Push a tad hard for credit app/line. Biggest issue is the 1000% mark up on some tooling. This is not small buisness friendly nor anything but greed. 2 day availability no longer has the premium it did, as anyone can ship items that quick. Unfortunatley this will be a last resort option like many of the unevolved industrial supply places.

Their sales guys, Bob Severence and Tom Gibbons are rude as hell. They are pushy and have no respect for the customer, his/her desires or their time. They do not come off as people who know what they are talking about, but as pushy salespeople trying to bully you into buying from them. MSC is cheaper and more professional, take your business there.
