I loved going to this store,everyone was so helpful and friendly until this last little while. I go in once a week and its suddenly very different. People look depressed or angry now, whatever changed needs to be fixed because this was a great store for an 83 yr old woman like me to get all the help I need by friendly fun loving associates. It breaks my heart to see the looks on their faces now.

This use to be my favorite place to go in town. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. It was like being in a family. The last few weeks I’ve been in there the morale has taken a big fat dump. I thought maybe it was just because of the busy season but it’s not, employees seem depressed. That’s not how you keep good workers. Don’t know what the problem is but it’s very sad considering what a great store it was. I actually wanted to go to work there myself as the mask ban has been lifted. I can’t wear a mask. But no longer. Now I’ll have to find an ordinary job. Sad loss to this community.

Went to get supplies for work, waited outside the store for them to open at 8:00am then I was approached by some employees in the parking lot saying that management never showed up to open the store at 7am, and that they had been waiting for an hour. Now Im running late to work and dont have the supplies I need. So Im definitely bummed out about this, and could tell the employees where very frustrated.

Great store has a huge variety of goodsFriendly staff pretty knowledgeable.I come here for things like duck food to flashlights even shoes and home decorTools and toys as well. Love the dog washing room!

Only place in town I found that sells Bully Sticks made in the USA a little expensive but its worth my dog not getting sick from stuff made in China or other countries thank you Tractor Supply for carrying this product

We arrived at Tractor supply around 5:50pm, we had only one thing to get. So we would have been very quick. As we approached the door the employee, gentleman, was locking the door and said, “Sorry we are closed.” It was now 3 minutes till closing. We have two little kids under 5. It takes a few minutes to get out of the car. It wasn’t 6pm yet. The store was supposed to be open until 6pmThis is terrible customer service. Rather then asking us if we only needed one thing or if they could help us to get us in and out they closed the door before the store should be closed. At least stay open for customers until you close. That’s just the right thing to do. Especially being new to this town and being in the middle of a pandemic. You don’t know what someone might need. General kindness is so needed especially now. We didn’t see this.Sorry we are an inconvenience for your store as a family with littles. We will shop some where that they care more about their customers.

Great store!!! Has do it your self dog wash, but do wish there clothing section was a bit bigger.

Large selection of animal food. Good prices on a lot of items.Good selection of bird food too.If you need a self wash doggie salon they have that.

We. Love this store for pet food, bird feeders, unusual toys, hardware things and so much more. But the best is their Doggy wash station. I can bring my 113lb Labrador and they supply everything to make him clean and beautiful for under $10 including a cookie on the way out for being such a good boy! I love the excellent customer service I get every time I visit.

Called ahead to see if they had an item. The employee said they did, when they didnt. Wasted my time and gas money.

The staff is friendly. And I get 8% back on my online purchases because they are partners with another online health and wellness company that I shop with monthly.

My wife and I purchased 2 chicken coops from this place. We got them home and assembled. All I can say is that the quality is very poor. They were designed and manufactured in Tennessee. If you want a good chicken coop, go someplace else. The quality at tractor supply is garbage. The coops failed to protect 4 chickens. Id prefer to give a rating of 0 to -5.

All the employees Ive felt with have always nice, helped me get in and out as fast as i wanted/needed too.

They were very friendly and helpful. The cashier helped me with my order of feeds so I didnt have to pick up any of the 50 lbs sacks, then he put them in the car for me. He even tried to help me find one item I was looking for, for my horses, even went as far as checking to see if they can order it. Nice people and very clean store.

We were greeted by Monica when we walked through the door. We told her it was our first time at the new store. She explained where we would be able to find certain items. When we were done shopping she was also our cashier. She stated she hoped we found everything and invited us back again. Way to go Tractor Supply Company for hiring such a shining star in Monica.

Very nice store! Prices are reasonable and they carry a large range of products, from hardware and tools to pet products, pet food, and even some clothing.Speaking of pets, their dog washing station is very nice! $10 seems slightly spendy, at least during the summer, but during the cold winter months it will be great to have a local place to wash our dog. There are two large sinks in a separate room with a door, and they provide towels, soap, grooming and drying supplies. Loved the half-price coupon they gave us for our next wash, hopefully they will continue to give those out.

Love to get our dog food and bird food here. They are about 20% hire on some products. But over all a great variety of items available.

I have been here a few times now. I enjoy all of the items they have to offer. I always prefer to help out local businesses before buying from chain stores. However, when the locals dont have what I want or theyre not open, I go here.Actually looking forward to trying their dog wash stations since my dog cant get into the tub at home anymore.

Depending on whose working, tractor supply can be a wonderful experience or an awful one.I have been double charged for items (when I got home and realized, I ran back and they fixed the error), been told incorrect information on the phone about products, and gone into the store after being told something was in stock to find out it hasnt been available for weeks.Overall though, prices are good, friendly and (some) knowledgeable staff.

I fell in love with the store the moment I walked in. They have a little of everything. Like the winch I want. Carhartt everything. Boots of all types kids to grownups. Every tool I ever wanted. A dog wash station. Pet food. Great place go check it out!!

Online but not on time or at all!!!Ordered a gun safe on line on 11-23-18 and had my conformation number. I called on 12-9-18 and was told that they didnt see my gun safe in the system but they are receiving a shipment in and several safes were on back order to call back next week. On 12-19-18 I called and asked about my order and was told that several safes were on back order and call back next week. I called on 1-1-19 and was told that several safes were on back order and they were getting a large order in. I asked if I could talk to someone and confirm my order. I then talked to John (John doesnt have an employee ID number just John in Receiving). John said “here the deal” I dont have an order for you. I dont see where you ever purchased one. Your confirmation number does not match the numbers that it would need to be if you did buy one. He then said that if I did purchase one I would have a rain check number. He said when I came to buy it they would have gave me a rain check number and my confirmation number doesn’t match anything. I told him I was never in the store and that I purchased the safe online. John in receiving said “oh let me check another place”. John then said I see your order and it was here for 5 days and you never came and got it so we didn’t hold it any longer. I them told him this was the third time I have called and each time I was told my safe wasn’t there and each time I was told that a shipment was coming in and there was a big back order of them. He said their system says I got an email and I never came in so it’s gone. I said what I do now? How do I get another one, who do I talk to or should I just leave a review? John in receiving said that I could go online and buy another one and that I could leave a review. My review is more about John in receiving and his lack of customer care.I’m sure Tractor Supply will do just fine without this sale but I warn anyone do not buy a safe online at Tractor Supply you will get plowed by the operator in receiving.

Tractor Supply is always great and this one is no exception. Really nice staff and a well stocked store. Very knowledgeable about the local ag community as well.

I was pleasantly surprised when I finally got in to check them out. Unfortunately for me the item I went for was out of stock. I did get a rain check with statement to the effect that I would receive a call shortly. More than Two weeks later now no call so I rang them up & apparently got the right guy. He basically told me he was the one in charge & to get in line because there were lots of people waiting for this item. Disappointing that he would be so rude... I wont be waiting for the item as i wouldnt give them a penny after being treated like a real pain in his behind. Overall nothing but a waste of my time.

Love the DIY Doggie Wash! Towels, shampoo, grooming tables, apron, etc. all for under $10 per dog. Monika was so helpful and gave treats and snuggles to our 2 little fur-babies. Will be sending all our dog owner friends here!

This is a great little store to go to its not all about tractors but it does have tractor stuff a lot of it it also carries Carhartt and a lot of other brands of clothing and animal supply stuff its a mix of Grange and Harbor Freight

TSC donest really need a review... they know how awesome their stores are! Haha. Just make sure your wife hangs onto your wallet because if youre like me youd want to buy half the store!

Tractor supply has pretty much everything for the farmers needs. The employees are wonderful and allways willing to help. Allways check out their clearance area as there are usually some gems. Today I got pickling and canning spices on clearance from $3.99 to $1!!! The tall long brown haired lady is super sweet and knowladgeable I think her name is Kristi?Take your time, walk around, enjoy the clean well organized store.They even have a self serve pet wash! Dog get skunked? Bring it here to wash it out hahaha

Well today I was disappointed by the management (male and a female) at our new Tractor Supplybin Grants Pass. I was making some returns on fencing materials I overpurchased and asked if we would see Tractor Supply represent and support our local 4h and FFA programs at the auctionsbon saturday. Their response was “we don’t do that.” “We will support the fair but not any individuals.” Then when they thought I was out of earshot the man was telling his co-worker how small the fair was, basically not worth your time. He wouldn’t drive from his home in Medford to come.Well that did it for me. They will no longer see any business from me. Every other feed and supply operation in grants pass supports our youth programs they bid and buy animals and donate feed also.This is small town rural America. If you don’t support your community then don’t expect us to support you. Pricing is so similar on the products in town. I will gladly drive a few more miles and spend a couple more dollars to support a business that supports our youth.Please support local businesses that give back and support our community. Make wise choices with where you spend your hard earned dollar.
