Installed new furnace and added A/C to our manufactured home. They arrived when they said they would, were very friendly, explained how to run the system, and did a great job on the installation. I would definitely recommend them for future HVAC work for mobile and manufactured homes!

UPDATE. Had Capitol come back for a scheduled upgrade. We had a lot of trouble with our older furnace pilot going out. Capitol made two upgrades and we have not had to light the pilot since. I do hope you will give Capitol a try, these folks know what they are doing. FIVE STARS AGAIN! Five star all the way! Just had furnace repired, very happy with the service. Arrived when promised and repairs made quickly. The bill did not break the budget. I will be calling Capitol from now on.

Not satisfied with unit that was installed In my home after paying $2,500 for a unit install, after completion I was told my unit can only be turned down to 70° why would I want a unit that cant keep my house cold. Could of bought window units and saved $1,800

My furnace stopped working. I have a manufactured house and Capitol is the only one who would work on it. They made it out the same day before emergency hour price and I was very impressed with the young man who fixed my furnace. I woke up to 47 degrees. Thank you for being so willing to come out and not charging me an outrageous price.

I called them to see if They could do a subflooring issue in the Furnace room. The base board is caving in & I’m Concerned that the furnace is going to drop through the flooring I asked if they could help me I was told they did not do subflooring & when I asked for other referrals they did not give me any other places to call for help.

Today while at my daughters house I watched a very new employee work on her hot water heater. This was an after hours call so certainly it is in everyones best interest to have an experienced Technician. The house door was left open the entire visit. The visit was about 3 hours and it was determined that the lower element seal leaked. The replacement element had a used washer and leaked again. The next element was new but the employee tried to turn the seal inside out. I showed him that it wasnt designed for this. Also showed him he needed to clean the surface where the seal tightened against. This element leaked also. His decision was to replace the water heater on Monday. He then couldnt turn the house water back on because there was only a shutoff on the cold water and was calling for assistance. I explained that the cold water supply was all he needed to close in order to turn the house water on until next week.

We are getting ready to sell our home. Many of the things we needed are not found in big box stores. The staff in the Grand Rapids office is friendly and very helpful. I was very impressed that even though they are a specialty parts store the price of their parts are very reasonable. I bought 1 interior door, two bathroom exhaust fans with a light, 3 mini blinds and 5 hard wired smoke alarms all were priced very competitively. Highly recommend the Grand Rapids store!!

I called them thinking it would be at least a month before they, or anyone, could make it out to our trailer. But they were able to fit us in the day I called and was able to find such a simple solution to why our heat wouldnt kick on (All it was was a switch needed to be pushed lol), and the tech who came out to service our furnace was only there for maybe 10 minutes. I appreciate everything this company did for us, now me and my family dont have to go without heat for the winter. SO THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR YOUR SPEED, YOUR SERVICE, AND YOUR KINDNESS.

If I could rate no stars I would they are the worst company I have ever delt with when we bought our manufactured home it came with an air conditioning unit that did not have freon in it when we bought it still under warranty, when I told them it was still not working they told me I had to pay to replace it. Worthless!!!

Hugely disappointed. I used Capitol two times before with no issue. Suddenly my ac broke on the weekend. I called their emergency number for three days and never heard back. Once the week day rolled around, I called at 8:02 am (they open at 8 am) and the woman on the phone said the lady who scheduled my area wouldnt be in till 8:30 am. She told me I would receive a call. An hour and a half passes and I called back. She was kurt and said the other lady had received over 100 calls and shell get to me when she can. Seeing as I did what I was suppose to do, I figured they would too. I waited another hour. No call. Ive decided to go somewhere else. No idea what happened to Capitol but they changed. I wouldnt recommend them anymore.

Went to purchase a new igniter for my furnace. Provided model, serial number, and relevant information. Man behind the counter says they don’t carry that part but he ran it through his system and found the same part by different manufacturer that will work on my furnace. I take ignitor home, pull out my current ignitor, look in box and see it’s not the right replacement without ever even removing new ignitor from the box. I go to return but am directed to a no returns side that was blocked from my view the first time I arrived. So, their system told me the wrong part despite me telling them the exact furnace make and serial number and because the part “left the building” I had to eat the cost. This wasn’t my error and I find it incredibly unprofessional I wasn’t given any courtesy in regards to their return policy for a part I was told would fit in my furnace. Never returning, extremely disappointed. But if anyone wants a furnace ignitor I’ll give you mine so it doesn’t get thrown into the trash next to this place’s customer service.
