I had a wonderful experience with Grants Pass Toyota. I started with messaging them through their website and informed them what my budget was and what I was looking for. I didnt even have to walk the lot once!! They sent me multiple pictures of cars in my budget until I found the one that checked off all my needs. They sent me videos of the inside as well as pictures so I could really get the feel of the vehicle other then of course test driving it. I was able to put down a $500 deposit to ensure it was mine, if I chose to buy it. All in all the process was smooth and quick and I basically bought a car while still being able to work and not having to drive anywhere. I HIGHLY recommend Grants Pass Toyota!! They even have a special, were you get free oil changes for the first year!!! I couldnt be more happier with choosing Grants Pass Toyota as my car dealership! I usually don’t leave reviews but I had such a positive experience car shopping at the Grants Pass Toyota I figured they deserved to be recognized. I worked with Mic buying a 2019 Subaru Forester and it was truly the most positive car buying experience I have ever had in my life. Mic was friendly, personable, and very easy to work with. I would actually come back here in the future.

Had email interactions with dealership for at least eight months. They were all Professional and Respectful. My hunt for a Toyota Tundra lasted about two years with multiple dealers interaction. With Grants Pass Toyota they were less like typical or expected interactions in the auto purchase process which as an old retired guy makes things much more pleasant. There are reasons people dislike car shopping but they were not part of the backbone within the Grants Pass sales team. Very comfortable exchange. They also were under MSRP w/o asking did not haggle price at all. Meanwhile markup on same truck in East Coast is $15K over MSRP some dealers.

I traded in a highlander and purchased a Toyota Certified Used 2020 SR5 Sequoia at Grants Pass Toyota.Issue 1: A few weeks afterward, I began receiving toll fines from the new owner’s driving on the east coast. Toyota said that their salesman no longer worked there, that there was a mistake whereby the license plates were not removed, and gave me the contact information for the new owners. After some work and time I was able to resolve this.Issue 2: At the time of purchase I was told by the salesman that he did not have the Certification packet for my Sequoia because it had been sent down to another dealership in CA. He said it would be mailed to me on Monday, the next business day. After approximately a half dozen phone calls and promises to be called back shortly thereafter, I was unable to get any traction on obtaining records of certification. After filing a complaint with Toyota corporate, a subsequent search with no records of certification available, I was able to obtain an appointment to have the vehicle re-certified. It looks like I will be able to resolve this, after a lot of time and effort.Issue 3: There is a clatter sound (like a quiet Diesel engine) when the sequoia is cold until it warms up. After having mechanics opinions, confirming that this is abnormal, I have been continuing to pursue the matter with GP Toyota.Toyota says that the sound is within normal tolerances, but admits it is there, and even admits to a clatter sound like a diesel sound. I can say definitely that after owning many, many Toyota vehicles over the last 25 years… that this noise is unacceptable to me. I have no resolution to this one yet.

I have had great experience with Grants Pass Toyota service department and was looking forward to buying a new Highlander from them until Toyota USA announced that they would stop donating to any Republican congressman that dared to question the 2020 election. I immediately wrote to Toyota USA expressing my dissatisfaction with them taking such a political stance as corporations should stay out of politics. I never heard back from anyone at Toyota and thus today have cancelled my new car order.However for anyone that does want to continue to buy their products we had an excellent salesperson in Levi Thompson and I would strongly recommend him to any prospective buyer.. Such a shame that I couldnt follow through on my order but it is not Levis or even the local dealers fault-it is Toyotas fault for caving in to pressure from the left and taking sides in a debate they should stay totally clear of

My wife and I were recently traveling from the Salem area to Crescent City when the fuel pump on our Highlander failed. This required the vehicle to be towed from Cave Junction back to Grants Pass Toyota on a Friday after hours. On Saturday morning Nate called to let us now that they had the part in stock and that the repair would be complete by end of day on Saturday. Many thanks to Nate and the unnamed technician for working over the weekend and getting us back on the road. That’s not integrity and a 20 year old cars stereo is not worth the 500 dollar markup it got 20 years ago so it makes no senece to consider it worthy of the 500 mark up today, nobody plays cd’s or cassettes anymore and Dolby died in the 90s.steriotypical cars sales, buyers always wrong even when their right, buyer cars not worth a dime, but after the sale your worthless trade in has a 6000 price tag and you were told it wasnt worth their time
