I called several times in the morning and no one picked up. But when they finally did, they were very helpful. I like all their sales so if you time it right, you pay for very little full price.

Hobby Lobby gets all As in The Book!! I had THE MOST enjoyable shopping experience there this week!! The vestibule is cutely decorated with inviting decor, the store is visually attractive, the departments are separated nicely, and the flow of traffic is accommodating. I love the variety in the floral department- every color scheme is available. I mostly enjoyed the sections of coordinated decor throughout the store with a flavor for virtually every home! Very fun displays of shabby chic, farmhouse, exotic jungle, cottage, costal, traditional, and more! The candle selection is amazing! So are the lanterns. It was fun to look through the DIY crafts and jewelry sections. This is truly a one stop shop. Many hearts for accommodating those of us medically exempt from wearing a mask. It is wonderful not to be discriminated against. A+++

The customer service here is horrible. I had to walk around the store to find someone to help me, the first employee said “check in the art and crafts” very rudely. The second employee said “I don’t know.” The employees here have bad attitudes and neither one of them tried to help me locate a product I was looking for. The only nice person I talked to was the cashier.

Love this store! Amazing selection of the best artsy stuff for any project. From wall hangings, decor, fabric and amazing selection of do it yourself essentials, they have it all. Also a clean, friendly environment, and easy aisle to navigate. If you love art this is your candy store!

My wife completed a 2,000 piece puzzle and the framers at Hobby Lobby custom made this frame. This was their largest custom frame for this size puzzle. It took awhile but it turned out great.

I have only recently been turned on to Hobby Lobby I have always went to a competitor store to get my art supplies. I found Hobby Lobby Jam packed full of everything that a crafter could ever want. Also anybody that is into home decor youre going to find what you need there. I could have spent hours just going up and down the aisles looking at all the wonderful stuff they offer. I may not be a convert however I will shop Hobby Lobby again.

The store has plenty of product made in China and operates in the dark ages at check outs without scanners so cashiers operate old school and have to somehow know all the sale or discount prices which seem to change almost daily , evidently why they can not retain cashiers......I noticed the staff or lack of seemed very stressed , the management observed is not employee friendly at all with one employee I heard being told shed have to wait till break time to use the bathroom , the manager could have replaced her himself for a few minutes , he was doing nothing ... shed been working 4 hours non stop with no assistance given and Ive noticed this attitude at 3 locations Ive visited... shop there if you must but please be kind to the employees...Ive read much about the very wealthy owners and their illegal religious artifact smuggling and purchasing for their religious museum , just shameful... I can not recomend beyond two stars And certainly would never work for Hobby Lobby ..

Very disappointed in this location’s customer service. We asked an employee for help finding specific paints for a model car purchased from Hobby Lobby. The employee said she didn’t know and said she didn’t do models. She said the paints are down the isle and then did not provide any additional help. She did not even walk to the isle to help look.

So happy my favorite store is open. They always have something I find out I need. Lol!!

Great selection, great sales. Everything from arts and crafts supplies to home decor. If you enjoy painting or scrapbooking why any other kind of crafting, you are sure to find everything you need at Hobby Lobby. The staff is very helpful and will help you find exactly what you are looking for. The sewing section is surprisingly well-stocked, lots of fabric choices and everything else that you need to go with it, zippers, buttons, needles, thread, ribbon, elastic, everything and anything.

If you cant find the craft item you need here, you probably cant find it anywhere. Staff is knowledgeable within their sections and will find someone else to help you if they cant. Prices are reasonable and they run lots of specials, so if youre not in a hurry for an item, you can wait for an even better price than the normal sticker amount.

They have great prices and I love the specials. Customer service was very poor, though. The cashier was very snarky.

They have a lot of artificial flowers. Not in the color my fiancé wanted hence four stars.

This is a great place to find things to decorate your house with. This is my wifes favorite place to go. I find this is a great place for small gifts for Christmas. Staff is always nice and helpful. As much as I understand they have religious roots (the owners) I still wish they were open on Sunday. Even if it was noon/1pm to 6. Many times we have been out and wanted to go and forgot they were closed, hence the 4 stars. This is not a reflection on the store or its employees. This is more or less a weekend convenience thing for me.
