Love going to the farm store. I get the dogs canned food there as well as my first feed. They have the best prices in town on bird feed

The staff were friendly, polite and very helpful, even though they did not have what I needed they found where I could get what I needed, they were helpful even knowing I was buying else where.

I really like this store because they have allot of hardware store items but you dont have to waite for 30 minutes in line for check out. The staff is right there. No looking for somebody to help you for 15 minutes. If you need nails, screws, bolts and nuts they charge by weight, so you get a better bargain. Especially if you have a big project. I even buy my pets vaccinations here for way cheaper than paying a vet 80$ for 1 shot. They have grills, sidewalk salt, jackets, feed...you name it. They have it. I use the store in Plainfield township.

Nice farm and feed store. The staff is friendly. This is a better choice for live stock feed then your run of the mill pet store. Good selection of dog and cat food as well. This place is not as busy as some of their competitors which is nice.

I was looking for an aribnb i booked and i showed up here. It was neither a farm or a home. Very disappointed, had to sleep in the back of the building for the night.

Cool store with lots of awesome things

As we walked through the aisles we noticed that they were out of stock on a lot of common items. We were after a propane heater and their options were less than appealing.

Love getting are pet supplies here. cheaper then going to a pet store. And are pets love what they get.

A decent change from Lowes and home Depot. More of a Farm supply store. Had live baby chicks and pullets for sale. Feed for pets and live stock. Had nothing we needed today. But, it might some other time.

The only farm store I can think of. Has seasonal chicks and ducklings, which cause quite a stench. They have things nobody else carries and so if you need something only they have you will be glad they are around.

If you need farm stuff, they have it. I feel like a bit high on price for some items, but not all.

Cool store. They have a nice assortment of things in the store. The name says it all. They have clothes, animal feed, animal accessories, tools, mowers and other powered equipment, hand tools, trailers and so on. Even snacks. It seems like the staff is a bit light but they are nice enough. Mostly only one person at the register, sometimes two only if needed. Prices are ok. Not bargain but not over priced either. Pay attention to what you are shopping for to get the best deal. The store has always been kept well organized and very clean when I have been in. Shelves also are very well stocked. Good job guys!

This is by far the worst shopping experience I have ever had. They treat people with absolute disrespect. Zero stars. To bad to because it costed their store $2400.00 + in one sale today. All because the woman at the checkout had an extremely poor way of handling a simple situation. DO NOT SHOP HERE they dont respect veterans or care to be asked about masks.

This store is wonderful, they have just about everything. The prices are good and the employees are very polite. After a car accident they always offered to carry my bird seed and anything heavy to my car.

The last time I came to family farm and home I got really upset. I went to look for baby chicks ducks. They did have them and they were priced well. my problem was there was no water in those pens with those warming lights on and what water I could find had nothing but chips in it. When I told the people up front about what I had seen she said she take care of it. I waited around I didnt see anyone take care of it. So I left the store. But I came back couple hours later. There was still no water in those pens that were clean for drinking. I understand being busy however they werent busy when I was in there. There was only a couple of customers and that was including myself. I wont go back that bothered me seeing those animals like that.

Tried to buy a dog kennel. Paid and waited in the back of the building forever for someone to show up.Then when they finally come out they tell us they don’t have the kennel but we can drive to another location to pick it up instead of having it brought to this location which is convenient for us.What happened to good customer service????

Excellent service and staff. Nice to have staff that have been there consistent over the years. Shows the quality of the management team if they aren’t experiencing turnover. Always appreciate the help and advice they give. Glad they are here.

This place was recommended to me for buying feed for our pet rabbits. I got a 40lb bag for around $20, which lasts me for months! I wish i knew of it sooner! All kinds of neat things inside for..your family, farm or home! They even have baby chickens! 😎

Didnt care for it. No one greeted us upon entry or when we left the store. Prices were high for relative products in similar stores. Poor customer service. Huge store with one clerk working at a cash register and no one else in sight. Just moved into the area and first time in this store. My wife is handicapped and needs a Walker to get around. It is difficult for her to walk far. We needed help finding products and had questions about others. Couldnt find any one to assist us so we finally gave up and left the store. I will not be returning to this store and I would not recommend it to others.

An amazing store. Currently the chicks are in and its one of my kids favorite things to see. They have sections for farming, pets, outdoor furniture, etc.

I was disrespected, lied to, and treated poorly by Jim the supervisor over a mistake his employee made. When I called to correct the mistake he was rude, obnoxious, and threatening. I will never make another purchase with family farm and home and I recommend that you take your business elsewhere if you have the option.

I was able to get all the supplies for my chickens that I needed. That in itself is great! Also the heated chicken waterer I wanted was available at a better price than Amazon. Thats awesome. I just wish they were closer to me than TSC because I definitely prefer Family Farm & Home.

Family farm and home is a great place to find everything you need for your farm, your garden, your yard, and so on. They have a selection of farm tough clothing that will withstand the heavy use it will get while you much out the stable, the barn, or the flower garden. We buy materials for gardening. And for feeding our birds outside.

We dont have these stores out in Nevada. Ive shopped here many times for my parents. I love it. From straw bales for dads stray cats to cat litter to bird seed to nice jackets for mom, they have it all at great prices.
