Recently purchased a desk for my home office. 9 total pieces were damaged upon opening the package, called the manufacturer, they were of little to no help. Chris Grondman from the Canal location knocked it out of the park. Gave me the replacement pieces, and even accommodated me after making a mistake with one of the part numbers.Great Customer Service.

We stopped in on our way to an event and needed to print tickets for the event. My jump drive wouldnt work, but I was able to email them the link to the tickets, login to the ticket website and print the tickets right there. Great service, above and beyond. Thank you so much!!

The young people at this location are rude in the way that they speak to people. Tried to print a paper with a spotify logo that is a parody (parodies do not violate copyright) and they wouldnt print it. But then spoke rudely as they communicated that they could care less what I knew about copyright infringement. Will not use Office Depot/ OfficeMax ever again for no purpose.

Office Max turned a very bad birthday into a happy one.I have been saving for two years to buy a new computer. When I had enough money, I bought it online piece by piece to put together. When I booted it up for the first time, on my birthday, it refused to recognize my hard drive. Frustrated, and annoyed, I went to Office Max, found what I needed, someone pulled it from the back, price matched me to Amazon, and got me out of there in under 15 minutes. A seriously bad birthday was turned around by amazing customer service.

The customer service here is excellent! Greg in the print center was so helpful today and printed us beautiful professional flyers for my employer. We will definitely be back to the Grandville OfficeMax for our business printing needs.

Printed bridal shower invitations here and they turned out so nice, better than expected!! They also had a paper cutter I could use (no charge) to trim them!!

These guys where not great employees for I tonight. On a Wednesday night 12-12-18Just obnoxious individuals that never offered any assistance and sat by themselves making noises.

Kinda pricey..but helpful staff helped me out even if they didnt have what I was looking for.

I didnt go to Meijer, because I figured Office Max was the best place to go for office supplies. I needed three staple removers. They had one in stock. It was $2.99. When I went to check out, they didnt even use my rewards. I went to Meijer, where I got three staple removers for $1 each. And they have plenty in stock.

There is a wide selection of office supplies here but the staff is no where to be found. It could be because its never busy when I go here but it would be nice to have an employee help when you need suggestions or cant find something.

Clean, lots of product options, full service printers thats on-site, and they always have sales!
