Today I needed some real help with my cellular plan. Thank goodness I got Kelly to take care of me because he did an excellent job. He was patient and friendly, but also really motivated to get my problem resolved. Even though the issue is still being worked, I felt like he had a thorough understanding of my problem, and spent nearly an hour with me working the problem. I can’t thank him enough.

Went here recently to upgrade my phone and Kelly helped me. He was never pushy or overly salesmanly towards me but helped me with the extra accessories that I needed for my new phone. He was very knowledgeable and asked questions to figure out what phone would be best for me. With people like Kelly working here I will DEFINITELY be back in the future hes going places and is doing it right. Thanks

Recently visited this store twice. First day to start looking at phone options, a second day to make my decision and place my order. My Verizon specialist (Jeff) was very patient and helpful, getting me bill quotes for various phones and finding ways to save money wherever possible. Friendly, great customer service! Thanks.

Two times I’ve had to go to this store and over 2 hours both times. Verizon in general is so hard to deal with every little issue is hours on the phone or in the store. Customer service is terrible, I wish I had time to go over the issues I’ve had but I don’t think they would let me write a novel on here. If you have any chance of finding another carrier I would suggest you do it. Maybe get some waters available for customers and cushions on the solid oak seats since no one leaves in under an hour and sciatica is a real thing!

Kicked out the store for refusing to wear a mask. Governor mandate exempts persons with health conditions. Company refuses to recognize people cant breath with a mask on. Uses lame excuses. Dont use this store. Go to the other one on 10th. They are better.

Hes a Rockstar very knowledgeable & helpful. Lost a star Verizon because I had to wait in my car for 1/2 hour, pull it together Verizon, been a customer over 20 years...I expect better

People are all over you and dont give you time to browse. They make you feel paranoid that you are in the store and more worried about COVID than selling their products. Recommended shopping online because they dont have any in-store deals... Great salesmanship I tell ya 🤦🏻‍♂️

Customer service is the absolute worste!!! Rude and do not know how to use their own keosk system. Paying bills there is a complete pain in the a$$ and leads to more fees!! Cancelled service and went with straight talk. Been happy with no mobile or billing problems ever since.

This store is a joke. I tried for two weeks to get a hold of someone at the store. I finally went there today because got sick of being ignored, get to the door and the lady says there is at least a 90 minute wait. I told her I have tried to call the store that when you Google rings the store. Shes goes and tells me we dont have phones in the store. I just left and bought the phone through Google. Verizon in general has become a joke, and this store.

They were good, but the corporate office removed some customer service items like activating the phone. Corporate took away their machine that did that. So after buying it I had to spend the evening dealing with the switch. It was better than the on line shopping which was horrible. The people were fairly good, but after making an appointment there, I still had to wait around. I came in with an appointment, but had to wait just like all the other walk ins, so dont bother trying to make one, just show up, its the same thing.

The biggest draw back is their prices. Extremely high compared to other carriers that actually provide the same service. I changed carriers and saved over 50% and getting the same coverage and services as Verizon. I feel Verizon is a rip off. No reason to charge extremely high prices and other fees to get the same service Im getting from another carrier at half the price.

Katie and KiAnte helped my mom with my sisters phone. Tech Support told her that she had to go to a corporate store. So since we had a funeral here in Great Falls it was nice. Katie was there to greet us and she asked us if we needed help with anything. I say KiAnte saw she was confused and walked over to ask what the problem was. I rate this store better than most.

Even though shed never done some of the tasks required in my replacement-unit-multi-accessory purchase, she asked questions if other techs & struggled with me to figure it all out. This is the REAL Verizon store -- the only one in town. The others are all third party retailers. We love our phones and the service. The only downside is that they are usually really busy. The 10th Ave store by Pita Pit is definitely the yo-yo place for the best cell phone service.

Im glad some people have had good customer service with this location. Mine has been terrible!After receiving my new iPhone, I was told there were classes every Wedns. morning. Called the day before class and was told it was on. Arrived the next day and no one showed! (there were other people waiting as well)I just tried called that location again for other reasons; the phone rang for a rep. but they hung up without a greeting... nothing.This location is a poor reflection on the otherwise stellar service Ive received from Verizon.

Staff are friendly and customer oriented. I have been coming into this store for years without issues until recently the sales rep ordered a product to be shipped and entered the wrong street address and contact phone number. The item is delayed and stuck in transit and I cant redirect the package through USPS because the shipping method doesnt meet package redirect requirements. Im sure they will fix this issue in the store but I have to go back in and wait another several days for the product I need. Things like this are annoying.
