Getting quality carpet for room at great price, no pressure!

I have bought floors a couple of times from floors to go and they have always been informative and fairly priced.

I accompanied my SIL for her new flooring for her new home. Floors To Go had a fantastic selection and my SIL found the ideal choice for her decor. It has been installed and it looks amazing. When its time for me to redecorate, Floors To Go will be my choice too. Color me impressed.

Great customer service! Good selection of tiles, carpets and vinyl floorings at a decent price. If they dont have something in stock...they will order it.

I recently installed new flooring at my home in Sandy, Or. I was shopping all around for a great deal and stumbled on floors to go. Ended up purchasing the flooring through them and I can’t say enough about the owners there. Very helpful and knowledgeable. I have never installed flooring before and Todd and Tina the owners answered all of my questions and even FaceTimed with me a few times when I couldn’t relay in words some issues I had. The floors look great, exactly what I was looking for. Thanks again Todd and Tina, you both were a great help!

We’re new to the Grants Pass area and recently purchased a home which we have been updating. We feel so fortunate to have found Floors to Go. They’ve helped us with our back splash in the kitchen, new hardwood floors throughout, carpet in the guest bedroom and master and now tile in the guest bath. I can’t say enough about Tina. She helped us with our selections, worked with us on many reschedules, followed up on installs and checked to make sure we were happy once the project was complete. With Tina, it doesn’t stop once the job is done. I called her directly with help on paint colors I was struggling with. She called me back immediately, sent me some examples and now I have a bathroom I love. This company is exceptional at what they do, competitive and very caring. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the very near future.

We purchased laminate and carpeting here. The carpeting is nice but after 7 years of regular use the laminate is trashed (bubbling and and peeling up). Honestly we knew it was garbage after about year 4. I actually went back to this store a year and a half ago to buy new and upgraded laminate and also inquired about having my bathroom tiled. They sent a guy out to take measurements and give an installation quote. Never heard back... Still waiting. Lol

Guys were great when we were BUYING all the flooring, but getting service AFTER we paid for the flooring was terrible. Installer cancelled one time, showed up late another time, and didnt show up at all the third time. When calling the store to inquire, people were less than polite and accommodating to get answers about install. Pay a few bucks more and go somewhere else that offers better service.

Helpful when I needed flooring. Got small carpet that I was able to put in. Nice selection of hardwood and tile flooring and counters.

What an amazing company! If you want to support a family business, youve found the right one! I was lucky enough to call in and get Stan the Man who only works on Mondays. He got me in the door and introduced me to Randy who has gone above and beyond to render service quickly and efficiently. I am blown away and so grateful I am doing business with them. Plus the competition came in with a bid much higher even though Floors To Go is miles ahead.

Bought bamboo wood floor from Floors to Go as I was referred from a friend. I was told Randy had excellent customer service. Not so. The whole entire experience after purchasing was atrocious. We received flooring that was nowhere near the color displayed. Being that the flooring was strand woven bamboo we had to let it acclimate before installation. So, picture this. Our previous floor is ripped out and we are living on subfloor during this time. It wasn’t until we were ready to install that we realized the difference in color as we didn’t open a box until then. We were so ready to have floor that weekend. We went ahead with it assuming that this great customer service might result in something working in our favor later. Ha! Upon calling in and asking Floors to Go to stand behind their customer and to bring this issue to the manufacturer, I was cut off immediately and told it was my issue and not there’s. I asked politely again only to hear Tina put the phone on the counter and complain to her coworkers that, “this guy is not getting it”. She then got back on the phone and started yelling at me. I said, “Tina, there’s no reason for you to be yelling at me as I’m not yelling at you”, she told me she had every right to yell at me.Upon completion and having extra flooring I called to find out how to do the return of extra, good, still in the box flooring. I wasn’t originally told I was receiving a special order of flooring. I walked in to their showroom and bought what was displayed in there. Yes I had to wait a week for it to show. We bought more than we needed, thought we were being smart. No warnings like, hey, you should buy exactly what you need because if you don’t we’re going to be extremely rude. The fine gentleman on the phone referring to me as “Buddy” so politely (sarcasm) informed that that the signs posted in the store state that special orders cannot be returned. Again, I was never told that buying a displayed item in their showroom constituted a special order. I feel like a complete idiot that I was talked in to shopping at this place. I love the idea of shopping local but unfortunately customer service seems to be the worst at these smaller shops. Home Depot has ten times better service, which is why they’re doing as well as they are. Mom and Pop used to be. Floors To Go shouldn’t be in business and it would behoove you to shop somewhere else.

Locally owned, great selection, very helpful staff, full service including installation. They have a great selection of in stock flooring ready to install, and much more available to order with quick delivery.
