This place is very helpful and you can freely walk into the trailers without having to talk to anyone. No appointments needed as well. I highly recommend going here before any other mobile home lot.

I havent viewed any homes here yet, but I will be soon! I wasnt paying attention to the company name and had wrote a review for the wrong place. Scott, the owner, got in touch with me and we settled the situation quick with no hard feelings! My husband and I will be there soon to look at homes! Great customer service is one of the best qualities a company can have! This company has it for sure!

The time and attention we received from Matt was over the top. Unfortunately, the exterior construction, project management, communication, and follow-thru have been less than desirable. We were hosed on several requests with the exterior construction and have been given multiple promises for work being done, only to find that no one has shown up. I would recommend the home purchase but would want to let others know to lower the after sale expectation. To many hands in the pot and no one is accountable for the work not being done. I have no confidence we will have occupancy by the end of this week as promised. Looks like it is back to living in our travel trailer. Not happy

Its all about service and Preferred Homes has excellent service. Sure, cars, homes, equipment, etc. have problems... when that happens efficient handling of problems, by people qualified to fix them, is an extremely important element in any sale, and should always be considered beforehand. Preferred Homes has that service. I love the home they sold us AND the SERVICE that they keep me happy with!!

I visited this dealership about a week ago and was pleasantly surprised. I was made to feel very welcome. This was my first visit and there was no one trying to push me into anything. I was allowed to view the homes by myself. I didn’t have to sign anything or watch an ad before I could tour the homes. The stigma of trailer homes is gone in my mind. Very nice homes for today’s standards at affordable prices. I will probably be returning soon for a second and closer look.

When my husband I walked in we were greeted by Tim, our salesman. He was nothing short of fantastic. He was so patient with me as I was very detailed and constantly changed my mind until we ended up ordering our home. He communicated with me everyday, and made me feel like we were his only customers. Tim was seriously the best ever. Sheri and Mary were beyond helpful with helping me after our home was delivered with parts from the factory. They communicated with me so well. We love our home!

We are currently in the process of having our new home finished with Preferred Homes. It has been delivered and the outside has been put together and finished. We are still in the process of having the inside done. So far we are really happy with Preferred and all the crews that they have had do work for us. Will post later with an update on the inside. We would recommend purchasing from them. The sales (Rose) was very helpful in dealing with the factory and us. We did a custom floor plan and they were very accommodating with the living arrangement we were looking for.

Chuck Raison was very professional and polite. I would recommend chuck and John to everyone.

This place is the one to go to if you are looking for this type of home. This business knows their stuff and has the personal with the quantity and quality and if its not there they can get it. Know what you want but ask lots of questions. Be somewhat informed before hand. I would have used them myself but went a different direction and purchased a house with more room that was needed. The Preferred homes can always be added on to but my need was right now. Liked this business a lot.

My husband and I went here earlier today. There seemed to be a big selection of beautiful new homes. The staff was very friendly and helpful, as well as honest. When we mentioned our price range, they told us upfront that they didnt have anything that fits our needs at the moment because of high demand for used manufactured homes and referred us to another dealer. They were very friendly and honest the entire time.

Preferred has a great variety of homes to choose from!. Preferred has a wonderful team to work with, especially Tim Barber! I never felt pressured through any of the process. Ten months ago I wrote a scathing review about our experience with purchasing a modular home from Preferred homes. I have had many months to reflect and come to the realization that I was a bit harsh in my assessment. Tim the salesman was great to deal with, Sherry and Mary did a good job after Tim was injured and could not see the project thru. To be critical of the process 2 things come to mind, there seems to be lag time getting replacement parts from the manufacturer could be solved by keeping a small supply of the most often needed parts on hand. Second I hope that they are not using the contractor that worked our site he just did not care about us.In conclusion the experience was not as bad as I initially stated, as with anything do your homework ask a lot of questions and get everything in writing, and then ask more questions. We love our new home.

I want to thank Preferred for going above and beyond for getting us into our new home, following up with us and fixing issues we had from the factory. We love our new home and are extremely grateful to Matt, Mary, Deneen and the Preferred workers that set us up and fixed issues we had from the factory.

My wife and I purchased a home from Preferred to place on land in Spring 2014. The experience was fantastic and the home is beautiful. Everyone from the Sales person, Rose, and the other office girls, Mary & Sherri, through the Set-up, Service, Drywall crews and the owner went above and beyond in every area! I would HIGHLY recommend Preferred to everyone I know and if we ever planned to move again we would order from Preferred and do it over again.

The inventory of homes was impeccable. And the staff knowledge was very intuitive to finding home ownership.

Under new ownership and they are working to correct some issues. We ordered our home and it took longer than expected and had a few issues when it arrived BUT from what I have been told by others buying from different dealerships..this is normal. I am NOT a patient man HOWEVER after getting moved in a few weeks ago We are VERY PLEASED with our new home. It is the first of a custom order so that contributed to a delay.If you can prepare for delays...things not being 100% when it arrives and is set up...then you will be glad you made the purchase from them.Salseman Matt is a very personable man and is overall good to deal with.Double and triple check your paperwork and stay in contact with them.OVERALL I can recommend them and feel reasonably sure you will be happy with your home after the inevitable bumps in the road.Doran and Rose JaffasPs.We acted as our own general contractor. This saved us a lot of money from being way overcharged by the contractors they got us in touch with which either didnt have full knowledge of the regulations or were intentionally gouging.
