Walmart remains the best big box retailer. They are responding well to supply chain problems and employee shortages. Their pricing is competitive. Their quality is good. (Even the Chinese junk is better than should be expected.) And their policies show a high regard for customers and employees.

I go here on a regular basis just cuz i live close. Highly hate this Walmart. People are rude, staff not so friendly and in all my yrs going here they seitch this store around more than anything else and carry a product a few tines then no longer. Super terrible purchaser. The only reason it gets 2 stars cuz its close by and pretty much dont even deserve 2 stars.

Terrible experience me and my wife tried applying here because we thought it had great and supportive staff but when we called to get ahold of the hiring manager she was arrogant and rude. All the employees told us that they were hiring and that they lost a lot of people but when we called the hiring manager she instantly shut us down and said that she wasn’t taking anyone on. I don’t know if she was lying or just being rude but it wastage wrist experience I’ve had applying to any job.

23rd Ave Greeley location. Friday Oct 1 Automotive dept. service techs were very rude and seemingly inept as it took not one but TWO of them over 45 minutes to install a battery. The woman at the counter was also very rude and acted as though it were an imposition to assist us. Very unprofessional. Will NEVER bring my car back here and will recommend people go elsewhere, the few bucks we saved wasnt worth the hassle

A good place to get groceries and board games, and jewelry. Although there was trash in many places and things were out of place and, open boxes. Last, there were people that couldve help me when I needed it but they were just pushing buttons on some computer when I needed help.

Went grocery shopping today and Walmarts shelves were pretty bare I dont know whats happening, but it looked terrible.

I order online and pick up groceries here. They have a great system and the employees are very nice.

Never any cashiers...they should lower prices if we HAVE TO check ourselves out. But if you ask for help the people that work there are very nice and helpful.

Quick trip to pick up dinner and there are NO Jumbo Shells in the pasta isle... does nobody make homemade stuffed shells anymore, where they dont keep it stocked?? They are all out, but they have 3 rows of Lasagna noodles...

Everything has been moved to where even the employees dont know where things are located now... gimmick to increase sales of course, but highly frustrating!

Me my brother and our family went fishing tonight around 9:30pm 9/17/2021 we catch the biggest wiper ever 33 length 15 pounds weight so amazing we catch fish everytime 100% recommended

I hate when my wife has to go to Walmart when Im with her....The few times I go, the employees dont seem to want to be there, the customers dont seem to want to be there, there are no cashiers unless you want to go through the cigarette lane.The good, they are cheap...Most everything is from China, but they are cheap... So much so its getting hard to find small stores to spend my money at.

This was just a quick trip to check out some headphones. The gentleman in the electronics department was very helpful and polite.

Always well stocked, stay away on Sunday, too busy.

Completely rude!! Went to buy a battery and was waiting for them to install it which they said it would only take 20 minutes waited 45 minutes and wasn’t installed when I came back! Told them that the men weren’t doing there job and it didn’t take that long for a battery install let alone waited that long for NOTHING! The old lady at the front desk was rude and wasn’t helpful! Worst experience ever! The lady in the automotive department should be fired!

This place is just like any other Walmart. You never know who you might see or what they’ll be doing. The only thing you do know is what’s on the list

This is the WORST Walmart Ive ever shopped at! Employees are always just standing around not doing their jobs. Boxes full of stuff that needs to be put on shelves. Everything is always out of stock. They need better management!!!

With the convenience that the app allows, I was able to receive money from a friend in another state quickly and easily when I needed it most. Simply launched the app, entered my info, selected the store, signed electronically, all before I even got there. It was minutes before the money center closed and so I was doing this as a passenger on the way to the store. When I arrived, the staff was knowledgeable and capable allowing me confidence as I scanned the QR code on the card reader of the money center counter, handed the clerk my ID, answered a few short questions, and walked out the door with my money in hand less than 5 minutes after having entered the building. This is a level of efficiency rarely seen in my opinion so to have it with Walmart convenience AND knowing that they do what they can for me? This app and the changes over all, but additionally the professionalism of this particular Walmart, is fantastic. Thank you.

I mean hey I know its just WalMart, but there were so many freaking people in here with no mask on that I have to give it five stars! Its invigorating seeing peoples faces and smiles again! I gotta say, after recently moving here from Estes Park, boy do I love Weld County!

Instructions advised to pickup by heading to orange tower - which did not exist at doors or exterior.....confusing.Once inside at pickup kiosk, helpful staff retrieved my item quickly. Asked for receipt at door. No marked parking spots for pickup convenience other than grocery pickup. Friendly helpful clerks!

I had a great experience. Always shop Walmart. Most times I find what Im looking for.

What can I say. This store is almost like a demilitarized zone. Its down right scary sometimes, customers and staff. Not a good location at night or if you fear general society lol. Many arguments that the policed have been deployed to in the parking lot and inside. Go in, get what you need and get out, or better yet, go over the the one on 47th

I have been coming to this location for the 5 years I have lived in Greeley. This will no longer be the case after today. I was there early this morning, 9am, trying to get a key copied. After waiting 15 minutes for someone to show up in this department... I got the worst customer service from the gentlemen in automotive, worse than Ive ever experienced. He was very rude to the elderly lady next to me, and then super rude to me. I told him I would take my business elsewhere. I have spent so much money here and I will gladly take it somewhere else. I just want management to know... you lost a very loyal customer due to the lack of customer service in your automotive department today.

Worst Walmart Ive been to. I am from our of town and needed some more clothes. This has the worst selection and very few larger sizes to choose from. 90 percent of the checkouts were closed with people waiting in line 10 deep. Maybe new management is needed.

NEED MORE CASHIERS!!!!! Every time I go there is 1 or 2 cashiers. This last trip I was in line over 30 minutes waiting. Lines were out to the women’s apparel. If I didn’t need what I did I would have left the buggy and you can pay someone to put it away since you don’t want to have enough cashiers.

I just ran in here real quick looking for some presents and shirts to wear and because theyre in between seasons It was hard for me to find anything in there. The staff was busy stocking and they were not being very helpful at all I was kind of unsatisfied with that. But they did make me a fantastic obituary picture blown up for my grandmother that I was able to use and so the photo center did a great job with that. But Im noticing that Sams and Michaels and hobby lobbys are having better sales than Walmart has on regular price and even their sale items. Their store is kind of a mess even in the morning which is frustrating to me when Im trying to find something real quick.

Cannot check out at self check out with cash anymore. They only have 3 6 7 9 open for cash and it’s packed continuously. Was told by a lady she wasn’t open for our 6 items then went and grabbed someone with a full basket and said I can take you. As a manager that was the most disappointing thing for you to do to me. She was on register 2 and self check out couldn’t get her name and then she hid from me.

All staff there is rude ... Like if you dont like your job quit ... besides the unprofessional people there its always very clean and always stocked

Worst Wal Mart in Northern Colorado. Merchandise constantly moves, staff suffering is space, items usually out of stock. Especially in Groceries. I have found myself going to the Walmart in Evans and Timmoth when ever I must have something right now.

Same as always, dirty but I found what I needed and got out quickly.Found some supplies on July 2nd, for an out of town stay. It was actually better than my visit a month ago.

We waited at sporting goods for over 30 min. To get our fishing license. Even tried calling the main store to get help & they never answered the phone. One employee even paged for sporting goods 3 times & no one came. Way to go Walmart. & youd thing since only self checkout lanes are open theyd have people working all the departments but nope not even that..

Do NOT order groceries here to pickup. I’m here the 2nd time in as many days and waited an hour each time. The app said the pickup was ready after waiting an hour was told it couldn’t be done and I would have to come back the next day. Again got a mess on the 2nd day that the order was ready been here another hour and nothing. Pathetic

Ive shopped at some really nice Walmarts in my travels but NOTHING spectacular here, in Greeley, Colorado! The restrooms are always disgusting or shut down. Cant find a manager if you tried. There is not enough help at the Money Center and the wait time is unacceptable. Not enough grass fed beef sold here. Not enough organic produce. I was asked to share my experience and here you have it. So sorry but, please, shape up!

This Walmart needs a lesson on what good customer service looks like starting with the rude and tacky manager that was manning the customer service desk when my friend was returning some bar tables that she had purchased for her new business. The sheer lack of respect for the customer was not enough abuse for this manager so she stepped up her game and asked my friend to leave the premises. I for one will never shop here again. #WalmartStinks

On the many times Ive been here there seems to be a lack of produce or ethnic products

Grocery pickup is always running behind now. In addition to that one order we only received part of but got a lot of someone elses stuff which resulted in a long conversation with the call center to have it resolved. Most recently, however, they were over an hour behind and took until closing time to complete the order then did nothing to let us know it was too late to even pick it up. Just messaged to say it was ready for pickup. Then, once there, no one answered the phone in ANY department we called.Update: Talked to grocery pickup manager and they are severely understaffed. No apology or anything for their automated ready for pickup and lack of actual communication. Im done with this store. Maybe corporate will have some resolution.

Generally fair prices on most things.I would not recommend asking an employee for help. They will not help you and you will be annoyed/frustrated/asking yourself why you are even shopping there.Every time I have asked where to locate an item or if they can verify if the item is still available the response is usually one of the following:“If you don’t see it over there, we don’t have it.”“Umm, I don’t know I just started.”“I don’t know, I work a different shift usually.”Well, thanks for your help people!*If you look online for a specific item, app or website shows what aisle to find it on. I’d recommend this option before asking someone to avoid unnecessary frustration.

Staff are very friendly but there is a lot of theft there but overall its family friendly and safe and had a lot of options and food variety.

This was my first shop online order and it went very smoothly. Only had to approve 1 substitute. Which they had already. Glad I was sage in my car with my windows rolled up safely.

Its a fairly typical Walmart, although its been renovated a bit so it is cleaner looking now.
