Pretty cool selection of bed, bath, and kitchen merchandise. A little pricey on some stuff, not bad on others. I have bought the expensive pan sets, but they dont seem to last much longer than the cheaper ones. Still will shop there.

Bed Bath and Beyond is always decent for picking up items in the kitchen. Never had a bad shopping experience there.

Very poor customer service. They will mock you to your face if you are medically unable to wear a mask, even though there is no state, city or county mandate. Normally I like support local but from now on I will go elsewhere or shop online. Bed bath and beyond, your cashiers cost you several customers because there were others in line who commented about not coming back as well.Edit: went back as a small business owner to purchase items for my shop. After being brushed off by the cashier twice, went to the back and talked to the manager who decided looking something up on tour computer was too much work. HORRIBLE customer service, and we already find another place to purchase our items.

Nothing too out of the ordinary from other BB&B but very convenient and nice people working there.

The store is always clean and I love the candle smells. However with everything going on right now I feel they are understocked and didnt have as many options. The employees all greeted me which is key to keeping people comimg back. We will get through this.

Its a good place to get ideas. However some of their items are running low or are out of stock. I bought a mattress pad, maybe 6 months ago. When I went back I couldnt find another one like it or similar to it. While there I looked for an electric can opener. I didnt find any. I have found their merchandise can be over priced. In all of these instances Ive gone somewhere else to make these purchases

Just went in this store (trying to support local businesses) Ann was an absolute miserable person from the time we entered till we left!!! Poor choice for the front clerk!! But that’s fine Amazon will be friendly from now on!!!

If youve ever shopped here then you already know they are way over priced. Their merchandise is so snazzy that I shop here anyway. The employees at this location are top notch and really make shopping here amazing. Located in the mall with plenty of free parking, the store is clean and modern. Great place to Christmas shop.

I dont love this place, but there are times when you need something that you know will be available without running around town between stores hoping you will find it. For this reason alone in my book, this place is 5 stars. Prices can be a little inflated for routine purchases so use discretion.

They carry many of the as seen on t.v. items with out shipping.the only problem I have with Bed Bath and Beyond is every time you turn around there is another employee standing there asking if there is something she can help you find. That is the fastest way to get me to leave your store. I like to look at my leisure and make impulse buys. If I am looking for something I will ask.

Well organized and stocked. Has almost anything gadget wise you need for your home or kitchen.

Always pretty satisfied with their selection and range of quality on things. Customer service is generally very good. Theyre definitely not an inexpensive place but the coupons they offer do make them more competitive.

Great place and good prices

Bought a patio table umbrella last weekend at the store yard sale. Should have known it would be broken . Paid 53 dollars for the thing got it home and guess what pieces missing and broken cant use it. The manager said no problem bring it back and we can refund it . I do not live in Great Falls. Have a hard time getting to Great FAlls. NOT HAPPY

Had my pregnancy body pillow on stock in the store so that was great cause I didnt want to wait for shipping , staff can be much friendly, especially over the phone. store too small makes it hard to walk through the store. Some items are overly price and coupons are okay...

Great products. Great store. But, I wish staff was more customer friendly. It seems they are always mia, and always have to be sought out. When you do see an associate its like they are powrtwalkingso so you dont talk to them or they are walking so fast they dont hear you or they avoid eye contact entirely.

Prices way higher than most places in town. But staff is great and they do have some unique buys.

I have shopped this store twice since there opening in the Great Falls area and this time would be the last time I will shop there.Poor customer service, items not clearly marked or put in the right area with a sign and price.Shelves very disorganized and clearance items not marked well at all.As a customer that has shopped here 2 times and I will not return to shop there again and I would not recommend as the cashier was rude on August 30th and people want customer service to make the customer feel important.I watched another cashier offer way better customer service then I received to the next customer in line.

I love going into this place. I just wish I could have found some accessories for my Instant Pot like the egg rack, silicone egg bites tray, a 2nd taller rack, etc. I will have to get them from Amazon.

The customer service is always one extreme or the other. They eiyuer completely ignore you and you have to track down someone to check you out, or they practically run into the back of you when you stop to look at something because theyre following you so close.

Never really impressed. We went looking for a deep fryer - they had 1, and it was $100 bucks. A little pricey for Super Bowl munchies.
