Magic Mans grand opening was incredibly amazing. Body jewelry art is very affordable with a large selection to range from. Im very satisfied with my purchase . The staff that was working were cool down to earth people leaving no pressure to buy or limited browsing time. Very welcoming atmosphere . Even got hooked up with a magic man punch card with my purchase so I can use it again next time. And yes there will definitely be a next time!!!

I had a great first experience shopping at Magic Man. I wanted to try Kratom as I learned it may be helpful with the anxiety/insomnia/stress and chronic pain I deal with. I knew nothing about Kratom other than what a friend reported. I was kindly greeted when I came in and when I asked about Kratom I got very knowledgeable and informed answers from a petite blonde woman working there. I explained my issues and what she recommended was the ‘red’ strain and so I decided I’d sample each of the red strains that that are carried by MM. In addition, she also gave me some pointers on ingesting it; what she recommended was mixing it in juice in a container that can be shaken well. I have been back to the downtown GP location a number of times since. I see no reason to shop anywhere else in GP for Kratom. All staff are kind and full of good info. Answer to owner: No actually, it did NOT work out. This review has nothing to do with the one for the other location. Which is why I left different reviews for the different locations. Which have different employees. The Redwood location is BAD. The one in downtown GP is GOOD. Don’t get it confused because I left a nice review for this location. If you are the manager of all the stores you’re not looking so hot Tom. Every bad review has to do with your staff or you directly.Staff is friendly and knowledgeable, & always greeted with a smiling face when you walk in. Trustworthy people!(Don’t be fooled though, the other location in town is no where near as friendly or helpful.)Avoid the Redwood Ave store by all means and come to the one in town.

Just awful. Really liked the stuff there, but I go to open the jewelry case that isnt locked and the owner yells at us....dont just help yourself to my jewelry, cant you read the sign? We didnt see the tiny little sign on the other side of the case. The rudeness was off the charts and totally unacceptable. Didnt buy any of the things we picked out. I believe in voting with my dollars, and I just cant support small businesses with that unacceptable attitude.

Just called to ask a question. So so so so rude. If you can’t supply knowledge of current laws as an employee to a tobacco shop then you’re a disappointment to the community. My inquiry was simple and the person who answered the phone shut me down immediately. Lost my interest in going into the shops or calling ever again.

Came in to buy a vape kit. And was told that if i wasnt satisfied with it, i can bring it back. Well i wasnt happy with the vape i bought so i brought it back and they said there is nothing they can do for me. Thats so weong. So i would not recommend this place. Go somewhere else!!!! Plus i found out its higher priced!!

The lady working there Tried to sell me cracked glass saying it wasnt when i saw the fractures in the bowl piece of a water pipe. She was very rude about things when i told her about the fractures and insisted that there wasnt. Not professional at all.

Over priced on most items has some very rude uninviting employees and when its closing time they boot you no matter how long you been there. Disappointed

Great place to get Christmas present

Plastic Bongs suck. The carburator hole should be on the tube not the reservoir. Everytime you take a hit bong water spills out. We have to put a piece of tape over it. The designer obviously never smoked out of one before.
