For a while I have been looking for a C300 that has decent mileage. I initially started searching through every dealership for a C300 that was within my price range. I have looked far and wide; every dealership I saw I felt like they were trying to manipulate me and just wanted my money. But, once I contacted European Masters, let me tell you I felt incredibly welcomed. They only showed me kindness and transparency with the offers they gave me. Shout out to Mohammad that helped me through this whole process. He was incredible at showing me different Mercedes options to pick from. He gave me all the details and reports for the cars he displayed. He insured me that if there were any problems I was protected under warranty and so far I havent had an issue within this past week. The car runs buttery smooth and it is AMAZING. Overall, I am really happy with my purchase and I definitely would recommend this place to all my friends and family. Just bought my first car and honestly it was a great experience. When I first walked in here no one hassled me or bothered me. I was able to walk around and look around until I saw a car that I wanted. Kevin made it easy for me and walked me through everything. He let me test drive the car and after that I knew that was the car for me. He told me the full breakdown of the car and gave me all the details, didnt leave anything hidden. This was my first experience buying a car from European masters. I have to say that David made the process of my purchase very enjoyable and effortless. I recently inquired about a car online and on the website the listed price was $40,000. I called the next day interested in purchasing the car and they had randomly changed the price to $50,000 after my inquiry and then told me that the car was sold as its not listed on the website anymore but it clearly was. Awful customer service and straight cheaters

Customer service is horrible. When you have an issue they either hang up or do not respond. I have questions about their extended warranty, but they seem to not answer and blow people off. This is horrible service and do not recommend them to anyone

I flew into JFK from Portland to start my car search (low inventory and higher prices on west coast) in the New York area. I found the car of my dreams a 2018 Mercedes AMG GLE 63 at European Masters! The vehicle was in superior condition with only 20K miles. Great experience working with Mohammadfrom start to finish. Was very good with follow ups and constantly kept me informed. The market currently is more expensive than I’m sure we’re all accustomed too and before coming I went over their certified program with Mo, so I knew what to expect and what I would be paying for the car. Although there isn’t a lot of room for negotiation, the deals overall come out fair. I figured I might as well pay for what I want so long as the everything on the vehicle held true (which it did)European Masters treats their clients like family and does business while keeping things cordial, professional and friendly. Mohammad was an excellent example of that. If you want someone who won’t play games and will be honest and straight forward, deal with him. I value that most in every business transaction.My car was clean and Mo even made sure to get off all the little stickers off the windshield and side mirrors on his own. He even drove with me to pick up the car which was in another location, but he didn’t leave mehanging. To see salespeople especially their most experienced/senior person do all the little things like put on license plates; that impressed me as well. I thought things like that were dead in the car business. Came to Masters to purchase a Volkswagen and was greeted and assisted by Mohammad. Excellent salesperson and was direct. Test-drive, reviewing options and vehicle history was smooth. I called back to back to make sure my paper work was done before heading to the dealership all they kept telling me is yea just come in anyway I handled all my paperwork and it didn’t seem to matter when I got there had to do it all over again. What we the purpose of me providing proof of income and address and filling out a credit application online if I was going to do it again at the dealership

Please don’t bother shopping here. They’ll bait you into a car with a higher price tag and claim the one that you are looking has been purchased or is no longer available. Was willing to do business until what they did to me resonated with the one star reviews.Do yourself a favor, go to a proper brand dealership and they won’t hassle you for your time nor effort.Went looking for a BMW 340 for $30k and was told it was being serviced. Test drove a Mercedes C43 for $38k and magically the 340 came from service as soon as i left and a “couple of dudes” walked in and bought it.Huge disappointment and waste of time.

Don’t buy your car here. I got a 2015 C300 from here and I already had to put money into fixing my own car. When I got the car there was a lot of body damage on the drivers door and passenger side hood that I was unaware of. When driving it for a couple days the brakes and rotors were really bad. Drove the car back and it was replaced. Told the shop that there was fumes coming inside the cabin every time I turned the heat on was told they don’t smell anything. There was a really loud squeaky noise coming from the drivers side suspension and asked about my warranty. When I asked they said I had to pay a diagnostics fee when I just got the car brakes done. The car was not detailed when I got it because they was rushing the car to be sold. Was told they was going to have someone detail it for me. Never did. Found out I had water damage in the car from the previous owner. Please go to the regular dealership when looking for a German car not here. Also there was for different types of tires on here that was suppose to be replaced never was

I called ahead, scheduled an appointment for a specific car, and asked if I had to purchase the expensive warranties or if the price was the price. I was told that the price was the price. Since it was nearly a 3-hour drive from PA, I texted two times for an accurate ETA, yet the car wasnt ready. When it came down to price negotiations after the test drive, there was $500 of dealer fees on top of tax and tags and the $3,600 warranty on top of the price. That quickly put a very good deal back in the ballpark of everyone else.Im very disappointed that as much honor and respect as I gave the dealership, it wasnt returned to me.

Hi Everyone! My name is Holly! One thing I am super big on is reviews because I look at every single review prior to checking out any place or product I am looking into. I have been car hunting for at least 4 weeks now! Test drove a TON of cars spoke to so many dealerships and still couldn’t find anyone or anything that I felt comfortable dealing with! Late Sunday night I just so happen to come across the dealership “ European Masters.” They had the vehicle I was looking for along with the option to view the Car-fax for free! The next morning I called first thing to confirm the vehicle was still available and rushed on over! The vehicle was the same as it was advertised online, which I loved! Because typically you’ll get to the dealer and find a million things wrong that we’re never listed on the site! The sales guy I dealt with with was Mohammed (MO)! He was INCREDIBLE! Mind you I AM NOT the easiest person to deal with! He was extremely patient very understanding, answered all of my questions and was honest with me the whole time I was there! He even assisted me with cleaning my trade in out! When I left the lot the communication didn’t stop from there! I had a question about the car once I started driving it on the Parkway, so I called in asked for him and he walked me through what to do since I wasn’t aware how to work this specific part of the car! I’d like to add that the bathroom was very clean and they followed all COVID-19 guidelines. Most people who write bad reviews in general typically do that because they didn’t get what they wanted. Meaning they’ll walk into any dealership with 0$ down, bad credit and expect to walk out with an approval for a $50,000.00 loan on a car. To be honest with you guys I thought I wouldn’t have been approved at all for the difference of the car that I wanted! But with my trade in and 3k cash they were able to get me a pretty good deal!!!! So we called this place and Trina (still dont know if thats her real name) tells us a vehicle is available and assures us the exact vehicle has no accidents and the price is so low because “We have the best prices”. After driving two hours to go see this car, they tell us the vehicle has been sold but they have other selections, then proceed to tell us about over priced high mileage cars. These are the people that make dealerships look bad. Stop lying to people and just be honest.

They will charge you $3,600 for NIADA insurance which is a SCAM. I bought my car in June 2020 and I was really happy at first, however I started having issues few months after. I went back to them talked to Al and I was told that my car isn’t covered after showing him the receipts, he told me that salesperson has never made the contract. I automatically knew that NIADA is a huge SCAM. I would’ve never known that I wasn’t registered with them if my car didn’t have no issues. And I strongly believe that they are doing it to most let alone all of their customers cause there is no direct number to reach NIADA, no contract number, etc. It been over 4 months that I’m trying to get my car fixed, BE CAREFUL!

However Ive had the car for about two months now and Ive had to go to the service center multiple times for things that should have been checked and fixed before the car was put for sale. Scheduled an appointment for my daughter to test drive a 2018 BMW 430i. Morgan a sales associates assisted my husband and daughter. He removed the car from the show room for her to test drive. This was the car she wanted and was ready to purchase. Unfortunately the ABS light was on. Morgan informed my husband that the car was under warranty and he would have the service department look at it. My husband asked that the car be sent to BMW since it was still under warranty. This was not a problem. Or so we thought. Fast forward. Morgan calls my daughter on Thursday, 7/24/20 to tell her the car is ready. We get insurance on the car and prepare for pick up Sunday 7/26/20. Husband calls Morgan on Sunday and car is not ready. Asked why did you call and say it was ready. A lot of double talk from Morgan. I called Morgan back to tell him how disappointed I was that he did not call us back to let us know it wasn’t ready now and the problem still existed. He said and I quote “I do things as they come to me. It is not my responsibility to make sure the car is fixed it’s the service departments responsibility.” I told him we put insurance on the car and he said, “you can get a refund”. It’s unfortunate that this is the representation presented to customers who come to Masters. To end it all we called Morgan today to see if the car was ready and he sent our calls to voicemail. Called from Another phone and he does not want to deal with us. The feeling is mutual. We wanted to deal with a sales person that thinks about the customer. Masters this should not be acceptable to you. Thank you to the young lady (receptionist) who cared enough to ask what happened.

Made an appointment to see a specific car and the someone texted me and called me to confirm the appointment one day and hours before coming in for my appointment. However, they had failed to mention that the car was already sold so they brought me down there for no reason and to show me cars with a higher price than what i was looking at.

This car dealership is a scam at first i was was told by al the manager that the warranty could be canceled and then norman lied saying that it cant be canceled they cannot be trusted.

I purchased a vehicle with third party warranty through European Masters in July of 2020. I have been calling every two weeks since then for my policy number and information on the warranty. They claim the same thing everytime I call we will get back to you with the information. It has been almost a year and i have received no information. Where did my 4,000$ that I paid for this warranty go if they are not able to provide proof. Extremely upset because this is not 300$ we are talking about. I am sick and tire of trying to play Cat and mouse with this dealership. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR EXTENDED WARRANTY.

Great dealership friendly staff very attentive and respectful. The y dont try to up sell any vehicles knowing your budget in mind. They are realistic about the extra cost on their certified pre owned vehicles and they take care of any scratches and dents that vehicle may have on showroom floor prior to purchase. I would 100% recommend this to anyone looking for a mid to high class luxury vehicle.

The staff was very nice and not pushy at all. Jamal (sales rep) took his time to show me a couple of vehicles i was interested in and was very helpful in trying to get my trade approved. Unfortunately I could not leave with the vehicle I wanted but the folks were so nice that it was not a bad experience at all... Which is rare coming from a car dealership. I would definitely consider them again in the future regardless of my 1hr and 10min drive there. Great people.
