I had a wonderful Experience at the new balance store. I am slightly insecure about shoe sizing because I dont know what size I really am and what kind of shoe i really need. Rhianon was very helpful in making me feel comfortable measuring my foot and 3d modeling the preasure points of my feet. And she brought me the pairs she had in my size and I found 2 I really liked. Would reccome d to anyone with a wider foot. Definitely a little pricey, but as long as the shoe holds up its definitely the most comfortable i have ever had

Overpriced! Price checked while in the store and you can buy the same shoes elsewhere for half the price.They are definitely over charging for their product compared to other New Balance stores.I’ll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

Shoes are shoes? New Balance are the fit for my life. I realize for a fit and feel of this quality... there is a price, and the staff? Wow Norma was my go to staff member I started with and I can they all not only know their products, I was impressed at how friendly The staff was and able to answer my questions with facts of how those products I was wearing or about to buy worked... also some of the staff wore the fashion they sold... good place for good foot wear.

I seriously think they replaced their hand sanitizer jug with lube. My hands were so slippery and smelled like strawberries. I have used the same brand sanitizer and it was nothing like what they gave me. It also squirted up at my shirt.

The store has lots of New Balence options. However, the salesman spoke as if he was a podiatrist and busted that he new all of the local podiatrist. He told me husband that the inserts they sell are the best.

We went in store yesterday the girl working was rude and not helpful then tried to show us a better shoe for 170 , we won’t be back due to customer service and the shoes we had wore out in the toe way before they should have . Then she tells us we need a toe guard ? Come on , we have never had that happen . Trying to get more money with sales gimmicks .

We struggled to get our little girl shoes. Everything hurt. After at least 10 trips, we decided to try here. Great service. Quick. And my girl has shoes that fit!!! She loves them.

Couldnt have been a better experience! I recently had ankle surgery and my ankle is still swollen. Looking for a pair of good walking shoes with support that can handle my new ankle . Abby at New Balance listened to my issues and found the right shoes for me. Great job! Will definitely come back.

If you are in the market for some New Balance shoes, they are pretty helpful here. The prices are the same , and they might have to order sppecific shoes, but you are getting alot of expertise.

I love the shoes that I get from there 9/10 times. Great staff but especially Mark. He is the best and very straightforward. The only thing I still have beef with is the price. But my feet have never been happier.

Went in this weekend to see if they had a shoe I was looking for. They had one similar so I decided to try it on just to see if I liked how it felt. The store employee was extremely helpful and friendly, until I said I was going to order the version I wanted online. His tone/attitude did a complete 180. It was like he was mad I wasted his time.

Great store front, the displays are kept looking top notch. The shoes are comfortable and they have a good selection. I was under the impression that New Balance was made in America, but I was clearly mistaken. Most of the shoes are manufactured in China. There were a few things that I didnt like. The first was that they have a foot pressure machine that measures where the pressure points are on the clients feet, and then they try to sell extra support for a brand new pair of shoes without ever asking the client whether they are looking for extra support. The second was that the sales associate was pretending to be friendly, and was quite rude to their coworker.

I also am very grateful for the New Balance Shoestore in Granger, In. I bought a pair for almost $160 in Dec, 2015. I didnt wear them but when I checked the fit in March, 2016...they were the wrong size. I took them back and got an equal exchange for the correct size. Again, I did not wear them until my cruise in December. After two days of wearing them, I had huge blisters and the pain was terrible. I tried wearing two pair of socks, bandages, pads, using ointment, antibacterial ointment and wearing a different pair of shoes. Once I got home, I didnt wear them for almost a month. The blisters started to heal although the skin was peeling from both feet for weeks. I tried them again this week and after an hour, I could feel the burning and see the blisters coming on again. I took them back today in the original box with the original receipt and asked what the store could do for me. They took the shoes back, credited me with the full price. I picked out a pair just like I had before and got $36 back on my credit card because the new ones were cheaper! Now that is customer service!

Love this place. Great selection of shoes, lots of helpful people, and its right around the corner from where I live. Their prices are a little on the higher side, but thats all specialty shoe stores now a days. They even offer prescribed shoes for those with special needs.

They didnt size my foot, but they had the Dr.. recommended 990 new balance shoe. Was expensive, but they are suppose to stabilize your foot. I have pain in my heals and wear medical inserts too
