Clean store with super helpful staff and excellent prices. Highly recommended.

My grandson wanted some new clothes and after looking at various stores we went to Under Armour in both Allen, TX and Oklahoma City and he found clothes at both. I also bought some things for myself. Both stores were clean and well stocked and friendly service. Also enjoyed the $10 off coupons and were in Grapevine, TX where I used these for more clothes

Saw some really cute clothes. Definitely should go there. The socks are really comfy

Very nicely organized and displayed store/merchandise. If you like the brand you are sure to find something. Good sale prices available on some items. Know your prices before you go to these in town outlets to make sure you are getting a deal.

Pretty well kept and organized. Not sure if its because the staff does excellent work with zoning or if people are actually respectful and dont destroy the merchandise zones... Decent amount of clearance. Worth checking out!

The place is always well stocked with product… But the specials are limited and the discounts aren’t for everything… So it’s OK… You don’t always find good fines… Nice store

Updated: June 2019: My family gave me a gift card or two from the under armor factory store so I came by here today to see what I could find. I found several items that were new to the factory outlet that I really liked in the color scheme and the design. customer service this morning was really good and I was able to make my selection quickly pay and get out of the store.Stopped by here to exchange a sweat shirt. The cashier had a difficult time handling the payment method, so I had to accept it all in the gift card. I have come here before to shop for specific things that I cannot find any other location.

Good place to buy UA stuff.

In January we went shopping and bought a few things at this location however one of the shirts did not fit. After driving all the way to return a shirt, I got there and it took a while for the cashier to look up and acknowledge me. He then refused the return even though I had my receipt and told him what had happened. The manager was close by and without even knowing the entire situation , came up to me with an automatic NO . It was frustrating because she made no effort to take care of the situation with absolutely no accommodation. Seems there are similar comments below and she may be racist. She shouldn’t be in customer service!

I visited one inside Grapevine Mill. I was surprised that price wasnt really bad. Actually, good prices. So many sale, reduced price items. Employees were so nice with smiles.

It was a busy holiday shopping day, but the staff was energetic and friendly. All my questions were answered and then some. This was my first Under Armour purchase, but its far from the last. Very happy.

Great store for a great product at a wonderful price! My husband loves these clothes and you are able to get a lot more for your money here! Great selection and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back when in the area and would highly recommend this store.

This place is pretty good. I like their high quality stuff which includes running gear and gear for basketball. I like how I can skip the shipping fees and waits and the middle man and buy the product directly from the company and can get my steph curry stuff! 5 stars.

Good service, but long waits and mediocre selection

This is great store to get your active shirts or bottom.The store is big and clean.from outside you will see most of clothes they have.prices are a bit expensive but for under armour product you can pay a bit extra. products are good.it will stay long. During work out the clothes feel soft and compfy.

Nice store and people

After many days planning, I finally came to the under armour store to purchase some running gears. As I entered with excitement of making my dream purchase yesterday, I realized I wasnt greeted even though sales person was standing right by the door. I thought may be nowadays you dont expect much from any sales persons. I started looking and found stuffs I wanted to buy, it was exciting. Then this white couple entered and same sales person greeted them from the back of the store. Suddenly, I realized Im brown. I usually dont care of this things but it killed my excitement of buying these expensive clothes. I left the store cuz I do not want to support a racist business practices.

Albert is an awsome associate, very helpful and understanding. There was another guy in the register also very polite and helpful, the manager as well. But the weekend staff really did not want to be there, rude and seemed like they just had enough.

I had such a horrible experience today.i was trying out some clothes the employee was there trying to rush me to leave the store. I came to the store with intention to buy some trousers and was while i was at it .i was looking at some t-shirt to buy and the employee didnt even want me to look into tshirt. He told me to why you are taking out tshirt which you wont buy.Very offensive to a regular customer who comes every alternate week to the store to buy clothes will never go to this shop again.
