I enjoy going here as it is nearby and usually they have what I am looking for. I havent had it where a shelf is empty (unlike the all in one grocery stores) and if you need cleaning products, etc, they have it and I dont mind paying extra when it comes to the cleaning products, now sometimes the item they have may be a bit more than what Im willing to spend, so I do look at other hardware stores (meaning hardware type things).

This is the BEST store around! The staff goes above and beyond everyday! 2020 and 2021 have had many challenges and this store finds ways to give great solutions to every obstacle. I appreciate everyone’s hard work navigating these tough times! Way to go Grandville Home Depot!!

Getting harassment from workers that want to sell you their new promotion. And also when you make it very clear to the worker that you are just looking at whatever item for color/decoration style purposes only to see what you like then the worker tells you that thats all wrong. That when you are looking for an item you have to line it up with this and that. But doesnt everyone buy something they like? Why wouldnt I look to see whats out there before buying? I literally got told I couldnt buy anything in that section of the store because all I was looking for was style, color, decoration!!! Grandville location just lost this household!

Probably the nicest Home Depot Ive been to. Its clean, not cluttered, and the people working there are friendly and answer your questions. 👍👍

This Home Depot is always clean and well-organized. The staff is super friendly and helpful and I can almost always find what I need app search by Bay and Aisle.

Stop asking me if I know what you’re doing for homeowners today. I’ve had employees ask me seconds apart down the same isle. One woman asked me if I heard what they were doing and when I replied yes and that I come in frequently and hear it every time, she proceeded to quiz me on what I knew about it.

This store seems always tidy & clean, inside & out.

After a bad experience at Lowes I came here. Received immediate attention upon walking in the store and was helped within 5 minutes. They have excellent customer service and would come here for all home needs

They are good. Very good at explaining there suggestions. We are trying to re do our carpet and they told us about an option on just in case the carpet downstairs got moisture. They can order things if you need be or get it at another location.

Very helpful staff, Gary helped me pick out what I needed for my sprinkling system and showed me how to use it. Very satisfied.

There are always knowledgeable staff that are able to help. Even in times when I dont quite know what I am looking for. Very well organized store as well.

David in electric and Ken in hardware were considerably helpful when I came in 20 minutes before close. They made sure I had assistance from start to finish. Earlier in the day, I asked a check out associate if there were childrens masks, once she found out that they sold out, she told me where I could find them for $1. I am proud to call this store my local home depot.

We ordered new carpet from this location for our entire house the first week of January. The first floor was installed no issue, however when they got upstairs the installers noticed the carpet was a different shade. We are STILL dealing with this issue. Our house has been left in a total state of dissarray for the last two months. They sent a new crew out to fix the problem this week, and guess what the color was wrong AGAIN. The installers left our house with loose carpet all over the place, tacks showing, padding in some rooms and nothing to walk on. We are beyond frustrated with this experience, we have gotten no answers on how this will be fixed and were even told that we have buyers remorse and it isnt their fault. (We are happy with the carpet on the first floor, we just want the upstairs completed correctly.) We were told we would know by Monday, meanwhile to be left living in chaos. We have gotten no word that we will get any reimbursement for our troubles etc. So upsetting when we will have spent thousands of dollars by the time this project is complete. Do not get flooring from this location, unless you feel like dealing with a major headache. Extremely dissappointed and do not anticipate shopping Home Depot in the future.

Grandville location. Curbside sign is quite hidden so keep driving until you find IT (only one space) They have sling patio chairs when wvery other store it out. Order online and pick up curbside. They had 2 colors and one color was out of stock, still better than not having any though. I typically shop in Kentwood store but they were out.

Never can find someone to help you if so it’s always not my job ,No cashiers I understand keep overhead down to stay competitive, the people overseeing the self check lanes could at least sanitize the equipment they make you use to scan yourself out with . And very poor customer service

I come here quite often for home improvement or repair. Staff is knowledgeable and the store has almost everything I need. Also they have kid friendly activities which is great for the little ones.

Really nice store, friendly staff and everything I needed for a small project while on vacation. Still re was very clean and easy to navigate. Laid out a bit different than stores in North Carolina, but better in my opinion.

I was told I could get a vet discount, but after I got up to the cashier, I was told the manufacturer (shark) did not participate. Thanks shark.

Customer service is great. I appreciate that if one employee doesnt know the answer to your questions they will call someone else over who does.

Drove 35 minutes to pick up an item here that wasnt in stock at the H.D. close to me. Stock here showed 110 on hand in Aisle 26, Bay 1. I get here and its empty. Ask an associate to look in to it and ten minutes later he tells me that they have it BUT.. its buried in the back and itll be an hour or more until they can get to it. Theyre busy pulling orders for other customers. Its Friday 2pm. Store is not busy, parking lot wide open. I counted 15 H.D. employees working and standing around the front by the registers. None can help me. ☹️Why does the stock show it on hand in the aisle and bay when clearly it was not? Wasted nearly two hours of my time. And left without what I needed. Highly disappointed. 😕

This place is kindof a staple to me. I prefer lowes but things have changed recently and Ive never left home depot without finding what I need. I come here for my summer and winter needs, grass seed and ferts. They sell Milorganite here which is awesome. Really the seasonal area is just a gold mine. But even the rest of the store... like in the wood department, they will cut lengths for ya at no cost!

Seems like every time I buy materials here there is something wrong with it. They will replace the items, but it wastes my time and fuel. Even things in sealed boxes. I swear their items are Failed Quality Control items.

I have used this place several times for my own projects and it has been amazing. The staff are great, the selection is great, and the general service and flow is great. If you are doing a home project that needs some extra material or help this is the place to go. I will be back again and again. :)

I am delighted with Home Depot..I have ordered things online....service has been great online..via emails and notifications, as well as great customer service in the store..It is by far..in my opinion..better than Lowes ..not nearly as chaotic..i thinkHome Depot has got a frequent and continued customer from me.

Frequently here for projects. The staff is always very friendly and know what they are talking about. The staff walks by you and asks how you are doing and if they can help. They also have a variety of pretty much everything. Easily 5 stars.

Everyone is super nice. The store is clean. They are following Covid regulations and I feel safe every time I go there (which is at least once a day now that we are remodeling)

We ordered a vanity and was told that we would get a call when all of the pieces arrived and we didnt get a call. So today we stopped in, and the girl that was at the counter (Jenna) was very helpful, she took our information, looked on the computer and it showed that it was there in receiving, she went back there and our vanity was there, all the way up top.

I like Home Depot. I bought my bed and frame from there. They r great. The frame was very simple 2 assemble, and took no time at all. Maybe a half hour 2 fully assemble. And the matress is so comfy. I sleep all nite. Awesome yes.

My husband was looking for a specific tool. He found it and liked the price. Got in and out in under 10 minutes.

Holly in the carpet department was no help at all. Just basically said a few things and pointed us in the direction where to look. Than we found another guy who was super helpful. He actually helped us find carpet and give us the best deal. Later on we had a question about the glue we needed for our tile. We gave Holly another chance. She told us she cant answer that because it may void the warranty on out tile. I looked up the product on home depot website and got my answer ther . Needless to say Holly should get fired. Very very bad customer service. She could of lost your store a few thousand dollar. But we found a guy who did help.

Masks are optional according to management when covid numbers jumped 50% in one week here in Michigan. If you value your safety, you are not welcome here, period

Do not purchase anything from Home Depot that has to be delivered! They contract delivery companies that provide terrible service! I have a damaged driveway due to the delivery company that Home Depot hired. The delivery company started driving out of my driveway with the lift down. Large expense to get it fix and the delivery company is not responding. Home Depot needs to do a better job at picking their delivery companies to delivery their product!

I had to go buy a pull chain for a ceiling fan and bought lamp with 5 lamps I put color bulbs in and bought a few other things
