Staff here is the best and I Had a great experience renting a Van from here to move my stuff . And the return was very easy using the self check in. Kasia and her staff. Had everything perfect and ready to go when I got there . And I will be recommending this location to my friends. And I will be going back to this location for my next rental needs !!

Just Had to Take a Truck double or More Than Size Ordered like wanted a 15 Had to Take a 26 Truck

At this place chaos reigns, and it seems woefully understaffed. We scheduled a 9am appt for a hitch installation, and at 5:30 our car had not moved from where we had parked it. No one would answer the phone when we called to check on it, so we finally just had to drive over and find someone to give us our key back so we could leave. The one guy who seemed to be running the place was nice, but appeared completely overwhelmed. Again, whomever manages this place needs to get more people scheduled to meet the demands of this business.

This company was a nightmare to rent from. I dont usually write reviews but this experience was so bad. We rented a truck to move our things from out apartment to a storage unit in town and were told that it would cost $73 for a day. Somehow to uhaul a day means around five hours because my husband rented the truck around two in the afternoon and realized that the contract was until 7 that same evening! How are people supposed to move in less than five hours?! When my husband pointed this out to the lady at the desk she said she couldnt do anything and that he would have to call to change it (because she couldnt do her job.. ?) We called that evening and were on hold so long that we decided to call the next morning and were on hold again, this time for 45 minutes. When we finally reached a rep, we were told that the truck was late and we would be charged for two days. We explained the situation and she said she would waive the charges for the second day we would just have to return the truck before 7pm. We returned the truck that afternoon and thought it was fine until I checked my bank account and realized we had been charged over $150! We were out of the country at the time so I couldnt call but I emailed a uhaul customer service representative and after a week of waiting finally received a response that our refund was being processed still and we would see it reflected on my bank statement three to five business days later. Still no refund and its been like three weeks. So basically only rent from this company if you want to deal with incompetent people who rip you off.

I had a storage unit on Plainfield and the employee stole 150.00 from me and it was my free month never received a refund and then had to get uhaul truck from there on Plainfield and they charged me for gas I put in before I returned it so I had put 55.00 in tank before I returned it this location I havent had that issue yet but I called and never received call back from office and never got it back or put as a credit
