Relatively fast service. Expected faster check in and check out for a new vehicle I purchased there. No one had a mask on so we had to wait outside. Expected a knowledgeable staff that knew we were coming, what needed done, and a more detailed inspection sheet, did not get that. The highlight was our salesman “Emil” saw us in the parking lot and he did offer to bring us we needed. Positive was that we got our step in instead of sitting. Got sprinkled on but no rain.

I have had great service at Toyota they are friendly and helpful however I cannot give 5 stars as I waited 2.5 hours for an oil change with an appointment.

I went in to buy the Toyota Care oil change package of three oil changes, three rotations and three multi systems checks because I thought it was a really good deal, especially for the synthetic oil package. They were able to get me in immediately for an oil change, although I didnt expect this. All the people I worked with that day were professional, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I would definitely go there again and suggest this place for service.

Toyota saved me money, time, and worry. Out of the blue clear sky my battery died. I called roadside assistance and Toyota of Grand Rapids, where I had purchasedmy car. I got a jump and drove to TOG, arriving hours ahead of my appointment fearful of shutting off the engine. After welcoming me, a specialist explained that a new battery would cost between $100 and $140, and it would be in my best interest to spend $100 to get a full check to be sure it was the battery and not something more serious. I agreed! I was directed to a comfortable waiting room with cushy chairs, fireplace, television, coffee bar with hot cider, hot cocoa, hot coffee, cold and hot water, and popcorn 🍿, and a kids playroom!After a short wait, my car was all better, a new battery was in place and the cost was $40 under quote! It was a shock to learn that my original-to-the-car battery had lasted 16 years! I was back on the street and on my way to work in no time at all. Thank you, Toyota of Grand Rapids!

When one thinks of how their experience at a dealer service center might go, “average” probably comes to mind. My most recent experience here was “fine”, not outstanding by any means. I base this mostly on what happened, or should I say what didn’t happen, immediately after arriving. I pulled in and was directed to a parking space by a random worker who then disappeared. There are service advisor stations placed throughout the bay and I, as well as others, wondered where the line even was to check in or even talk to someone. There was no direction and the initial part of this process was chaos. I definitely didn’t feel like a valued customer during that part of my visit. Again, it was “fine” but nothing I would consider outstanding.

When I originally scheduled my oil change, they completed the wrong service and only rotated my tires. When they told me how they messed up, they attempted to make it up but still didn’t come close.They came and got my car and completed the oil change. However, they did not put air back into the tire they fixed! If you have a service agreement with Toyota I would recommend you find another center that pay attention to what is going on.

Great customer service but a very long wait time. There was only two or three representatives helping customers. If they could have more people at the service desk, the wait times would have been much smaller. Other than the long wait, I was pleased with the customer service.

My Dad bought a new Highlander from Kevin Nguyen with a trade in, it was a quick and easy process thanks to Kevin. I couldnt be there to help my dad translate and Kevin took care of him. My dad was very happy with the prices he got for the SUV and the trade in.

I dropped my car off for an oil change. Four hours later I called to see if it was done. I left a message with a service representative and got a return call an hour later. He said when he called my number a recording said it wasn’t in service. 🤨 No other attempt was made to let me know my vehicle had been ready hours earlier.The reason I dropped it off is because the last time I stayed for a scheduled oil change. After almost an hour and a half, I checked on the car. They had not even started on the oil change.I asked them to give me the car back so I could leave.

The service here is awful. I dropped my car off on Friday at 2pm for front brakes (had an appointment). Asked they look at the rear as well. Never got any updates on Friday. Heard nothing on Saturday. Called them and no one knew what was going on. Finally was able to get them to call me back and was told at 12:30pm it was actually the rear brakes that needed to be replaced and no work had been done. They close at 1pm. Had I not called I would have been without my car until Monday. They did not care about any inconvenience to me. DO NOT GO HERE. They are awful. Find a competent garage to service your car.

Is been 2 month that I buy used car from this location. There was some hole ,scratches and we had a deal that they gonna fix that(they promise too)but still they don’t care about that . I would normally give five stars…but…after my 10,000 mile service we discovered two days later that the oil cap was not on following that visit. Oil sprayed all over the engine and dripped on my cement driveway and on my garage floor. Thankfully the dealership “took care of it” by cleaning up the mess in the engine cavity and giving us cleaning solution and rags for our garage. This dealership has been great overall which is why they are rated as four stars instead of one star.

My husband and I stopped in to look at a Highlander and Austin helped us, he was extremely helpful even though my husband did not like the car. He was very friendly and professional even though my husband was very discourteous and did not like the car, I was very impressed by his composure. When I am in the market I will definitely buy from him! Definitely a great team that you have!

I was told Id have a loaner while dealer performed the recall work, but no loaner was available. My tech was someone named Aaron, and I actually never met Aaron. At least 2 other techs separately told me they were also looing for Aaron. The dealer performs work quickly-the main wait is just waiting for a tech to talk to about your scheduled appointment and when you arrive to pick up your vehicle. I waited about 10 minutes just to be able to tell someone I was there for a scheduled appointment. I waited about the same amount of time to tell them Id been called and told my vehicle was ready for pickup.

My only concern was that they mis-entered the credit card info I gave them, and the card wasnt accepted, though the assistant said he had done everything correctly. It took me a while to sort through the issue with my credit card company, but they concluded that the security code that was entered was incorrect.Other than that, a satisfactory visit.
