They want to charge me for them losing my uniforms. Because the last guy got fired and the new guy didnt know I was missing shirts Im getting a bill. Iv been paying over $5 a week for more than 10 years.. you do the math. F this place, Im not surprised they have horrible reviews.

Sketchy contracts, less than satisfactory service. Threatened to charge astronomical fees to end service after offering a minimum 6 year contract. During previous couple years rates were increased and service quality decreased. Never again.

I havent had the right amount of uniforms to last until the next pickup date for at least 6 months, i call and they tell me they will check into it and never get a call back or recieve the missing uniforms

This is the worst experience Ive had with a company Ive ever done business with in the 20+ year history of owning a business. In short their MO is to sign you up for a contract that auto-renews, not provide you a copy of it, then fail to provide services. Their billing is inconsistent, incorrect, and yet the only place they actually put effort. Phone calls, messages, and certified letters go unanswered. I wouldve been ok if they had simply provided what we signed up for. Apparently their customers are the only party required to abide by the contract. I will NEVER do business again with them and I highly suggest you look elsewhere.

We own a small trucking company and we needed to get our image out there. We reached out to UniFirst and they told us if we sent them an approved emblem for our company that they could get us shirts embroidered with that emblem. I couldn’t be happier, the shirts look really nice and the emblem looks a hell of a lot better than what I had expected. Great company overall with the product and customer service!

Had a great experience ordering work clothes! My customer service rep, Michael, was very nice and super patient with my decisions. Everything fit perfectly and the colors were better than what I saw in the catalog. The turnaround time was shorter than expected and super convenient for being a new employee. I will definitely be ordering my work clothes from Michael and Unifirst in the future!

Absolutely the worst uniform company out there. I have around 30 employees in uniforms and we have inconsistencies weekly. The employee turn over is horrible. You never know who to call. The uniforms are laundered in Gary Indiana with out dated equipment so if your employees actually do receive their “clean” uniforms, it is very probable that they will still be dirty. Save yourself a very big headache and don’t use this company. I recommend using Cintas.

I see our UniFirst guy every time he comes in. Hes very nice :) We get our mats through them and they are the nicest mats Ive ever seen. They always lay nice and straight!

Unifirst bought. Out the company we had delivering our uniforms, have had nothing but problems getting the uniforms back. For example, an employee would bring in 5 shirts and 5 pants. The following week they would recieve 2 shirts and no pants, or 4 pants and 2 shirts. In my opinion, they do not deliver. Would never recommend them.

Bought a hoodie from UniFirst. It’s a heavyweight cause I’m a skinny guy, and it’s SUPER warm and comfy. They also threw in a beanie hat for me too. All set for winter!!

We ordered uniforms for our company through UniFirst. First order came weeks late mostly incorrect, only a few of our 15 employees had the correct sizes. Patches were sewn on haphazardly and they had to be sent back. After more weeks of waiting the uniforms came back incorrect again. This back and forth went on for months with only 2 of our employees in uniform. Our owner and managers never did get a correct uniform. We decided to drop them as our uniform provider but kept them on for our mats and restroom products as we had no complaints about those. Over the next few weeks customer service went even further down hill. Drivers would not show up at any consistent time, sometimes even after we closed. We had multiple different drivers, every week we had to retrain a driver on where everything went and how our account worked. Bills continued to come in for things we never got, credits were issued and we ended up overpaying. We dropped them completely of all services in less than 6 months of service. We still have a box of dispensers that we had to take off the walls for them, they have been sitting here for 5 months. The only reason this company gets 2 stars is because of our regular driver Kyle. He was a stand up guy who wanted to his best for each customer. We only saw him a couple of times but he always did his best. The other reason I generously give them 2 stars is because they let us off contract without a fight, they at least knew they had screwed up. Beware of signing a contract with this company. We never even heard from our sales rep after signing. We heard later that they were in the process of purchasing another company and switching things over, I hope they get it right for their customers after the transition is complete.

Unifirst came through for all my business needs. My orders were taken care of in a timely manner, the customer service was extremely professional, and the driver, Nick, went above and beyond to ensure that I’d receive my orders correctly as well as listened to any concerns I had. It’s refreshing to get this kind of service, and I will definitely be using Unifirst going forward.

Very unprofessional. We were mislead into a contract for 5 years with a company who is constantly trying to sneak in extra charges where they are not necessary. We got charged $26 for a button to be sewn on. The lady who handles invoices is unfriendly. When I called to speak with the manager to explain our issues I never got an apology only that he would fax our contract over. NOT RECOMMENDED

Have not received my managers uniforms for weeks now. I called and the manager is on vacation so there is nothing that they can do for us. So I called corporate and they gave me no way of being able to fix THEIR SCREW UP. We have over 100 stores and they obviously do not care about customer service! I am still getting billed for uniforms I have still not received for WEEKS! TERRIBLE SERVICE

Ive had problems with them over the past few months, Our HR dept. has been trying to get with them to find out why weer not getting out uniforms back , Ive been washing my own, hope our company changes companies if this isnt taken care of soon.

Nothing but problems since UniFirst bought out Arrow Uniform. Most of my employees are regularly missing uniforms, and getting a return phone call is a joke.

THIS IS THE 4TH TIME IN THE ALMOST 3 MONTHS THAT IVE WORKED HERE THAT YOU HAVE FORGOT TO DELIVERY OR MISPLACED OUR WORKERS UNIFORMS. THE MANAGER GOES WITHOUT UNIFORMS AT LEAST ONE DAY EVERY OTHER WEEK
