We love the glass overhead door that was installed on our outdoor patio. It will make it possible to enjoy that space even when it is super windy. Its a wonderful match and looks like it was part of the original build. The crew was professional and friendly and did a great job.

Plus was able to get them to me months( yes months) sooner. Giving them 4 out of 5 stars only because there has got to be something that they need some improvement on....I dont know what but they are as close to 5 as you could get. Awesome people and as soon as I have the doors ,which are in now, and I install them Ill let you know about their product. 😀

The scheduler got me on the schedule and the technician was there the next day. Jeff, the technician went above and beyond to ensure a safe opener, installed the photo eyes and had to do some magic to get power to the unit. Door Systems of MT was great! They answered the phone after hours and said they would do their best to check out my garage door the next day. ( I had previously scheduled with another contractor but hadnt heard back after two days of waiting, so I was u sure if I would actually hear back from them) They had my torsion spring in stock as well as the axle that it needed and had me fixed within a few hours of arriving at my house. I had a problem with my large garage door being out of sync. It wouldn’t stay shut without cutting the power when bottomedout. Door Systems sent out some techs and they fixed it so it performed perfectly. Unfortunately, three days later it is out of sync again. Probably the gasket is icing up and sticking? I’m going to contact them again and see what can be done. They responded rapidly the first time it occurred so I’m sure they will be able to remedy my problem as they did before. They’re a very professional organization.UPDATE: After posting my review on Tuesday, Door Systems came Wednesday and re-synced the door again and tightened up collars on the shaft as well as giving me tips on how to stop the door from sticking during subzero weather...Super Professionals and care about their customers! Wish all businesses were more like them.

The shop door that came with the metal building I bought never worked correctly. I talked to door systems of MT and they sent a crew out to look at the problem and they figured out that the metal building company sent the wrong springs, they got me the correct springs and now my door operates perfectly. Wallys replaced our garage door about 8 years ago and it has been great. When our 34 year old opener died, we called them again. The staff on the phone were professional and shortly had us scheduled to have a new opener installed the next morning at 8:30am. They arrived at 8:28am and had the old opener removed and the new opener installed by 9. I Am so pleased with their service and would not hesitate to call again if we have need of them.

They came and took measurements, then i called to get the measurements he said quote If your shopping for someone else to put it in, have them measure the GOD DAMN THING! i told him as a consumer i have the right to shop around for the best deal. They said it costs $45 to do the measurement, HA! Even if youre frustrated with how your business is ran, thats no excuse for shouting and using foul language with your customers. They lost me as a customer because of this. FYI bad news travels fast!
