I got the blonde brilliance and it completely fried my hair to the point Im having to cut it off short.. The volume 30 seem to work pretty good soften my hair where its not dead at cuz like seriously half of my head is going to have to be shaved its not cool the lady says here this will take all the day out it was extra strength and my hair wasnt that bad of that it was already faded pretty much so just be careful with the bleach there

Ever since the whole pandemic started, their customer service is non-existent. I did not receive my whole order, and there was nothing I could do about it other than file a dispute with my credit card. I wouldnt be surprised if go out of business at some point in the six months; it kind of seems like thats the way theyre headed.

Wife was shopping there. They seemed to have a great selection and staff was very helpful.

Excellent communication with determining my best needs & providing the best products. Im going thru cancer treatment & have little energy to color hair as normal in unusual ways & colors. So worked out a way to use brush-on dyes of stoked colors.

I miss the old staff🤨 Ive been a regular at the mishawaka location for years todays visit was so awkward to the point I will go tp another location from now on. The 2 girls working today 5/6/2019 were not friendly at all never once asked if I needed help but yet i felt watched & was follow from aisle to aisle. it was so uncomfortable

Horrible!! Tried calling for over 45 minutes only to have a busy signal. Drove to the store and was told to wait 5 minutes but I was ignored. Eventually left with nothing.

Like the selection but used this is a smaller Sally than Im used to.
