Unfortunately I had a horrible customer service experience here and my package...that I paid THEM to ship over night...was flagged by Fed EX as hazardous...it was a laptop...again...that I PAID the actual manager to package and ship....that was 9/16/2021...my laptop is still sitting in Memphis, TN....its 9/23/2021...Stacey said she wasnt responsible for my package once it left their office...again...the package that she was paid to prepare...box, label, infill etc...Fed EX corporate claims to be shipping it back to her office because of the packaging....interesting how no one wants to take blame here? Thats why there is no level of customer service they can provide that will win my business back....i.e. they have none...other wise...I would have my package that I paid 145.00 to over night...last week.... Great location. It is small, but gets the job done and the staff is very personable. I ordered business cards online to pickup the next day and the staff went above and beyond in printing my order to insure that I was satisfied. Good quality toner + nice paper. The only thing that could go better was the logistics of picking the package up and having to confirm your identity, however, it went pretty smoothly.

Convenient location, with all the services you need to get stuff done, although smaller in size than the 24-hour South Bend location. However, small size can have its benefits ... The staff was very friendly and engaging with customers. Theres only one computer for rent if you need to use it, and the office supply section is very limited, but this is still a viable destination to come to if you want to avoid having to drive across town to the 24-hour location.
