I have purchased a couple of items at Juhas & Sullivan, most recently a Tag Heuer Carrera for my wife. That experience was quite pleasant. Today I visited to inquire about a specific Rolex I am wanting to purchase and was greeted by an extremely rude and arguably confrontational salesperson. I always want to buy local, but this makes me want to drive out of town for a better experience.

Very friendly staff! Bought my first watch here and they walked me through the whole process of setting the time/date and adjusting it. Long Waitlists for certain watches but that is everywhere! 10/10!

This is the spot if you want a Rolex watch. They were the only authorized Rolex dealer in town with Submariners! Jerry was so helpful. He helped my find my watch within five minutes. Very stand up guy. He also showed me everything i need to know about the watch. I will Be back and I highly recommend this place to anyone .

Always have received top notch service here. Jewelry buying can sometimes make you feel like you are taken advantage of, but these gentlemen are nothing but honest and integrous. The one negative review i read is such a joke, i wouldnt think of buying elsewhere

I am beyond impressed with their customer service and selection here! I did not have an insanely large budget and that did not deter them away from the great customer service they provided me. They were even so helpful with the sizing process after I gave my fiance her ring. She is in love with the ring.. I am happy about the cost and the quality.. I am so glad I cam here! After 14 years of marriage, I lost my filigree, vintage-style platinum wedding ring. Absolutely heart wrenching. I didnt want to waste too much time without something on my finger, but I also knew it needed to be special and it needed to be different enough that it wouldnt remind me of that which I lost. I did a lot of initial online research. It was all just bittersweet. I finally decided on a brand that I was drawn to and discovered that Juhas & Sullivan carried that line.From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted not by an eager jeweler hoping to make a sale, but by a kind gentleman, Jeff Juhas, who was more interested in our story. He understood that this wasnt necessarily a purchase we were looking forward to making (especially as we are in the middle of an adoption), and yet, he turned the experience into something I will rave about for the rest of my life. And the ring? I didnt think it would be possible to love something as much as the original. But I do and for very different reasons. Its also possible that this ring is more me than the original. Im still sick to think that I wont be able to hand the original down, but anyone can give a ring to someone theyve known for a couple years. To receive a ring with the same significance 15 years after the first one was given with all that wisdom, heartache, and joy.. well, maybe the replacement is worth more than the first one after all.

Simply Amazing! I arrived after close around 6:20 pm. I started to walk away from the front door and they came out to catch me before I left the parking lot. They helped me with a Rolex watch and adjusted it for me. This is excellent customer service going above and beyond. I will use them first for any jewelry purchase moving forward.

Jeff helped me pick out a beautiful set of pearl earrings, and answered all of my questions in common and simple terms, and made me feel comfortable and welcome shopping there, regardless of the size of my purchase. A year or so later, when it came time to shop for an engagement ring, I knew they were going to be my guys and George was very helpful and communicative with me throughout the process of ordering a customized ring, and he made sure I had everything in time for the big day.Jeff and George are both great guys, always offering a smile when you walk in and a hand shake on the way out and they will be my go-to jewelers in the future.

Service was the worst with them quoting me Rolex facts unknown to me until my Rolex watch and Rolex band were refused by Rolex for repair due to Juhas not telling me that Rolex only would work on my watch if I used the original band that came with the watch and not the Rolex band that was more easier to wear for me.Then I was told $65 for shipping charges and was increased to $113 for some surprise reason.Stay clear of this place and use other local dealers in the area to get the work done in house too.
