Good they got me unloaded right away. It would be great if they let there Big truck deliveries park on property over night.

I really like their recycling center. Employees are always approachable and customer-friendly. They helped retrieve the aluminum out of the back of the truck and answered questions. At the office where I collected money, the employees in there were quick, friendly and offered great snacks and coffee. I felt happy when I left. I also saw that they contribute much to the community and will also give out some fair passes for free. Great place, great people!

Always friendly and good to work with. I recycle my aluminum here. They are prompt in unloading and weighing the materials I bring and I really like the convenient location of their aluminum drop off as it us right in front and easy to get to.

Whether buying or recycling, I have always been well taken care of. The crew is very professional and friendly.

The staff was kinda friendly till there great ass hole of a boss/owner showed up and started to cuss and disrespect me for doing what his employees told me to do. I can tell you right now that you do not want to deal with them. I have never been disrespected like that in all my life. One of these days he will get whats comen to him. And I hope Im there to see it.

Quik pick up very nice people

Very abrasive and unfriendly employees. Tried to drop off a truck load of aluminum to recycle and the old grumpy ass attendant made me wait for 30 minutes while one other person help some Hutterites. Pacific Steel is where Ill be going from now on. Take note.
