I took in and wood awning window sash that needed a new glass installed. The guy I talked to seemed confident in the way it needed to come apart to repair so I felt it was in good hands. ( I was wrong). When I went to pick it up, the wood frame was cracked in multiple locations. Including one side that was cracked diagonal all the way through. The cracks had silicone that squeezed out and cured. So that tells me they had broke it into pieces and not just a crack. Not sure why they thought silicone would hold together the wood that had been busted?? Then instead of using a similar way to original to fasten the frame back together they used dry wall screws which further split the wood. And leaving the heads exposed. The joints are now loose. I left the window there, and someone named Bob will look at it on Monday. Not sure how they are going to give me back a frame that is in the same shape as I gave them?? I will update this review with the outcome of their actions on Monday 11/18/19. I have received a call early this Monday morning and Tri city glass has agreed to replace the sash. They asked for time to find someone that will build a new sash. Updates to come. But sounds promising. They found a person who will be able to repair the window sash by replacing the broken section of the frame. It seems like they are trying very hard to rectify this situation.

My son wanted some mirrors for a gym he setup in his basement. They were perfect and ready within a week. Just give them a call and tell them what you need, they will give you a price. Very nice!

I took my new-to-me vehicle here because the auto rain sensor wasnt working. Chad explained how it works and took it to the back, replaced it and tested it. He was beyond professional. I highly recommend them!!

For being a contracted service, I have never had a vendor treat my other employees and suppliers with such disrespect than Mark R from Tri City glass.

Techs were early by 15mins. Very friendly. Reasonably priced. $128 for a 2x2 fixed window on my house. That price was tax and techs included.

Service and customer service was amazing. I needed a piece of glass for a picture frame....in a hurry. They had it ready in no time at all!

I have gone here for 3 different issues and have always received great communication with what to expect for cost, timeline and how the glass would be fixed. We will be return customers. Its nice to have a company that we can rely on who delivers.

Great service you got there. Called last Monday to have someone come out to measure a glass sliding door panel that had shattered. Guy was here Monday afternoon and measured it. He said theyd call within a day or two with a price and time frame. It is now Tuesday of the following week. No one called. If they called me now, I certainly wouldnt go with them. I wouldnt trust them to do the work in a timely manner.

Called and set up an appointment to have 5 windows replaced and a new patio door replaced. Two guys came out and measured everything. About a month later 4 techs came out to install everything. They took out the first window (scratching it in the process) only to find out that the replacement glass was the wrong size. Had the put back the old glass and order a new one. The patio door was ordered 4 inches too wide. Needed to order a new one.A week later still hadnt heard from Tri City what the status of my replacements were so I called the sales person who was now on vacation. Hmm...maybe his clients should have been transferred to a different salesperson? I asked for another sales person. I wanted to know what the status of my order was. He said that he would look it up and call me back. Havent heard anything for two weeks now. Called today to speak to a VP or someone above the salespeople (who are clearly incompetent). I was transferred to voicemail of someone called Bob. Gave my number and name and asked him to call me back. Still waiting.....Just waited 3 hours for the call back. Decided to drive there (1/2 hour drive each way) to see if I could speak to Bob directly. The man at the front desk said that Bob wasnt in his office and suspected that he had left for the day. 2pm. The lady overheard us and said that she thought Bob had gone to get an oil change for his car.I give up.

I stopped in for a chipped windshield Bev very helpful but SICK coughing licking the fingers to separate a business card to give me not once but twice GROSS got my chip filled the next day looks the same rough and wouldnt reccomend their process !
