Great experience, not crowded, very clean and organized.They did have furniture on display with none in the back. If that furniture piece is not available, they will not let you buy the display. It may be possible to order it but it will take 10-12 weeks to arrive at their store for pick up. That is the ONLY thing I can say frustrates me about the store.Hope I explained that enough for you to understand.Have a great day/night.

It was ok, this store was almost out of stock, the store was empty put quiet and the clearence is good , but I came for any type of clothes hangers of any type and curtains for our new to us apt!

On 5/20 I witnessed a store employee taking food containers out of the cart and throwing them on the ground in front of the building. This store does not have trash cans out front. So is this what they do? Boo! So many reasons this is wrong!

Its a great place for discounted items. Sometimes you can find things you need for a better price than walmart. They are the only store besides rue 21 that sell ear buds that I like so its great. They have some good face masks for good prices.

Found some great deals and was impressed with the customer service especially the cashier that I had at the checkout if hes new to the store, did an excellent job, was very helpful and curtious, what seems to be a thing of the past nowadays.

I could go broke in this place! So many different things in this store that you dont see at other stores of its kind! Really nice stuff from picture frames to dining room tables to outdoor decor to school supplies! Theyve even got groceries now! Not a full on Grocery store but sufficient enough to grab a bag of chips and a 12 pack if soda!

Honestly my trip to the store today was one of the worst ones in a long time! I was carrying a simple wallet and had picked out a couple bags of chips, everytime I turned around a lady with longer blond hair in a pony tail was always there! Staring at me and half way trying to act busy. It made me really uncomfortable that I finally said loudly Keep your eyes on me I definitely might steal! Finally she backed off but seriously this is not good customer service and does not make me ever want to go back!

Nice selection of seasonal items. The home decor section also has some good budget-conscious items as well. Its always fun to browse through this store. Staff are friendly.

Much to choose from at Big N Lots! Where you can get some name brand items for quite a bit less. Their VARIETY changes often, I like that, cause you never know whats gonna be available. They also carry items that the other stores dont have in stock. Big N Lots has the STUFF I NEED!

They have improved their inventory tremendously since they first opened. They have a lot more then you think. From good to furniture to stationary to electronics and holiday decor, defiantly go here before wall mart or Fred Meyer. No crowds or extremely high prices. They even help u load your new home items into your truck. Home delivery is also an option. Friendly staff too.

I just left the store and I didn’t catch the girls names but I happen to be ready to check out and I walked up to the cash register, apparently I interrupted the ladies during their conversation. The girl was chewing gum very aggressively and super rude wouldn’t even talk to me during the whole transaction. I said I didn’t want to pillow after seeing that it had a stain on it and she rudely took it while rolling her eyes. She didn’t bother to ask if I wanted to buy a bag and I had multiple items and forgot my recyclable bags at home so I ended up having to reload my whole cart with all individual items. I said have a good night when I left and she didn’t respond and just turned away and looked very irritated that I was even in the store. Whoever this young lady was she definitely needs to work on her customer service I honestly don’t even want to come back after this.

Called ahead to make sure a desired furniture item was in stock, drove 25 miles to purchase, only to be told it has been out of stock for weeks. Ordered one, they couldnt give an estimated delivery date, waited 3 more weeks, finally called. Its been here a week. This is not the way to keep retail alive in the age of Amazon...

They usually have something here at a great price and lots of other things I could use at fair prices. I like shopping here. Not very crowded either.

Looking for gardening supplies. I guess the store is not completely stocked yet. It is the beginning of Spring so maybe in a few weeks they will have what I was looking for. I most always buy gardening supplies here hanging basket liners Etc.

Great prices, found loads of summer stuff cheaper than a few other places! Great staff, young man showed me what they carried in summer float rafts, gear. Cashier was friendly and helpful, will definitely shop here again.

Big Lots is a favorite for browsing. I will go in looking for specifics on my list, but as their inventory changes all the time, I am not too terribly disappointed if I cant find everything. I then have fun going up and down the aisles to see just what they have in that week.

I love Big Lots! They have such a good selection of reasonably priced items. I think their furniture is a much better quality than Walmart by far. Not to mention much prettier! They have a great selection of outdoor and indoor furniture. I highly recommend this store!

Been going to this place for years. There sales are on point.

I always get the best discounts here on in season and out of season items. However Managment is not Very friendly nor are they very knowledgable about their policies. Managment on several occasions have not been able to handle issues in an acceptable manor. Actually acused my son of stealing an item hes was simply trying to return. Great deal just needs better managers.

The store carries a lot of different items, from furniture to make up. Prices are great.

Prices are no better than other places and fewer employees to help find things (if they have them, which is 50-50 even if you think they gotta have ____). I really dont know whats going on here though whenever I check the reviews of particular products they are not good, prone to failure.The employees that are there are fine, pleasant. The products I did purchase (before I caught on) are not good: brand name can opener that just doesnt grab the cans; bluetooth speaker that the charge port stopped working after a month. I could take the hit or miss if prices reflected that but they dont.

Got some dog food at a good price and some food items. Very helpful finding one thing we didnt find.

The entry way was clean and swept, and as I walked into the store to my immediate left are the cash registers with two cashiers and a manager all standing around and chatting . not one of them looked up or bothered with a quick hi or hello. I walked the entire store and didnt see one worker either stalking shelves or helping customers.I went in looking for shelving and walked around the store twice until I finally got a hold of someone to ask for assistance. (No shelving of any kind in the store). Paid for the items in my cart and left.

One in Grants Pass is set up great and staff is helpful and courteous.

Its an ok store, furniture prices good, but not anything to flip over price wise on other items.

Good prices selection is always different. If you see something you really like pick it up chances are it wont be there next time.
