I was in there earlier today. Was prepared to purchase kitchen and bathroom floor tile and tile for my fireplace hearth. My husband and I were the only customers and there were two visible employees. We walked the whole store 2 times and neither employee acknowledged we were there. No welcome, no can we help you? no directions. Nothing! Will shop elsewhere.
I was looking for a place to cut a marble back splash and I called the THE TILE SHOP, and spoke with Nick.Nick said bring it over and you can cut it, using our wet saw. Nick walked me back to the wet saw showed me how to use it. I made my cut.Nick did me a solid along with Amanda the friendly counter person. The Tile shop is the best !! Nick and his crew are the best, friendly, they all smiles and were very helpful. Thank you so much.
Staff claimed a pattern was new and very upscale. I found out it was an old pattern and did not hold up well. Wow!!
Huge selection and very knowledgeable staff. Not sure why they have some bad reviews but I was very happy with the service and product. One of the managers (Nick) was fantastic when there was a misunderstanding. The only reason Im not giving a 5 star is I think its a bit pricey compared to other places you can buy tile.
Excellent staff, courteous and fun service. Exceptional selection in all price ranges. It was mindboggling to decide between the choices. Take pictures as you leave each lane otherwise it will be impossible to remember everything you liked.
Went in knowing nothing about tileing a shower. Dillon helped us, spent alot of time helping us honestly. He was extremely knowledgeable and I would highly recommend anyone wanting to tile anything to talk to dillon. Thank you Dillon. By the way, so many tiles to look at, go in with an idea on what you want. Or you will spend hours just looking.

My husband and I stopped in right before closing the other night and Amanda was so helpful. We were in a time crunch as our contractor was able to last min accommodate our project. She helped us understand options that not only fit our taste but budget and time immediate timelines.

Went in a few days ago to look at tile, first of all, they were not that busy, we walked around looking at tile but not once did the two people standing behind the counter as we walked by say one word to us or ask if they could help us or if we have any questions.We were in there about 20 minutes and during that time, we could see one of the workers walk by like they were watching us, but againnever said can I help you.Seen alot of tile we were interested in but we refuse to spend our money where we dont feel welcome.

First, there is an incredible amount of beautiful tile to choose from. Secondly, the staff is very helpful. Sara was very respectful of our budget, and was incredibly gracious as we took our time looking at an incredible amount of tile combinations. She grasped very quickly our preferences and was able to make recommendations based on what we gravitated towards, and made sure we were comfortable with every step of the process, even when the time spanned beyond our appointment block. I found the selection I wanted at competitive prices. The staff were friendly and helpful. The design suggestions made improved the final look of my project. I also appreciated the 6 month return policy for unused materials. My project got pushed back a couple of months and took longer than expected. I would definitely use them again.

We were given the Tile Shop reference by our contractor. As you must already know, the assortment to choose from, was overwhelming. The staff was most helpful and extremely knowledgeable. The experience was most pleasant and we were able to return unused stock, hassle free. We would return, should another project develop and have already, referred others, to our local location.THUMBS UP!!
We were looking for kitchen backsplash tile and walked in - what an amazing place! Sara helped us and listened to what we were looking for, looked at our counter and flooring samples, and steered us to some great options. We were so impressed that we want to redo our master bath just so we can use some of the beautiful tile we fell in love with. They also have kitchens and baths set up so you can get a real feel for size and color.
These guys are great. Rick and Mike both go to the extra mile to make sure the customer gets what they need. If youre planning a project that involves tile of any kind, I highly recommend stopping in.
We purchased our tile on black Friday when they were having a great sale. The prices were unbeatable and the variety is what brought me there in the first place. I loved the variety they had, from very inexpensive (less cost than big box stores) to top of the line product. I really liked the examples all throughout the store of how different tiles could work together. We ended up with a very subdued tile pattern with bright (Daiquiri) green sea glass tile. Something we would have never chosen, but seeing examples helped make it real. Josh, our salesman, was incredibly helpful and didnt push anything extra on us. He made me feel very comfortable and confident in the whole process. I plan on going back to do our bathroom next (again..something I would have never even thought about doing until I saw some beautiful, yet very inexpensive, examples.).
Got me the product I needed quickly and it was the right product. The employees also helped me with lifting the tiles and packing them into vehicle! Overall its a swell business with good, respectful workers
We are considered remodeling our bathroom so we went there to check out different tiles. The gentleman who helped us was very knowledgeable. You showed us how to read the various tags and what each tile is best suited for. There wasnt much pressure to buy anything at that time. When we get closer to finishing our product, we will probably go back there.
The people here are absolutely wonderful! Incredibly helpful and knowledgeable too. I bought my tile from them and was impressed the first time I shopped with them. I stopped in again because I needed some grout to repair a poor tile install by a nationally-known company. I didnt need a lot of grout so the woman went to their classroom and gave me a bit to complete the job. I was very thankful and will always check them first for future projects!

Very helpful in looking at various tile for our master bath. Unfortunately, the tile we selected didn’t have bullnose tile to compliment it which is very surprising. We ended up going to a different tile store, but did buy decorative tile from them.
I cannot say enough good things about The Tile Shop! The staff were so helpful and professional, the prices were competitive, and the tiles were of high quality. I will not be shopping for tile anywhere else from now on!
We purchased over $10K of tile for our new home. Quality was okay, but some broken tiles as this was slate. We were able to use many of the broken pieces. However, after purchasing in box quantities that were suggested by the sales staff and using broken pieces, found that the staff had inflated square footage. When attempting to return one of the full boxes, we were told it was outside the return timing and NO WAY can we do anything. A little research shows the company (The Tile Shop) has financial issues and has resorted to statements of policies rather than working with customers to resolve issues.
We have purchased tile twice this year from The Tile Shop. Both times Sara, and the entire staff were very knowledgeable and helpful. Its a great experience to work with people who know their products and take the time to assure customer satisfaction. I strongly recommend The Tile Shop. Thank You.
We had incredible service today from Sara Duff! She listened to what we needed & wanted then brought us to it. She had great advice & knowledge! We did 3 bathrooms (2 showers), 2 entryways & kitchen backsplash all under budget! First building decision that was made easy for us!
Putting a new backsplash in our kitchen. Lori Vincent was extremely helpful and put together the perfect combination of tile and accents. My wife is thrilled, and now we can finish our project. I highly recommend Lori and the Tile Shop!
All the the sales personnel I encountered were very pleasant and helpful each time I came in. I wish I could remember all their names-one was Kevin. Also the person who answered the phone (Sawyer) was very pleasant and patient and helpful. Also there are so many tiles to choose from. Ive been told they often have sales (especially around holidays) so I am waiting for July 4th to purchase if they have a sale going then. This is a great place to go if youd like a good selection with nice people to help you.

I wish there was a zero stars option. My wife and I were referred to them for back splash tile for our kitchen remodel project by the remodeling company we contracted with. First trip there my wife was assisted in placing an order by their staff. Turns out the order was placed without the sealer, twice as much grout as was needed, no caulk, no add mixture, and the completely wrong accent piece for the tile. This was all discovered when the installer came to the house to do the job. Result? ANOTHER trip to the store to return everything, reorder the correct product, and be assured that everything that you need is included. Oh, and a full week delay on the project. Went back to the store to pick up the right stuff. Installer came back out to do the job. All is well, right? NOPE! STILL no sealer the second time around! So, back my wife will have to go yet a THIRD time. Plus she will have to finish the job (putting on the sealer coat) herself. Next task is to inform our contractor in detail of this abominable experience so that they will hopefully drop this company from their referral list and spare any of their future customers a similar fate.
Truly a fantastic store for anything tile related. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The displays are a treat to the eyes and are a great start to your own remodeling projects.
Great selection of whatever youre looking for. However we met with a representative the day before at a home show downtown. He asked a bunch of yes and no questions that led absolutely nowhere. We told him we were visiting the next day because we just signed paperwork to build a home the week before. He was no help and offered no insights or even let us speak really. The next day we walked into the store and literally walked up and down EVERY SINGLE ISLE and were there for maybe an hour. Didnt see one single salesperson or even get approached by a single person. Youd have better luck with those annoying kiosk people at the mall. Spend your money somewhere else.

Brian Marriott and his co-workers where excellent to work with, the only glitch is the change in computers that they are experiencing and getting any refunds are delayed due to this change over but overall the expertise, knowledge and friendliness was exceptional.

The woman that helped us was great. The amount of time she invested in us and the follow up on our little job was impressive. They have a huge selection of tile. Places like lowes and home depot just dont carry much of a selection anymore.
Untrustworthy sales staff. Just after Xmas my husband and I went there and, with the help of a salesman, selected a beautiful chevron marble tile for our bathroom floors. AFTER we settled on this tile and started the transaction, the salesmen says uh-oh, this tile is on backorder til after the 1st of the year. No big deal, we werent going to start our project until after the 1st anyway. Then he says, oh my mistake its not on BO, its discontinued. But you can pay $150 to ship from a store in Utah After almost an hour of discussion and him trying to talk us into a different tile, we start to back out of the purchase. Then he says maybe I can get my manager to wave the shipping...but probably not...but maybe he could...well Im not sure...call us tomorrow. So we call the following day and learn it was never discontinued. But it is still on BO, ETA mid-Jan. Havent heard a peep from them since until today. Its due end of February, 2 months after we purchased. I would really like to back out of it at this point, but I really love this tile and Ive not found it sold anywhere else. So well stick it out, but I will never purchase tile from them again.UPDATE: days after they told us it would be end of Feb, they called and said the tile was in. Great news, but perplexing why they told us end of Feb. Inaccuracies make it difficult to plan ahead. I still wont ever go back.

I returned to The Tile Shop to check for cleaning products for my marble flooring due to some spots. I had bought all my materials there approximately two months ago and had a good experience. Two staff members were chatting and the store was relatively quiet. They seem put off by my questions, treated me quite rudely and were not helpful at all. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.
