I went in due to my new iPhone battery swelling and trying to explode. I was told I had to buy another phone and start a second additional number on my account. This doubled my bill and I’m still paying on the faulty phone. I was told to go to apple and have them see if they can warranty it. Plus I have to babysit a phone that smells like battery acid and could explode. The nearest apple is 6 hours from me. Not Happy!

Tired of being ripped off. Only received 1.6 of my rollover when i had 8.This HAPPENS EVERY MONTH.I want all of my rollover, as advertised. I saved it. I should have it. At&t stinks.

The fact that I have to write this review using my mobile data instead of connected to my wifi should say something. I’ve had ATT wifi for 5 months and I don’t think I’ve gone 3 days without having to reset my router after using only one device at a time. Customer service portal is confusing and you passed from one representative to another.

I visited the AT&T shop in Great Bend for a upgrade on my contract. I was help proffesionally and the person in charge took care of everything in minutes. Everything was taken care of like i have never exprienced before. Good job and thank you for your service

Should change the hours on the building to match online hours, waited and hour for store to open at 12pm. Its ridiculous that I had to look up the store hours online. Change the hours at the store location to match online, or go to the hours posted on the building.

The ladys at the Great Bend store helpful and knowledgeable. They dug deep and found me every available discount they could . We got a great phone on a great plan. Bundled the phone with my already existing direct TV/ AT&T internet and my total bill is less than Verizon.Thanks

Been in the store a few times. Tech help once was promptly handled. Store could be cleaner yes. Knowledgeable staff - the guy I talked to anyway. Dont go when they are busy. Only a few staff if 2.

I actually do not live in great bend but I was able to get ahold of Nick F in great bend and he was able to fix a problem customer service AND the salina store couldnt fix, and he did it in a matter of minutes!! Thanks nick!!

Horrible experience(s)! Im a DIRECTV and AT&T customer, and came to the store after seeing the ads for existing DIRECTV customers. I was lied to about prices for coverage when I signed up. The store manager refused to take responsibility for their employees misinformation. Then the store manager lied to me about pricing for a different coverage option to take the place of the initial bogus option. Again, the manager refused to take responsibility for their OWN misinformation. After porting my number back to my initial service provider I received a bill for >$700 for a device that I dont need.Ill be canceling my AT&T and DIRECTV subscriptions immediately. Both of these companies have lost my business for life!
