The service was top notch. Had a battery charged at a auto parts store, they said it was good. Interstate tested it and with better methods and it was barely charged. The manager took the time to explain and show me the difference. Will be recommending and buying form interstate from now on.

Its a tiny place off 6th and right on M street, right quick on the right side. I get batteries for cars, tractors and lawnmowers. They recharge and rebuild too if you need. Bring your old battery with you to get the core charge zeroed out.

Tried to buy a battery from Interstate a few times. Stewart refused to take the seat out to access the battery. I took the seat out. He also refused to take the metal guard off the battery because it sparked, Im not touching it. I got my rubber gloves out and took the cover off. Oops, 4:30, too late. Im charging it myself.

Needed a battery for my car. I found the correct interstate battery, online. The MSR was $146.00 according to the online website. I thought this was too high for a battery but realized it was the manufacturers suggested retail price and expected it to be less at the store. When I arrived, I was quoted $10 higher for the same battery. I ended up purchasing a new battery at the dealer. It was $26 cheaper, with the same rating and a better warranty! Buyer Beware!

I needed to have a standby generator battery load tested. They ran the check and advised that the battery was fine. Honest and quick service at no charge. I will definitely be back when the time comes to replace the battery which they confirmed they do generally have in stock.

This web site needs serious attention, I spent 10 minuets trying to locate stock at your store, with no results. Its a Sunday so there is also no answer on the telephone. I almost exclusively buy products from your store in the way of both deep cycle , acid-lead, and gel type batteries. I paid my core fee of 22 $ because i didnt bring in battery when bought. Now dude is only offering 1$ on a 130$ bike battery that hr owes me money on no more biker coming through you false advertising JERK.

Interstate Battery in Grants Pass rebuilt two Dewalt tool batteries for me. They charged roughly the price of two new batteries from Home Depot. They explained how I would be happier with their rebuilds than the batteries available at Home Depot because they would be replacing the cells inside with something better. It took them nearly a week to rebuild when I could have had them the same day from Home Depot. BOTH batteries rebuilt by Interstate failed within a couple months. When I took them apart to see what went wrong I found that they had in fact NOT replaced anything inside the batteries. The dates on the cells inside were from when I originally purchased the tools. Interstate took more than $100 to do a job that they didnt do. I have been unable to resolve this with them. I strongly recommend NOT doing business with them. I know at least one other person who had a very similar experience.

Horrible. Terrible service in store. They take days to charge a battery when you bring one in, their batteries are horribly expensive, I brought a dead battery I bought from them that was less than a year old several times and they kept charging it stating it was fine. Took my car to a mechanic thinking it was the issue, its fine: Autozone confirmed that the battery was dead when I had bought it 1 year and 1 day earlier. If they had actually checked any of the previous times I brought it in, they would have had to replace it as it was bought FROM THEM for nearly $200. Better off with autozone, hell better off in a junkyard
