This place has become a joke. The inventory is sparse at best, the staff only knows how to look up part numbers. Numerous times I have ordered materials only to come back days later to find out they were never ordered. Its sad when home Depot is a more reliable source for fasteners.

Horrible service. The guy didnt want to help me cause it was 5:00pm.
