Now that they just increased smokes by almost $2 pack i will no longer have a reason to stop at this location or any other cnbrown location. Greedy. I will go to the store owned by middle eastern gentleman by turnpike exit or dollar general where they sell for $2.20 less. Thats $23 less a carton. Big difference. Price gouging like irving!

I have come here really regular to get gas at a cheaper price than the other stations in the area. Recently I have been going to another station that has about the same price or cheaper a lot of the time. The competition has a nice app to pay for the gas while still in my car and always works. The card readers at this store are not working properly a lot of my visits and I had to go into the store to pay. I would like to comment on a very nice thing here being the replacement of the old coin operated air station with a nice new air and vacuum station that takes cash or your chip card. No more going into the store to get pocket full of quarters. The thing is that vac works awesome and has excellent suction that makes nice work of really messy carpets. It usually takes me two of the timed vac sessions to nicely clean out my cars. It is well worth it, this vac is so much better than most around! The hose is plenty long enough and you can just park alongside of the unit and reach front and back and all sides of the car easily! The nozzle is nice and fits into small areas pretty well! Thank you!Update 11/29/2020:. I am back getting my gas here as they seem to be consistently lower then Cumberland Farms special 10 cents off price sometimes by up to 10 cents and more. I go by this store all the time, so its nothing to stop here to get a good price on gas and its like 2 minutes from the Cumberland Farms.Update 3/17/2021: The gas prices here are pretty consistently lower than all the stations in Gray. They seem to also be lower than the Dry Mills station most of the time. I love that they put in new card readers that you just insert the card and leave it no pulling out and retrying numerous times to get it to read your card. The new readers actually work now!

The new kid David that works there as excellent customer service! I was in there during the five Rush so the line was backed up. He remained leasant the whole time with a smile (which Im sure is hard to do) I have been in there with other cashiers at this time of day and they have been miserable in this situation.

I had a big apple gift card with $100 on it that wouldnt read through their machine. I tried multiple times to use it through different big apples before i came across someone who could help . Jake the Manager of this location did some trouble shooting for me and saw that the card did have money on it. He was able to process it for me. I had that card since christmas and was never able to use it.Cheapest gas in Gray, fun and helpful staff!!

Switched my winning $100 scratch ticket with a dud ticket, stating they were too low in cash in the register to cash it...so, I unknowingly left with the dud ticket stating no problem, I will cash it somewhere else...shortly afterward, I figured it out and called 911. Got my ticket back. They said one of them accidentally threw my ticket away. I ABSOLUTELY BELIEVE the two attendants tried to steal my $100 ticket!!!! Sheriff said I could not prove that it was not an unintended mistake. Please avoid this place.

Teller was very polite, happy to assist me. Store is clean, and the yard was nicely plowed and sanded.

I have always been a big Apple guy since my wife worked at one in hampden years ago. My house in Lisbon falls is right next door to a big Apple and I am on first name basis with all their staff. This big Apple is ok I have had some minor issues with a few staff and I was thrown off when they charged me a quarter for sugar packets but overall same great prices and coffee is always got and ready.

Always wait for a pump expecially now one is out of service. Great staff!

Have been going to Big Apple in Gray for 2 years buying gas ,cigs ,booz I work hard and they were a good store ...I send a buddy down to get my smokes he got the wrong kind I come in to exchange lady says NO ....I will take my buzz to the Arabs up the street and All my landscaper friends Also they have said a 68 year old man got carded for booze had to go home empty lololol good luck not going down and burning I will lease ya building ?? !!!!
