My first experience at a gun shop and it was awesome no pressure to buy it’s not just a sale for them the guys really care about their customer base! I asked a ton of questions and got a ton of answers. It didn’t feel like they were trying to rush to the next person they took great care of me! Will be recommending and going back for more!

I love this place. out of all of the gun stores I go to from small to big name. This one is my favorite. If there is ever a issue with any of my accessories or even firearm questions. They are very knowledgeable. Professional. And we all get along like family. I highly recommend this place with five ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

First time at this store, welcomed at entrance , sales people seems knowable, fair amoint of goods. Reason of 2 star is waited 1/2 hr for .9 mm ammo purchase , they stated they have, when my turn was up they said only bulk. $60 for 100 reload rounds ...is this prize gouging , I will do a research . will I go back, probably for other products. By the owner response , first you lack attention to detail .. Spell my name right for God sake is on my profiles, I purchased ammo all over the place looking around for new places SO I KNOW PRICES, I spent some time looking who has better prizes .. You dont

Had to wait a while to pickup my firearm, but thats expected right now. All the staff are helpful and friendly. The young man with the long hair was extremely helpful, asked if I had further questions or if I needed anything else and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase.

While I understand that these days and given the situation most people are feeling in regards to the product this business sells, The experience these people provide this for me shows very poor management and a very poor customer orientation.From the perspective of business customer expectations in relationship, I have to say they fulfill my needed. Because they fulfilled my need doesnt mean that they satisfied my customers experience.When I entered this place, they made me wait an hour before anybody asked me what I was looking for. Once I explained that they told me I was required to take a test to see if I could get a permit for the gun. There was no mention of a fee, there was no mention that they will score the test right there, there was no setting of any expectations or any explanations as to why the test was required. AnyWho, I sat down and I answered the test. 45 minutes after I gave them my test back with all my answers, they called me and told me that I had passed. At this point the representative did not say I had to pay for the test. They then ask me what kind of plan I wanted to buy and I explain to them that I was a completely new grand buyer, that I had never before own I can or shirt again. The guy put me on very expensive guns. it was clear she was trying to make the most out of me without understanding my needs or giving me a pistol to help me protect my family.

Great staff, helped me choose a vortex scope for my rifle. Also, they were able to get me a Glock which are like gold right now. They don’t over charge, the don’t rush to sell. Honestly an awesome small business in the inland empire protecting our 2nd amendment and offering us their great knowledge while doing so. Terry thank you brother!

I liked it here the people are nice and know what theyre selling . I will for sure return for another purchase. Even for times during this pandemic the wait wasnt too bad. People that complain and gave it a bad review are just too impatient or are first time gun buyers that dont know squat about buying a gun in CA.

Just went there for the first time today. Nice indoor range, station I was at functioned properly with no issues. Staff was attentive and made me feel welcomed. I had lots of fun shooting my Glock. I would definitely return again and recommend them to anyone. I think they had like 12 lanes which I thought was great. When reading rules make sure youre paying attention for the quiz.

What can I say. This is the super shop of all shops. They do it all. Gun Smith work, Custom Work, Reloads, Sell Accessories, Guns, Ammo, FFL Transfers, and best of all they have one great crew. They dont nickel and dime you for every little thing. They take care of you. I am a raving fan and if you do business with them you will be one also. I bought a precision rifle and Chris mounted and sighted the scope for me, I was on paper the first shot and had it zeroed out in 4 shots. I am new to long range shooting and Chris guided me through the entire process of what I would need, what to do, what to expect, etc. I had more questions than a Doctor and he had more answers than a Professor. Thanks for the great service and great experience.

I bought 3 guns from this store. I met them at SB gun show earlier this year. To spite what other reviews said, the staff knows allot about firearms and are gun lovers themselves, also some reviewer who doesn’t pass a background-check complaining about not passing is not the company’s fault at all in my opinion. If it was a big deal (he was embarrassed) why didn’t the husband write the review himself instead of having his wife write it for him? Something definitely fishy there but anyways, in my experience I’ve seen this company deal with people in the store with paciance and never tried to up-sale folks on there own ammo, just tell them what you want, and they can get it, if they don’t have it they can get it in a couple of days. I shop here because it’s more of a family owned atmosphere then other places, price match, knowledge friendly staff, last but most least I love there selecting of firearms, allot of self defense weapons and just cool stuff even for snowflake California!

Great customer service from Chris. He answered all my questions. I have been to other gun stores around the area, Chris hands down is the best he is really knowledgeable about guns. If you are planning to buy a gun I would recommend Get loaded Guns and Ammo.

I’ve purchased several weapons from Turners & Bass Pro as well as Ammo Bro’s. All I have to say is I wish I would have gone to GET LOADED GUNS & AMMO first. Huge selection, surprisingly huge and personal attention. I picked up a new WALTHER there today and was also interested in a SIG 226 or HK.They went over all features of both weapons and no rush or impatient salesmen. Ended up with the SIG and again another great experience. Will alway make all future purchases from GET LOADED.

I was going to other gun stores to buy like turners, ammo bros., etc. Staff acts like their doing you a big favor to wait on you. Not friendly at all. Get Loaded folks are awesome, friendly and helpful. I just bought a s/w shield .40. Great price with rebate. They have gunsmith services also. I wont go anywhere else.

Eh... kinda had same issue as commentator Cindy. I saw on web-site this place open till 6:30....so entered with son at 6:00 pm and they said theyre closed. Gotta change freakin times guys. YOU CLOSE AT 6 PM. LOL! Would NOT have driven there if posted times correctly. Ugh!!!! 🤪

I have been to many local gun shops in the inland empire and others in Southern California. Get loaded has by far Impressed me. The shop is packed full of awesome guns. I have never seen such a massive variety. I found out if they don’t have what I’m looking for they can order it. The prices were very reasonable. They were cheaper than turners and others shops. I stopped by another shop down the road to compare and they didn’t have much of anything and their prices were ridiculous it made me laugh.The staff at get loaded guns were very friendly and professional which impressed me. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured at all. Terry the owner is a wealth of knowledge. I have now purchased a few guns from get loaded and have never had any issues. When I was reading the other reviews I was shocked and truly believe they were fake reviews.Get loaded is my goto shop now and I highly recommend it to anyone.

It says a lot about a shop when I drive 3 hours and then still think this place is worth every penny.They were incredibly helpful and kind and it was awesome of them to hold a lower for yet another week so my dad could head up there when he wasnt working. Great shop, great prices, great people, and I would not hesitate to buy from them again (and make that drive!)

Would have given them 5 stars based upon meeting them at the gun show in Ontario. They were more than helpful and steered me to a gun I didnt originally didnt consider. But after getting the pros/cons on each gun, I went with their recommendation. Very pleasant interaction and pleased with my choice. Now is where the misunderstanding takes place. I had asked more than once (at the show) if they would throw in or hook me up with cleaning kit and ammo for my initial use. I was told by the owner that I would be taken care of. I took this to mean it would be comped as I was when I bought my first gun years ago. This was not the case. When I picked up my gun, nothing was comped. I left w/o purchasing anything else, very disappointed. This in light of trading in a gun in near 90%+ condition (colt diamondback .38 4 special purchased in 81) I was OK with what they offered me, but also saw the gun selling at auction for over 2 1/2 times what I was given for my gun prior to the sale. So a little customer service would have gone a long way for a repeat customer for life. I can say, I wont be coming back. : (

Been coming here since theyve opened anything firearm related that I need brings me here it reminds me of being back home in AZ Ive purchased 5 weapons and countless rounds of ammunition here and brought multiple close friends here to do the same.They also have classes to teach basic firearm knowledge and safety here in a state that desperately needs it hell this state desperately needs more guys like the owner buy here and you wont ever be disappointed

Came to get ammo and their was a few of us in line when the owner cam he let another guy in wich was probably his buddy so for more then 30 min we waited out side while the talk n did paperwork then he comes out n say gona be a few more minutes so waited almost 1 hour they just lost a customer from coming back

Alright firearm store had recommended a good amount of friends here to purchase firearms there to show support to the “smaller gunshops” even though knowingly they could have saved money elsewhere this review is based on a recent experience with the shop the owner was not there he’s generally cooler and normal. So it starts off I’m looking for a smaller handgun with a budget of 800$ I ask to look at guns and see them side by side and I guess the worker there got annoyed at me looking and rudely says “your gonna buy something right” he was right I was going to buy something until he said that. I took my business elsewhere the other worker didn’t seem to care to say anything no sorry or nothing but It’s fine I see how the service is now I don’t recommend them

Called on wensday at 530 if they were open said yes till 630 I drive almost 30mins nd everything closed they wont even pick up the phone great customer service 👍

I bought a S&W model 29, which was scheduled to be picked up this weekend. They were closed due to the OC gun show.Terry, the owner was extremely responsive and accomidating. He was able to have someone meet me at the shop after hours, so they could release my firearm to me.I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Very family freindly

This is a great gun shop with great prices. Im not a seasoned gun owner but they do not hesitate to help or answer any question you have. I went in today with my girlfriends 1911 and a compensator i had bought that i could not get to fit on the gun. They actually knew the manufacturer of the compensator and called them up for me. Come to find out they did not send me the new spring pin for it and to my convenience the wearhouse was right down the street and i was able to just go pick it up. If your looking for good prices and friendly staff that knows what their talking about, this is the place to go..cheers!

Not to impressed by the store. I went based on peoples reviews, but they were not all that helpful to me. Kept pushing there reloads on me over factory new ammo and a cheaper price elsewhere. Im sure they are good people, but for me first impressions failed and I most likely would not return.

This is the best guns and ammunition store ive been to. The wide selection of inventory, knowledge, experience and customer service is incomparable. The staff always go above and beyond to assure that the customer is satisfied. Ive bought a glock 19 and ar-15 plenty of ammunition and accessories as well as many more in the near future.

I met them at a gun show in SB. My husband purchased a gun full price and received a phone call few days later that his background check didnt pass but that he could get partial refund in about 2-3 months. This was in april 2018 and we went to the store in july to check up on our refund . There were a few people in the store and infront of everyone the person behind the counter wanted my husband to tell him what he did to fail his BG check. I felt that was rude because thats a private thing to ask infront of everyone in the store out loud. Then we were told that the refund was not ready and to give it a few more weeks . After that we have been checking about once a month by phone and in person and we always get the run around and have not yet received our refund and apparently none of them know when the owner will be in and we leave our information to get a call back to get an answer and still no call back from the owner. It is already feb 2019 . They owe us about 100 dollars and it might not sound like a lot but its the principal and i find it ridiculous that we cant get an answer to as why we havent received our refund that was supposed to take a maximum of 4 months and its already been 10 months now and still nothing

I live less than 5 minutes from this place and will continue to go back. The knowledge and experience of the staff is exceptional and pleasent. Ive gotten 2 gun and a lower from them within the last year or so. I enjoy walking in and being greated. But thats pretty much where the interaction stops. Despite their knowledge and experience in the field, the customer service could use a little bit of work. You practically have to start the conversation with them in order to get what you want. You can literally be standing at the counter and with several employees standing around talking amongst eachother, you still will not be acknowledged. So with that being said, all in all it is a great shop and a great place to learn and purchase. I personally will forever be a customer.

So you like to erase comments on Instagram. Been in your store its not professional at all. Staff does not no much. Also closes at odd hours. LIkes to copy other gun stores. Left a comment on Instagram saying that another gun store always post pictures with cars and all of a sudden get loaded started doing the same thing. Comment was deleted from there Instagram. Left the comment again this time they replied that they have always posted with pictures with cars. I looked over there entire profile and did not find one post. SO you guys lied. I simply was just making a suggestion that you should come up with your own ideas and not copy warrior one, thats all. If you cant think of your own original ideas then give credit where its due. Whats next you are going to do a cars and coffee. I am just calling it how it is, thats all. If you cant handle peoples negative comments and have to delete them, then you should delete your Instagram My opinion

Left a deposit on the firearm.Went in again today ( 5/6/15 ) to pay the balance. Ended up also buying 500 rounds of ammo and a new 4 pistol hard case.
