Russ was great to deal with. He answered all my questions and had the equipment I needed with same day availability and a great price.

I have been consistently impressed with both the level of customer service and quality of the rentals I have received. Any questions I have had are answered in a way that is clear and concise. The equipment is always in good working order and able to perform the tasks I put it through.

I have never rented equipment before and even before I walked in to the building I was greeted by an employee who was staging the different equipment. I mentioned the mixer I had rented and he told me to go in and finish the paperwork and where to hook up the truck. The whole process was extremely easy both picking up and dropping off.

Easy to set-up, delivery was on time, and staff was helpful when we had questions.

I rent equipment all over Michigan, Indiana, and Ohio and I continue using United because of Greg Assink. If I need equipment repaired or equipment rental all I have to do is make one call and Greg takes care of it for me. He is always looking at way to work with me in planning future rentals. I have also had times when I would forget something like a diaper for a scissor lift and Greg will go out of his way to make sure I get what I need for my rentals. Thanks Greg keep up the great work!

Website was easy to navigate.

Had a customer call and tell me I would need a lift for the work they requested on Monday at noon on Sunday afternoon. Called 7:00 AM Monday morning and United was able to get me one there by noon on Monday.

Greg was very easy to work with.

Salesman James made it work for us. We were in a pinch last minute and he came through. Always Does!!

This place is the absolute worst it’s funny because being heavily involved in the industry everybody around and Grand Rapids says not to rent from United rentals just another company with terrible salesman who fraudulently over bill you for there overpriced rental equipment. If you have any brains stick to Michigan Cat Ais and Alta Equipment they’re far better to deal with and more reasonable. Six thumbs down

I purchased a used Skyjack Scissor Lift from Grand Rapids for my company based in Cleveland. John Swaney, the operations manager, was excellent to work with and went above and beyond to make sure we were confident in what we were purchasing. He provided me with an inspection of the machinery, all necessary documentation and arranged for delivery to Cleveland. Once we received the lift and saw it for the first time - it was exactly as he promised. Very rewarding experience! Especially when purchasing used equipment sight unseen.
