I love the place. Guys are totally helpful and experienced. Always find things I did not know I needed. Small tool sets on sale are nice to have one in a truck, one in the house and one in the garage. Nice wooden canes. Packets of brown paper garbage bags work great as seating pads in the truck.

Wonderful staff who are always willing to help. We go often enough that a few staff members recognize us now! Best place in town to get Traeger pellets. Best price and selection by far. Paint department is also great. Good selection and they can color match anything!

Worst telephone service I have ever experienced from an ace hardware. Called, went to Automated Response Unit after 5 rings was told to stay on the line for service then hung up on, called back twice finally got someone who transferred me to the proper department waited for 4 minutes for a response then hung up on again. They need reeducation on proper customer service. Ill never shop there.

I had been wanting to write a review for Ace Hardware for a while. I used to go to 10th Ave S store for a while and now shopping on the Westside on a regular basis because I had been residing this area past 2 years. Both stores are great with customer service. Very friendly environment to spend my money of all things I NEED. Id rather spend money on what I WANT, so it sucks already to spend my money on my need basis. Id rather spend more because of the staff is actually happy to help you to get what your there for to save time. The cashier is spectacular as well. Not only they dedicate time to do other things beside cashiering, cashiers will see and stop to check customers when its needed to allow customers get things and go! They do it with a great smile~ Whoooooweee

Found what we needed/were looking for. Was a little disappointed that we werent helped by any of the employees. Dont get wrong...I know there are friendly employees that work there, but on this day we just didnt experience any helpfulness.

If I know what I want, this is the place to get it. Staff is pleasant and helpful. Merchandise is accessible and fairly priced.

1st hands down best service , accept in the bbq section , every time I’m there someone is always asking me if they can help . I am really sad I won’t be using ace if there neighbor has it . I often wait in long line to check out , today to registers , I was in line behind some guy who knows what was going on but he stood at the register 10 mins while they had 3 people trying to do something for him , the other register had 5 people go through the line while I stood and waited . The big guy in the front register was helping the same two guys the whole time . I was just buying a roll of Duc tape .after 10 mins left the tape and went next door , I was in and out in 2 mins. Not the 1st time slow registers at ACE , I just spent several hundred there last few weeks as I moved into a new house . Like I said it’s sad they will now be my last resort over there check out people , because there in store service is truly the best .

I made the mistake of going to two other places first(closer to home) before finally going to Ace Hardware. They ALWAYS have what I need. What was I thinking?!?!? Just go to Ace Hardware. Dont waste your time. They have experienced people who get what you need QUICKLY! Best of all they cost the same or are cheaper than the other stores!

Ive always loved Ace. The owner prides himself on providing great customer service and you can tell by the number of employees he keeps on shift. The employees arent very pushy either which I like; theyll check in with you, but wont stalk you if you dont need their help. They have a great selection of randomness in every section, and their hardware selection cant be beat. Great stores!

Best hardware store too shop at. They almost always have what you need. They always go above and beyond with their customer service. You cant make it to the back of the store without being asked at least twice if you need any help. Beats the customer service at the big hardware stores hands down.

Brought my Stihl leaf blower in for a tune-up and after 2 weeks I thought Id go and check on it and the guy said its been ready for a week? I got the bill for $68 and all he did was change the fuel and put a spark plug in it all of that for $68 and not even a courtesy call to tell me that it was ready. I asked him why it cost so much and he said it was $45 for labor! Changing a spark plug in changing out the fuel probably took Im guessing 10 minutes? 😡😡

Way too many employees that pester and harass you right out the door. I cant go and get anything without it taking twice as long trying to get away from pushy overbearing employees making me feel like a thief they dont trust to be in their store without a babysitter watching me constantly.

I will start off by saying that I originally gave them 3 stars but overreacted. The item I purchased was not exactly what I wanted but it worked out just fine. I was just frustrated at the time. They responded quickly to my review and tried to make it right. However, I do like the grill that I purchased. Maybe I will get the other one next time. This store has a great selection of products. And they are very helpful. I do plan on returning and buying many other products from them.

For good old fashioned service this is the place to shop. I purchase pet supplies and painting supplies and always get the best tomato plants in the spring at this Ace.

Not sure how you cant like going here. youre always greeted when you come in and the staff always checks to make sure if you have any questions or something they can help you find. everything is reasonably priced. the check out lines move pretty fast and if lines get long they are quick to open another one.

I dont know how they do it, but every time I go here they have the odds and ends I need. Customer service is great and they are right on helping you in finding what you need.

Wonderful Service!I should of wrote this the day I purchased, but I hadnt been using the stuff I had purchased yet. I went in and in almost in every isle there was an associate who greeted you and asked if I needed help. I had gone in for insulation, I got what I went for and was able to look in their tool section to see what they had, and yes I was greeted right away by 2 young men. I walked by the help desk and was greeted. There was someone waiting to carry my insulation out for me. I was in and out in 1/2 hour, not 2 hours. This is Customer Service!!!! Thank You NW Bypass ACE!! You might want to seek out the women in the 10th store, they are they only good thing about it. (one male assoc.)

Pros: Very friendly, always willing to help, will have someone wait for you while you walk to your desired aisle, extremely patient ( Was once trying to build something and was looking around for nearly an hour!)Cons: Friendly to the point of annoyance, so many associates ask if you need help you may as well give in. They wont leave you alone until you do...Would I recommend?: Definitely! Just be sure to grab he first associate that asks if you need help.

I had to come here several times in the past week for assorted plumbing and ceiling fan related tasks. The staff was knowledgeable, helpful, prompt and readily available to help. Im only here on vacation from Minnesota but FWIW, I highly recommend this business!

Super helpful staff with good sense of humor

When driving in from out of town This particular Ace is our first stop. They seem to carry almost anything that we could possibly need. Their prices beat the big box home improvement stores prices 8/10 times. Utilizing this Ace with our recent home renovation saved us long wait times for delivery from potential online purchases and the big box stores sparse selection.
