Very friendly employees here. Store was clean and inviting!

My friend and I went to this store around 8:30pm, we were the only two customers in the store at the moment. We were wandering around and see what we want to buy, one of the employees stand by us and keep asking/recommend to us what to get. I guess it is nice at first but she kept taking and stand right by us the entire time. I get that she wants to sell us stuff but please leave the customers alone. Not everyone want the employees to stand there and tell us what to get. She also did not respect our opinions, its our money and our choices by the end of the day. I wish she couldve walked away and let us buy whatever we want instead of keep recommending what she wants.

Love this location. After finding a few of my favorites in store, I went online and found more of the retired scents. Im definitely stocked up for gift giving and spoiling myself! ☺

The girls at this store are rude and you can tell they’re never smiling under their mask lol. There was employees , one older woman following a younger woman around the entire store, just standing around when i came into the store they didn’t acknowledge me they were talking and laughing. Luckily there was another very kind and energetic employee that was very great at her job made it much easier for me to want to shop in that environment. 5 stars for that employee! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

Love the variety of scents, love Halloween coming out in July. I just wish that their plug in scents would actually smell!

I purchase mens fragrance here. They have a great selection of products. The staff is kind and helpful. The prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this place.

The summer clearance sale is a big deal. I left work early because I didnt want to miss out.

This is my favorite store to go to. All the sales associates are super helpful and friendly. Always have great advice on how to get the best deals and combine coupons! Ive never felt they are pushy or trying too hard. The place always smells like heaven and its always super clean. I cannot wait to go back in there and shop!

I will NEVER step foot in this location EVER again!!!! I was there on today 9/19/20. I walked up to the store alone and was told by the girl standing outside that the store was at capacity and I needed to wait about 5 mins to go inside. I politely waited next to the lamp post outside of the store. About 3 mins go by and I notice the worker allowed 2 women to go in the store. She handed them bags and let them go in. I asked her why she would allow them to go inside with out telling them the store was full. She had the nerve to tell me that they were moving too fast and she did not have a chance to. However, she handed them shopping bags and welcomed them into the store. As we are talking she allows 2 more people go into the store. I totally felt disrespected. She ended up calling her managers outside. At this point there is an audience. And every person has an opinion. Need I add that I am black and the 4 people that went into the store ahead of me were white. Everyone wanted to say it was not a racial issue but I dont/cant see any other reason that it could have been anything else. The manger was very apologetic but it did not a bit of good for the way that was handled. I am DISGUSTED!!!

B&B Works is great. The Fall Fragrances are wonderful. The new location at Knapps Corneris beautiful. I love all the dark wood. And the staff is very friendly and helpful. I will definitely make this location my new favorite!!

Walked in and immediately was hounded by all the staff to buy buy buy. One girl put lotions in my hands without even asking what I wanted. I hate being sold too, it makes me uncomfortable! Once they all found out I had a coupon for a freebie the tone changed. I was treated negatively and even was lied to when my husband was using a second coupon we were mailed. They told us one per household and they wouldnt budge even though I said they were wrong. I spend hundreds every year with the company and Ive never had such a negative experience! It was very embarrassing. Get it together. Dont worry, I called corporate. They apologized!
