I got a 2021 Legacy and it brought me to tears. I was very down and out and just started a new job. There were many awesome and friendly people in the entire process but my favorite was Josh Clapper that was the main salesman that give me the entire experience. I could tell that he wasn’t just a salesman trying to get money out of me and he was completely genuine, honest, and real with me about everything the entire time. I bought my newer Subaru Forester from Frank. I was buying the car from South Dakota without ever seeing it so I was extremely nervous about the transaction but Frank was very helpful and stood by the car.Everything worked out, and I love my Forester. More importantly there were a couple things I need help with after the handoff and Frank has still been happy to help me with everything I need. I think thats what really separates good service is people who stand by and still help you even after the transaction is done

Greeley Subaru is the worst car experience that we have had. They provided us with a new car with scratches, then ruined the paint due to a technician spilling paint thinner on the handle, which took over a month to resolve. After getting oil changes done there, weve found grease all over the leather. Just recently they did some buffing of minor light scratches and returned the car with chips in the paint and the hood that werent there previously. I did a walk around with their tech who picked up the car prior to them working on it, and those marks werent present. They returned the car in a worse state than when they took it. They have basically said they wont be responsible for fixing the issue, and now we have a car with extra damages in the paint that go down to the metal. I wish we never would have taken the car to get the buffing done there. I would avoid Greeley at all costs. Their staff is not detail-oriented. This has been a very frustrating experience overall. It is a shame considering how much money is spent on a car from them to get such poor quality services.

Having terrible issues with the service department here. Brought in my work van for brakes. They replaced pads and told me rotors were fine. Next day while driving the steering wheel started bucking hard when decelerating. Brought it back and they upsold me on the rotors I didnt need the day before.Next day Im driving again and the steering wheel continues to vibrate when braking. Bring the van back in and they say they installed a bargain brand of rotor and I needed to upgrade to OEM rotors. The new rotors that are on the van had already warped in a single day of use. They were kind enough to not charge labor or parts for the OEM rotors because we had paid for rotors so recently.So now Ive got new brake pads, Im on my second set of rotors in about a two week period. Steering wheel still vibrating on deceleration(which was not an issue before my first visit regarding brakes).Im currently sitting at a competitor getting a diagnostic and they are being much more open and communicative about the status of my work van. Were finally going to get the VA rating steering wheel fixed and theyve also made me aware of some battery corrosion, need for a new air filter, dirty brake fluid, etc that I would have expected to hear about in my repeat visits to Greeley Subaru.Poor communication, bad work and overall lack of interest in what I am paying them for.

I called Greeley Subaru last minute to see if they had a very sought after Subaru Forester. I spoke with Miguel, a newer sales associate, about the two options on their website. I was sad to hear that the two they had listed were already sold. He set his manager on the hunt for me for the exact year, model, and trim level I wanted. After a few hours I called back and spoke with Todd, the new inventory manager, who informed me he has had to expand his search. I asked him to alter his search and he found two models, gave me a price and called the locations set to get the models and was unsuccessful in obtaining one. He gladly gave me the names of the dealerships that were getting the cars I wanted and told me to call them. Had he not so generously given me the dealerships names I would not of found the car of my dreams. They sacrificed a sale to ensure I got the exact car of my dreams and did not ask me to sacrifice my wants for them to just get a sale.Side note, they called me this morning to make sure that I found a car. Just your typical dealer. Went in looking for a vehicle and ultimately left empty handed with little to no effort from the dealer to get a sale. I guess that can be a good thing for those who want a no pressure experience, but left feeling like they couldnt care less. This might explain the large amount of unsold inventory on the lot.

It wasnt a super terrible experience but it wasnt a great experience at the same time. We took the car home that we wanted & paid for but the VIN was incorrect on all of the the paperwork and we were having issues with the car not sensing the fob...It was 4 days after we got the car & I was told Id have to pay to have the key fob programed to the car, then I was told I wouldnt have to pay after I threw a massive fit (we just dropped $15k there AND sent a friend in who spent $19k there the next day, the key fob situation shouldnt have been an issue for them to cover, that was their fault to begin with). When calling in to talk to a manager I was directed to everyone but a manager, 2 DAYS IN A ROW I CALLED FOR ANSWERS! without response. (come to find out the manager didnt know about what was really going on with the VIN or the fob). Once we finally got the manager involved, things were made right. Though things were made right by the manager and the finance department, we will never purchase from this place again. It was just way to messy considering the amount of money that people spend there.

Great experience! Very impressed with the way Greeley Subaru is run. We scheduled a test drive with Blaine, he had the car all ready to go when we got there. He also pointed out some lesser-known facts about the car, which was a nice touch. We did end up buying it there, and the process was quick and smooth. Although they dont negotiate on price, they actually had the best price from the dealerships we had checked out for the model we wanted, so from my experience, its certainly fair pricing, and a nice change from the sometimes aggressive dealers you come across.Best car buying experience Ive ever had, by far. Went in to get more information and to buy if was good experience. Wanted to buy a vehicle to surprise a love one of mine. For Colorado weather with snowy and Icy roads saw that the best vehicle for SUV was the Subaru Forester and or CRV from Honda. Went to this place here. No one at the front desk but Nalan nonetheless greeted me not to long after I was at front desk. Wasn’t really personable but did greet me and ask me what brought me in today I told him what wanted to check out. Took me out to the foresters which right front of customer parking which were spraying not just foresters but the customers own cars as well. Nalan told me he needed to grab the keys. Waited for few minutes then the car door unlocked. But rather than Nalan showing lady named Heather greeted me and helped me she had a lot of knowledge on the safety features and was more personable was glad to work with her. After test driving the vehicle I was a bit disappointed in the sports Forester by the amount of lag it had in its turbo when going onto 34 toward the new UCHealth hospital. Lagged 3 times before it hit 55mph. It worried me a bit for future wise. I asked to see Outback since you can not get beige upholstery or interior in the forester unless it’s a touring which don’t have. Outback was a lot better lagged once. Felt better. Now when got back Heather was not around and was with Nalan again and he was busy with another couple test driving STI with spoiler. Wanted to see another STI to just see not to test drive but see if Heather had a spare minute. Needless to say not really. Was a shame I asked for brochure for Forester and Outback but only had 2020 Outback brochure. Walked out as I walked saw Heather hanging out with other staff to the side of building of service department. Just for 5 star service it is better to not juggle around your customers with other associates. Can’t really talk with associates because get mixed communications and other associates don’t know what’s going on to help further. Was disappointed in service. Didn’t even get to the numbers I was upset.

I have not had this great of customer service in well over a year and half literally anywhere. Well except for maybe Dutch Bros but they are a different breed.. ANYWAY. I am so impressed with not only how everyone Ive worked with has conducted themselves but how helpful they were, I was swamped at work, long story short millions of things going on, easily could have been on the verge of losing my mind and they offered to come pick up my car that needed its tires replaced- take it and bring it back to me because I was unable to leave my job. I also was a ditz enough to forget to fuel up my gas tank and they instead of telling me that they could not take my car- filled up my tank just enough to get them there and back. I also asked for them to email me a receipt and Zach emailed it to me right away. I know all of this sounds like basic customer service skills but I think we can all agree good customer service is hard to come by let alone phenomenal customer service.Ive said thank you a million times today because it was the first time in a long time I felt like someone actually wanted to help not really realizing how much help they were really being.You guys were everything. Thanks for giving me a reason to keep coming back.

I put a hold on a car, only to be told the next day that it was sold to another customer, after I had a hold on the car. Very disappointed with business practice here for not correcting their error.

What a great experience for buying a car! Went in knowing what I wanted but also wanted to compare options and on lot selections at other dealers in the area. Worked with Michelle and Ended up purchasing one there with good trade in value they offered us and pure price there was no negotiation. Steve spent one on one time with us giving an in depth tutorial of all the cars features with the new technology. Also, having 2 children under 2 the safety features made me recognize how a car payment for a reliable car is not just for me, it’s for the safety of our livelihood! I met with Frank to buy a car and he was awesome. He bent over backwards to get me the price and car I wanted. Ultimately I ended up buying a car from elsewhere because they dont offer a lifetime warranty but I highly recommend these guys, especially Frank.

Although I live in Northglenn, I make the drive up to Greeley Subaru every time I need a car because they do such a great job. The drive is worth it every time. David and his team always take incredible care of us. Theres no pressure, and they address all of our needs and questions. This last time we went to lease a Subaru Forester in a bit of a time crunch, and when we told them they managed to get us out the door much more quickly than I would have thought a dealership could. Overall its an incredible place, and I wouldnt go anywhere else to get a Subaru.
