Very courteous and helpful. Explained all the steps to treat our in ground pool in detail so I knew exactly what to do. Didnt overcharge or upsell me anything I didnt need. Definitely using them more from now on. GO BLUE

I cant recommend this company enough. They were very prompt on the quote and provide a breakdown of labor and material. They also provide a quote with several options for pump and filter systems. Furthermore, we were in a real bind as our pump went bad and were having a pool party within 2 weeks. They were able to fit us in their schedule even though it was a big ask. The service people were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job with the work. They cleaned up great and took the time to show my wife how everything worked.

They had a part we needed, everyone else plus online were sold out. Needed some service, but they are booked, so they walked me through how to fix it - Great people!!!

We received a recommendation for Acme Pool Construction to repair a structural leak in our 50 year old Garter pool and to convert the paint from rubber to epoxy. The work was exceptional! The prep work was tidy, we were kept informed about progress and the job was completed as quickly as the weather permitted! We are thrilled with results that truly exceeded our expectations. We would (and have) recommended Acme.

Wow! We worked with Mitch and I cant say enough good about him! He answered my emails promptly and when we finally went to look at his spas he was very patient with all our questions and very informative . But best of all he wasnt a pushy salesman ! They sell a great product! If you are looking for a spa dont pass these by! Very happy with this experience !

They were super helpful. They had what I needed when I called and then set aside those items at the front desk so I could save time when I got there. I called different store about 3 hours prior to ACME PURE BLU and they thought they had what I needed and offered to call back after looking but never followed through. The staff at APB was super friendly and there prices were right in line with those I found online. We will definitely be returning there for our future pool needs.

We have been working with Acme Pool for 4 years and have had a great relationship. They have resolved any issues that most pool owners deal with. Kim helped us get our water issues taken care of and everyone has been so helpful every time. I would recommend this family owned company to anyone who needs a pool or pool care.

One of the absolute worst experiences with a contractor during the 2017 pool season. Too many issues to describe. Then I find out in 2018 they did not shut down and blow out water lines properly in fall 2017 so there has been 3 days of plumbing repairs needed in the pool bathhouse for the Georgetown of Grand Rapids condo community. DO NOT HIRE THIS CONTRACTOR FOR POOL SERVICE!

I have had a excellent experience with them and I love my spa! Delivery was even sooner than expected. Ive had prompt responses to every email or call. I highly recommend this company.

Great service and had just what I needed.

Had an appointment that they never showed up for and several calls not returned. Staff seems friendly and some of them somewhat knowledgeable but overall poor customer service.
