I purchased a black 2021 Roguestar scooter from you on 5/10/2021. I have 450 miles on it so far and the scooter has been wonderful to ride. the balancing and handling has been great. I havent had any issues with it and I have been recommending to others to consider purchasing one as well.

Was able to make payments and get a brand new moped and been on it since i got it. Any issue i have they are kind and fast to answer and fix the problem. A good place in my eye.

Jason and his team did a great job.We ordered 2 and he kept us updated on delivery. When he received them he called us and had them ready for us to take delivery within 2 days.One of The islanders that I purchased had scratches on the fender. Jason promptly ordered a new replacement. When the replacement arrived he promptly had his team replace the scratched one.Great customer service.

This was a really easy experience. Jason was informative, helpful and very matter of fact. A big selection. We ended up purchasing a Cali Classic and love it. Only downside was that they dont deliver, but its not that big of a deal.

I recently purchased this Wolf brand scooter and I love it. I had a minor problem right after I purchased it and two service guys came out the next day to my home and quickly fixed the issue and been running great since. I hope to get many years of life out of it and saving our family lots of money on gas as I only work a couple of miles from my home so this works out great.

I got this scooter sep. 1st. Its a great running scooter well built an great gas mileage. Supper friendly staff, enjoyed every minute of it. This local shop is the best place to buy new or used motor bikes & now bicycles. I bought 1 new & 1 used moped. N Jason (owner/operator) was always willing to work with me on payment or repairs. We were so impressed with the customer service. They took the time to show us how everything worked on our scooters, taught my son how to drive one and never rushed us out. I would definitely purchase again from here. Excellent service and great scooters.

I love this place. Bought two scorches from them and they have made sure that I was happy with them. Just brought them in for their break in service and they took the time to ask for any of my concerns. Now Im having the big bore kit put on one of them and cant wait. They have plenty of toys to pick from and Im definitely not done spending my money there. Customer service is king and they got that figured out.

I went there for oil change and to take off the constrictor they didnt do either and the moped got tipped and oil got in the air filter but I got ad much as I could out of it and it ran when we went there but when we got the moped back it hasnt run since its been like 4 months I would never go here to get repairs

Great experience. Jason and his guys are very knowledgeable. My new Cabo was having a few issues (running a little hard and stalling at lights) with it being straight from the manufacturer I figured it just need to be run for a few hours. I called in and they said to bring it on in, turned out to be a bad carburetor, which was promptly replaced and I was on my way. Very happy with GR Scooters.

Ive had my moped for just over a month and Ive had issues with it stalling out at traffic lights and stop signs. There is just over 100 miles on the miles on the odometer. Just recently my electric starter has failed, and today, June 3rd 2020, the backup kick starter isnt working. Ive called to make an appointment for an inspection.Hopefully this can be resolved.

Got a very good scooter at a really good price. Unfortunately, the customer service was extremely poor. When I found a salesperson, I described my needs and budget before he gestured vaguely and walked away. I was handed over to another salesperson without being told that someone else would deal with me, leaving me disoriented and having to repeat my tale.When I requested to try a scooter ride around the parking lot, the salesperson gestured vaguely at the bike and said something inaudible before I got on. No instructions or pointers. I didnt even know how to turn the thing on. Didnt feel super safe on my test run. Masks required, so thats a thumbs-up for me, but social distancing was not encouraged or enforced and I had to back away from several workers multiple occasions. They dont tell you what you need to get started or registered. They easily could have upsold me on gear and accessories, but I ended up having to ask multiple times for a helmet and a lock before eventually getting them elsewhere. Honestly, one of the most disappointing customer service experiences Ive ever had. Try going somewhere else to get a scooter.

Cheap quality belts, replaced mine with one of theirs cause mine was worn and old, put there new one on and it blew in less than 3 miles.

I bought a mio 50 from here in June. Its been running great, very smooth ride. Ive gotten alot of compliments and a few people on the road have asked where I got it. I tell them the best and only scooter place in town Grand Rapids Scooters, ask for Jason.

Love this store! When we purchased a moped last year the owner was so helpful in fixing us up with the right fit for my 6 foot 3 son. Service was always fast and reliable. Now a bit over a year layer they took the moped in on consignment, tuned and cleaned it and sold it for a good price. I highly recommend Grand Rapids Scooter.

Went in to get my HonetStar 50 looked over and was done in just under 30 minutes. The guys are great; although Im waiting to see this dog of theirs someday. The shop is up to the brim with all sorts of moped available and if I could have, Id have bough a better one.

I had my Tao Tao VIP Future Champion brought in because it quit running on me on the way into work and that’s my only way into work and I was told they were 3 weeks out and I got it to them on Tuesday but the mechanics to my surprise got it running for me on June 13 witch is a lot earlier than I had expected I am very thankful and grateful and all it turned out to be was a bad carburetor that needed to be replaced so I thank you and your team from the bottom of my heart I will highly recommend this place to anyone I come across looking to get a moped or get the one they have repaired so thank you guys very much.Updated review: November 16/2020I made a mistake with my TaoTao VIP I put a high performance muffler on it not realizing I had to up-jet the carburetor( upgrade the carburetor) I ran it for a while with that muffler on it and it started to not want to start good I also had an issue with it flooding out so I brought it in to Grand Rapids Scooters not fully aware of the fact that they would have to up-jet the carburetor but they ended up having to and thanks to all the inspections they make they caught that my steering wasn’t the best and I noticed it was fixed for me they also had to adjust my Valves because they were tight and they also had to replace my air filter because it was saturated with gas from it flooding out really bad they also suggested that I keep my tires at 40 PSI and I notice a big difference with doing it that way today was my first day being able to use my TaoTao VIP but my only complaint is when my TaoTao VIP got worked on I ended up having to adjust the idle adjustment screw because it was on a lower setting so instead of idling for 4-5 minutes it would shut off at 2 minutes so I adjusted it myself but often times in the past I have had it were one of the mechanics have set the idle adjustment screw at the max setting causing it to keep on rolling after I am trying to stop I don’t know what mechanic is doing that but I just want my idle adjustment screw set to the right setting but besides all of that I would recommend this place they know what they are doing when it comes to repairing mopeds and yes everyone makes mistakes I am aware of that so all is forgiven!

I had a great experience. My Dad checked this place out first and then took me here. I bought my first moped. 4 days later I had a problem with it starting. We brought it back, and after they looked at it realized it was actually just flooded. No charge, they just called me to come get it whenever. I love this place, very helpful.

We had a wonderful no pressure experience, and now are having a great time zipping around on our scooters. Great mopeds and terrific personal service. The prices can’t be beat.

Highly recommend GR Scooter. Great inventory selection, and very knowledgeable and friendly staff. We bought a Lance Havana Classic 50 3 months and 350 miles ago, and have been very happy with it. It registered as a moped with Secretary of State for a few dollars. We didnt buy from a different dealer (on 44th St) as they title the scooter as a motorcycle. My 15 year old has been driving the scooter all summer.

I bought a new ScootStar HoneyStar from Jason and have been thrilled with the purchase. As advertised, it gets 80-100 mpg, can reach about 42mph on flat roads, and can get me around anywhere within GR city limits. The buying process was fantastic and Jason was extremely informative about all my options and the differences between scooters. I brought my scooter in for unknown issues and they quickly diagnosed/repaired. The repair cost was reasonable and the staff was very friendly and responsive.

They could write the book on customer service.3 - What a blast!4 - We had a minor situation on one of them, and they literally drove a trailer to our home, picked it up, and brought it back to their location to fix it.
