Every time I go to Waters I get great service from employees always ready and willing to help. I rarely am in the store even a few minutes when an employee approaches to help. Prices might be higher, but you cant beat the service.

The ceiling fan light was not working at the rental property 7 pm on saturday. Called and talked to Don i tried to explain the part that I was looking for, he said bring it in . There were no parts available. After askiing some questions Don (a retired electrition) suggested elliminating the suspected faulty control box. Then he went to his work bench and remved it for me. Eveytime I go there they have Awsome customer service.Thank you and keep up the good work.

Great place to get items for home repairs and projects. The staff is really knowledgeable and will ask if you would like a recommendation instead of trying to force it down your throat. The prices are descent, not quite as good as home Depot but good luck finding someone to help you in home Depot who has worked there longer than 3 months.

I bought a Weber bbq from this location. It was already put together. When I was driving it home a truck passed and ripped the lid off of it on the highway. They refused to warranty it or replace it.

Its the First Hardware Store I go to, for whatever I need. Too many times,when I go to one of the other two, they not only dont have the Plumbing that Im looking for, they dont even have something I would be able to adapt or modify! Waters almost always has what I need, in stock, & if they dont they will order it to be there usually by the next day. The Older Gentleman who runs the parts in back KNOWS whats there & has a great understanding of what might work in whatever repair situation you might find yourself in. He has helped me solve many a unforseen situation in a most satisfying and agreeable way. Very calm headed.

They were the only place in town with beet seeds. They have equipment to rent. Thats exciting news. I can rent the heavy equipment to work on my property.

Just about always have what I need, very knowledgeable staff that also very friendly.

My husband went to the store to by a rake. He got there at 4:52 on Sunday an they close at 5. They wouldnt let him into the store... so he went and bought a rake at Walmart. We have always had a good experience there but this is ridiculous. Id rather go to Sutherlands or Orchelins from now on.
