This is the 3rd time I have used this place. 1st time for insurance work, which they took care of every detail so I didnt have to be the middle man between the shop and insurance company. They have gone above and beyond what I asked and was expecting! This time I was getting new tires and alignment. While they had it the noticed that the oil change light was on and called and asked if I would like them to change the oil while they had it up doing the alignment. This saved me an extra trip somewhere else! Thank you for the attention to detail!

My experience with Riverbend was great! Everyone was very nice and did there best efforts to make sure I was taken care of. They had to replace the whole transmission and took care of it in less than a week while generously loaning me a vehicle so that I could still get back-and-forth to work. I went to Riverbend for a transmission issue in my 2008 Chevy Impala. I didnt know that these transmission issues plagued Impalas all the time. The people at Riverbend have many similar Impalas for loaner cars on their lot. While knowing the potential issues with a used transmission, they fixed my transmission issue by putting in a used transmission with 120k mileage. I wasnt aware that putting a rebuilt transmission in wouldve been the smarter thing to do. So after 5 months and 4 trips to the mechanic, I drove home with a car that was still showing symptoms of transmission issues. I shouldve educated myself more on the problems with my car, but based off the lack of integrity from them, Im not giving them any more business.

I had an emergency with my truck and it needed to be towed. I called the shop they have somebody there within 20 minutes. No hassle got my truck to the shop next morning gave me a quote it was done next day. Are the prices were Fair. All the work Ive had done on both my trucks at the shop I have been quality work Ive not had to return for any issues. Jim and the staff are excellent people to work with.

Riverbend is an awesome automotive repair shop with a great qualified team. Theyve helped me out in a jam several times. Jim the service manager always is on top of everything.

Work was done correctly. Good prices, cared about cleanliness. They could tighten up a bit on their customer communication practices. But all in all a decent first time experience.
