My wife and I need an invitations for our wedding and they were able to turn around and get them back to us within 24 hours. They even used the cardstock we provided where other companies said they needed to use their own stock. Lovely company to work with and very easy and responsive.

I needed quick copies made. They did it right away and I picked them up after running another errand. Cost about the same as staples or office max and the service was much better.

Their office hours does not indicate that they actually close at 5pm instead of 5:30pm. I got there at 5:03 pm and the man who opened the door stated that their lobby closed at 5pm. Because it was too cold and windy outside, I ended up handing him my all my documents thats inside the folder without realizing that I only needed 18 pieces ( one copy each) to be copied. After double checking each documents to reassure I only send the original copies to my attorney, I found out that not only I ended up having him copied MOST of the documents I DID NOT want to be copied , he also overcharged me. He also made front and back copies that is supposed to be on a different paper ( not attached to the same document) ! What a MESS!!!! THIS could have been avoided if their store hours clearly indicate that they actually close at 5pm and no one can enter the lobby after 5pm. Thus, this mess could have been avoided when they allow me to get into the lobby and make my own copies. On top of that, dealing business with a customer being outside waiting in her car ( because it was too cold and windy) for her belongings is UNPROFESSIONAL. I hope they will address this issue for a management change and for a better customer service.

I recently decided to make note cards using some of my original watercolor paintings. This was my first experience with printing my art work and I was a bit apprehensive. The professionals at Cascade Printing and Graphics were wonderful and helped me through the entire process. I recently sold a number of my cards to a gift shop in Tucson and the buyer made a point of asking where I had the cards printed and complemented me on the quality of the cards. Cascade Printings customer service and quality is top notch. I found myself in a pickle and needed something printed by the end of the day, on a Friday. I spent 30 min trying to get a quote from Staples over the phone and their cost was ridiculous. I spent 5 minutes on the phone with Joe, he had me a quote a few minutes later with fantastic suggestions to make the project better, and had the job ready for pickup well before the end of the day. These guys are consistently affordable, quick and offer the highest level of customer service. No more shopping around for me!
