Better than I ever hoped for! As a gift for my family, I wanted to recreate a t-shirt from my grandfathers long-defunct auto body shop; but the t-shirt image (being so old) didnt exist digitally anywhere, I only had the image on the actual shirt. A friend recommended HATPLUG and Im so glad she did! Daniel listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were (I wanted all of the original intricate details of the image and I didnt want the original shirt damaged or altered) and took them seriously. His artist was able to recreate the image PERFECTLY and, within a day, I had 10 shirts and a hoodie ready to give to my family. As an added bonus, I now have the digital image (provided to me in EVERY file format- fabulous!) to use on anything I may want to create in the future. This place is fantastic! Thank you HATPLUG!

These guys are the best printers in the game. They can literally print anything you want on whatever you want. They excel in quality and no matter how big my brand gets I don’t think I would allow anybody else to print t shirts for me. You won’t get this quality, turn around time, and customer service any where else.

First off, the product I received was TERRIBLE. Not only did it look nothing like the picture, but it was completely squished! I ordered a hat that had terrible stitching, deformed & the colour was off. Secondly, I was lied to by the “CEO” Daniel Khailo, who had told me he would do right by not only “resending the order”, but by also sending a “special gift” to make up for his “employee for creating bad products.“ (Which is terrible to blame an employee for in the first place) After promising me this, months have gone by & i still havent received ANYTHING. Ive Reached out multiple times (about 7+ times) and have yet to get ANY type of response-estimated arrival time, apology, explanation or anything. Ive reached out through every social media platform possible. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! It is completely unprofessional. All they want is your money! Save it guys! 1 star shouldn’t even be an option. 0 stars.

I was looking to make T-shirts for a neighborhood block party. I spoke with Dan, he seemed to understand what I was looking for in a design for the shirt. When I finally received the proof, it looked like he took five minutes to design it. Not to mention I had to call and see if the proof was done yet. When I told him it was not what I was looking for, he became combative and defensive. Oh yeah and he didn’t even use spell check. He then proceeded to text with me and tell me that he had bigger fish to fry. Stay away from this shop. Wow now we can add liar after your response. If I asked for drug and alcohol references why did you even agreed to take the work . Maybe I should tell everyone how you sent me the middle finger through your text messages. You sure are a class act.... STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE
