I had these fine people repair the right front side of my truck. They were very cordial and did all they could to help me. All of them from their receptionist to JG and Mark the owner of Car Star were A1 in my book! I will certainly recommend them and keep them in mind for vehicle body repairs in the future for myself and family.

I would never take my vehicles to another body shop after using them. I just picked up my Ram 1500 from them after a tree branch took out my the back end of my truck. It looks amazing, and they were extremely professional. You cannot even tell it happened, they were thorough, communicative, and super detail oriented. The body work matches perfectly to the original quality. A+ quality of work

Terrible experience!!! dont use them!!! took 2 weeks longer than expected with no communication! Car star took an extra 2 weeks on a job that should have taken a few days. They gave me the date to bring my car in and still took that long. They did my estimate and should have had this planned better. They didnt tell me it would be a 2 week job or offer a rental or even tell me to find my own rental. I even drove by the garage and saw my car parked in the parking lot with no work done on it for a few days.After the first week I was called on Friday at about 4pm and told it would be another week and given no explanation. I was told that these things take time. On Thursday of the second week I called them and asked on the progress and I was told that they ordered parts, but werent sure theyd have them on time since they came broken and had to re order. If I wouldnt have called I likely would have had to wait another weekend with zero communication. In this phone call I had to wait on hold for quite a while while they figured out what was even happening. They still didnt know and had to call me back. It wasnt until my Dad got on the phone and asked for an explanation they finally said theyd have my car done the next day and had parts issues.Overall, I so so so dont recommed this place. Im not a bad person to work with, all I need is a little communication. I understand that they might be backed up, and shipment issues are likely out of their control. but that was so so so bad for so many reasons. As a single female trying to take care of herself they mistreated me.I called my insurance provider and told them not to recommend Car Star anymore. My agent said they had another customer complain about them as well and would take Car Star off their list of places they recommend. Rodney was my point of contact with Carstar and was awful. He was unhelpful, made me feel like i was an inconvience, and didnt take me serious until my dad called for me. My insurance provider even said another person had complained about Rodney as well. Save yourself the time and frustration and just try another place.

Nothing but good to say about these guys! When things go wrong is when you learn about a company. Ive used them several times and each time they are exceptional. They also stand behind their work if somethings needs tweaking. Their professionalism stands above the rest!

When I dropped it off it ran without any issue, when I picked it up it would not start and they wouldnt take ownership for it breaking down while in their shop. It just seems like too much of a coincidence to me that things died of old age in the couple weeks they had my carThe repair took a full week longer than estimated, and I was never once called with an update. Every time I called them (the day after I was promised a call) I was told they needed one more day

Professional, friendly and helpful. They give fair, competitive quotes compared to going to the dealership. Unfortunately communication started to fall through once I wanted to finalize the day I could drop off my vehicle. After waiting half the day (and this being a time-sensitive repair), and not hearing back from anyone, I decided to just go with the dealership. I would come back again if I ever need another quote/repair.

My previous experience a few years ago was much more positive. This time it was 5 weeks before getting my car back. Honestly the length of time was mostly understandable given the Thanksgiving Holiday hours and delays in getting the correct parts shipped. My biggest frustration was the poor communication from Car Star. The only time I found out how the repairs were coming was when I called them! I was told they would keep me informed but this rarely happened unless I contacted them. Just very frustrating. They did good work finally!

Carstar repaired my daughters vehicle after a hit and run incident and did a fantastic job! They communicated every step of the way and even completed the repairs quicker than estimated. Will definitely use again if the situation occurs. Thank you Carstar!!

Oh man I dont even know where to start. Well I got into my first accident with my Hyundai elantra and was unsure about where to go or what to do. I heard of these guys from word of mouth. My sister highly recommend them and I see why. First of all the staff was so nice. I figured they would just fix the damage. They went above and beyond my expectations by buffing and making my car look like new. They also cleaned the inside of my car and Im am very thankful for that.

CARSTAR 76 has repaired my truck two times from car accidents. I couldnt be more pleased with their attention to detail. The body looked as good as the day we bought it. They also went the extra mile for me by replacing a bulb that was out for my brake light. When I picked up the truck is was washed and vacuumed. That is going the extra mile. Repaired my car when other shops refused to, and did a good job too. The insurance company was not involved and I paid them directly, and I found their communication was good. They responded to and obliged all of my requests during the process.

Everyone that works at Car Star was very friendly. They told me my van would take 14 days. It was done in half that time. My Van looked so nice. The back that had the work done looked brand new. They washed my van. It looked very nice.The only reason for 4 stars is that they put a clear coat over a rust spot ( That wasnt getting fixed) So now Im not sure if I can have that rust touched up. since they were painting that side I wouldve liked a quote on how much to paint over that small patch of rust. This is the second time we’ve had our MotorCoach worked on by Carstar 76. Their quality of work is excellent. My only complaint is it was not completed on time as promised both times. Covid 19 may have had a impact this year, but last year was also completed late. Hopefully I won’t have to have body work done again, but if I do, I’ll have Carstar 76 do the job again.

Words cant describe how excellent the folks at Car Star 76 are!! I got into an accident (not my fault) and they were very quick to get my car in. They stayed a couple minutes over to look at my car and give me the best advice. Since my car was fixable, they lent me an awesome rental car as my car got fixed. They quoted a cheaper estimate to fix my car and were proficient on getting the paperwork done! My car was fixed 4 days before the estimated time and it never looked better! When I got my car back, they also vacuumed a little and it smelled great! Kind, friendly, genuine people!! 100% would recommend!

Oh where do I even begin? if I could give a negative star I would. this place was utterly useless. I went here on a recommendation from my insurance, for I am new to the area. I sent my car here for body work and it some how got turned into a huge ordeal, resulting in them having my car FOR OVER A MONTH. 3 times it got pushed back, and with out a clear answer. My estimator was very nice, but I was next to never getting updates about anyting I had to call, and even then i could never get a straight answer. after my car was pushed back again I demanded a rental and the shop was NICE enough to get me one, which I appreciated. they did an okay job. I mean as much as over a month could give them. the inside of my car was dusty and half ass cleaned, my tire pressure was so low I was dumb founded. not to mention they dented the panel by my window and now my speaker rattles but i refuse to take it back because I dont want to wait another month! utterly the worst experience I have ever had with a car shop, dont waste your time on this place unless you never want to see your car again.

I recently had my car repaired here for the second time! Car Star is on the expensive side but, their quality of service is well worth it. Someone dented my car in the parking lot and needed the cosmetic done. Daniel did a great job in repairing the damage. The panel looks flawless and original!

Its the place no one wants to go to, because it likely means you had wreck, but these guys make it as painless as it can be. Ive always felt comfortable working with them and always felt like theyve had my best interest in mind. Theyre fantastic to work with if youre unfortunate enough to need their services.

They took the time to look over mm y car and explain my options. It was out of my price range, but I dont blame them for that : ) My review is based on the speed and personalized attention they gave me in the estimate.

Took my car here because its on the list of Statefarm approved collision repair shops. They did a really nice job with the damage (car looks new again), but it took a bit longer than they had estimated (not a big deal though, Id rather have it done right than fast.) They are pricey, but if your insurance is paying the bill you might as well go somewhere that does good work.

Minor repair of daughters car ended up being a big hassle. Check engine light came on right after she got the car back. She took it back, and they said it couldnt be the repair and must be unrelated. She took the car to the dealership, where mechanics determined an engine part had not been hooked back up. Carstar denied this was their fault but did reimburse us for the cost of repairs at the dealership once the dealership called them.

I brought my car in to Carstar this past month after it was badly and deeply scratched on the left side and one of my side-view mirrors was shattered. They kindly stayed after closing time to wait until I could get there after work to drop my car off. The process of getting a rental car was a piece of cake and they did all the work for me. Once I got my car back, I was more than satisfied with the results. It looked good as new and the inside of the car even smelled new. My only complaint would be that I had no idea when my car would be done and I had to be the one to call them to ask rather than them calling me. I would have appreciated it if they kept me updated a little bit better on the total repair time. Other than that, I am very happy I found them on Google and would definitely recommend them to a friend.

Worst experience ever. Estemated 4 to 5 days for repairs to be done. Took 10 days. The paint job was not done professionally, left fish eyes in paint along with bumps. The new windshield they installed was warped ,water leaks ,and the mirror has fallen down twice. I would highly not recomened anyone to go here. If you love your car and want it to look like what ever happened to it , never happened . Dont go here. You will be disappointed.Talked to insurance company of Carstars 76 unacceptable work. Got the ok to go else where. Went to Gerber collision. Gerber got it done right ,the first time. Dont be fooled by carstar 76 nice outward building looks.

Ive been here for good repair jobs, this visit was one I expected to be told , problem was mine, nope they fixed leaking radiator under wrty. Wow how nice, of them.

After being clobbered by an eight-point buck last year, I took my Buick to CARSTAR 76. Of course the place looked great on the outside, but you never quite know whats on the inside. The minute that I walked in, I could tell that they really lived by their motto, Relax, Well Take It From Here. Mark and Erica VandenHout are the owners and operators of this CARSTAR collision shop and they really made the process easy and explained every step along the way. They gave me a FREE car to use while mine was in the shop and fixed my Buick right and right on time. I give CARSTAR 76 two thumbs up!
