I cant say enough about my experience with Runaway Tractor.. I have had my CK3510 for almost a year. It has proven to be an excellent choice and has performed better than I could imagine. Jason and Michelle, the owners, have been great, full of good ideas, advice and information. Customer service is excellent. When our land was threatened by wildfire earlier this summer Jason dropped everything to drive down to pick up the tractor to keep it safe. I highly recommend Runaway Tractor.

My husband & I had a wonderful experience buying our new tractor from Runaway! Michelle & Jason there were awesome - from the moment we first started inquiring (as greenhorns!) to well after the delivery. When the tractor was delivered, Jason took a lot of time explaining everything to me. However, as my husband could not be there at the time of delivery, Jason willingly came out a second time and walked him through everything step-by-step. And they did it all with a smile!

This place is so nice to do business with gave me ideas to try myself and for me it worked. I will be doing my tractor buying parts or other attachments from here on out. Family owned.

Nice friendly people wheres my second time there this time I picked you up for a part that they fixed for me very friendly people outgoing tries to help you out make sure that you have what you need and if they cant fix it for you they will tell you where you can go 2 get some help with fixing your problem.

Bought a new cs2520. Tractor started to miss and smoke, hard starting and running poorly under load.with less than 10 hours on machine. With out looking at tractor they diagnosed over the phone by saying we left tractor outside or we used bad fuel. They did not want to look at it. Problem with that is it still has a small amount of fuel in it from them sending it with a full tank. And it lives in an shop. Another issue is I’ve been a diesel mechanic for 15 years and know what a bad injector is. Would recommend Haley tractor in sutherlin Oregon over these yahoos.

When it comes down to it, the only thing businesses with competition have to sell is service. Jason and crew at Runaway Tractor have plenty of it to sell. Jason went above and beyond helping me to get a tiller working right yesterday and on short notice. He may not always be able to get right to me when busy helping others that came first, but his service yesterday showed me he will get to it as soon as he can. 5-Stars

Jason and Michelle are the best. Jason isnt a Car sales man. Hes really Knowledgeable when it comes to tractors and it attachments. They treat you like family and theres no pressure they help you get what you want I recommend them to all my family and friends.

This is one of the best companies in the Rogue Valley. The customer service is top notch. They have knowledge and skills regarding tractors and implements that spans generations. If they dont have what you need in their lot they are more than capable of ordering and receiving and delivering it in a very timely manner. Did I mention that their customer service is impeccable? We will always shop here for our farm tool needs before anywhere else, and you should, too!

Run away tractor is one of the best establishments I have come across in southern Oregon. By far the best customer service! I recently bought a used tractor and although I didnt have them work on it every employee there has taken time to help me diagnose and explain in detail how to fix the problem. They got me back up and running in no time! Hard to find people like them!

I have dealt with Runaway several times over the years and they are always very helpful and responsive. Sometimes I just need advice or a how to session and other times please get me a part for my old tractor. never and issue and always fast and friendly.

Staff is extremely knowledgeable, under new management so expect some changes and probably for the better.

Called other kioti dealers in oregon to get pricing and then called runaway tractor since it is local to me. Told him I had called and got pricing at other dealers and asked if he could get close to the price of the other dealers he got extremely short with me and rude. I asked what about putting a box scrapper in the deal to get closer and he said he could take 95 off the price of a scraper no where near the 4,000 he was already over priced of the other dealers. I then dropped the idea of ever owning a kioti and bought another brand that the dealer is not price gouging

I called three times in the last week and a half, I talked to someone each time about making an appointment for some maintenance work needing done on a tractor. The first time they said they would have someone call me back. I called back a few days later, they couldnt find my information so they took it again and said someone would call me back. a couple more days pass I call and they say someone will call me back. I have not received one call back in almost two weeks now. I was only going to go here due to it being close to where I live. If you need service go to MEDFORD!

Make sure you get a estimate on what they charge you. Watch there freight charge . Have them keep you in the loop on what they find wrong with whatever they are fixing for you. I had to call them four times to get there progress on the item being repaired. I will never do business with them again!
